Very comfortable, clean hotel with excellent friendly staff available 24/7 as needed. AC room was comfortable and WiFi was fast and reliable. Breakfast delivered to room each morning was delicious. Laundry service available. Chilled bottled water available. Lots of good coffee shops and other amenities nearby and easy to get rickshaw nearby to visit holy sites. With some walking, it’s easy to get from there to ghat by foot

I was overwhelmed by the gesture of the owner who helped us by offering his personal car with driver to drop us at the airport. We would have missed the flight had he not offered this. We recently had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at Omkar International Hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel is  situated in a centred location, in a very quiet place far away from noisy streets. The staff at Omkar Hotel were very helpful and kind throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome and cared for (especially Mr  Subham, Ms Preeti and the manager of the hotel).

Hotel location is perfect. Rooms are big. Staffs are super supportive.

Great property, good spacious and clean room with a balcony as well. Temples and ghats easily accessible as they are 1-2km away from the hotel. To add on Extremely helpful staff. Mr. Shubham at the reception guided me correctly with detailed explanation on my entire trip and was really helpful in my trip being successful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel OMKAR. The staff were so warm and helped us to make our arrangements to explore Varanasi.

The property was was in very good condition and exceptionally clean.

This hotel is surprising! It's a small, family-run business in a very strange part of town - when you arrive, you think maybe the taxi-driver made a mistake, because all around is decrepit, but once you go inside, it's a revelation of charm! My thanks go out to Sandeep who proved to be much more than a simple hotel manager: he took us on a personal tour of Varanasi, with a memorable boat rip on the Ganges, culminating in the extraordinary Hindu ceremony with prayers, song and dance, all accompanied by his enthusiastic and knowledgeable commentary. To top it off, he took us home to meet his wife and family - the whole thing was one of the most touching moments I have ever experienced, be it in India or elsewhere. For the rest, the hotel was very good value and the breakfast was varied (Indian and European choices) and of excellent quality.

The location of the hotel - it's a little far from everything - but the Tuktuks are cheap and abundant!

Hotel staff was great. Unlike what I normally see staff expecting tips, we were looked after well. Not overtly enthusiastic too (which sometimes can be a bit intruding)

Breakfast was good, but slightest improvements can be made by looking at finer details.

Really the best service, best breakfast, super clean place ! Preethi and Subham did a really great job! A great staff always contributes to great memories so we were really happy about it.

Nothing to complain about. It's very difficult to find good and clean hotels in Varanasi, we were so happy about this choice. There is not bad things to say when it comes to this hotel :D

the staff were all very helpful especially both the Samdips, Soham, Preeti and Mr.patel

everything was good, the cleaning staff need a bit of lesson in how to keep it sparkling, the taps and the shower unit as the lime scale marks shows up on it.

we arrived late and the staff helped to buy food. If you want a quiet stay, this hotel is ideal as it is situated away from the temple area.

getting to the hotel was difficult. it took us about 45 minutes to find the hotel as many do not know the existence of it.

The title of the property on Booking.com is misleading as it says premium luxury hotel but actually it is eqvuivalent to a bed and breakfast accommodation being run from a 3 storeyed house.

Bathroom was dirty, on the beddings we found few stains. There were bugs coming from the balcony through the holes in balcony door. Stuff was nice and helpful especially Shubham who arranged a last minute transport for us to the train station

The staff were always motivated to help us specifically Preeti and Shubham at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets they have also Arranged special table setup for us as I was welcoming my wife that was absolute awesome 💯💯💯💯💯 Definitely I'll be back in future

Everything was perfect. Shubham, Preeti and Sandeep were amazing with us, very helpfull all the time, making our stay there much better. The structure is very good to.

the check in process was smooth, the staff at the reception were very friendly, they helped me plan my trip to the city, the room was very well maintained with clean sheets and nice set of amenities, the breakfast was also delicious as it included local delicacies.
