O pequeno almoço era suficiente apesar de ser pouco continental com ofertas muito indianas e picantes

O ar condicionado vertia água, as tomadas não funcionavam em 3 noites não houve uma única vez que limpassem ou arrumassem o que fosse a água quente era quase inexistente

Hotel tres agreable, personnel à l ecoute, petit dej ok. Position centrale pour visiter la ville de Varanasi à pied ou en tuk-tuk. Commerces à proximité.

Le patio interieur qui apporte lumiere et espace donne sur une cour-garage .... Le fait d etre tres centrale exposé au bruit de la ville forcément. Il faut juste le savoir.

Siamo arrivate e la camera era molto sporca, sembrava non avessero fatto le pulizie. Asciugamani sporchi, Lenzuola sporche, Insetti e pavimento molto sporco. Unica nota di favore il fatto che siano venuti a cambiarci le lenzuola e a pulirci il pavimento dopo un nostro sollecito. Rumore costante e fastidioso, sembrava di dormire per strada a Varanasi. Colazione ok ( l’acqua in bottiglia va pagata ).

Staff ci ha aiutato quando avevamo pochi contanti e gli atm non andavano. La struttura era estremamente pulita. Ristorante ottimo. Ambiente in centro a varanasi ma un’oasi di pace.

The restaurant manager was rude, and every time we paid, he never had any change, which left a negative impression. Also, the breakfast was not good at all and there wasn’t even an omelette, which I consider a basic option for a hotel breakfast.

The location is walking distance to dhasaswamedh ghat. And it also saves from the narrow roads of banaras without taking you away from the ghats. It is easy to reach from the railway station as taxis can easily drop you. You will get rickshaws and autos easily to explore nearby places Opposite to the famous Deena chaat bhandar (Big Plus)

The hotel is on the first floor and above, below that it's an old garment and other shops (maybe it's common in other hotels too but I found it weird). Bed blankets were not cleaned properly, the TV remote was not functioning properly. Rooms had no views, although the front rooms will give you a road view (but also you will hear traffic flow mostly) however, this can be ignored because the city is built-up that way only. Food was average you can skip

Simple spacious rooms and comfy beds. Nice roof terrace with adequate food. Hot and powerful rain shower.

Located on a very busy street that is noisy with traffic and beeping horns all day and well into the night. The walk to the Ghats is extremely hazardous as you have to negotiate all the people and traffic while walking on the road. The road was closed, so the option of a ride was not available. The linen needs replacing. Towels were thin and stained, although I believe they were clean, just old.

Nada, solo que tiene ascensor. Zona horrorosa con obras en vial. Mucho trafico, pitidos, ruido incluso de noche, tapones en oidos, comida para olvidar, muy sucio todo. Ni se te ocurra, mejor fuera de la zona antigua y con Uber que te acerquen lo mas poskble a los ghats

The location is fantastic being close to restaurants, grocery store, clothing stores and all that you’d need whilst travelling India.

Overpriced accommodation. May 2024 I payed around AUD43 per night , April 2025 I payed around AUD99 per night and February 2026 I payed AUD109 per night. Come on Bedzzz overpriced and overrated now. Getting way too greedy with mould in the shower and stained linen for AUD109 per night.

Hotel molto carino al primo piano di quello che sembra essere un mall. L'hotel è pulito, l'area colazione ha tanta offerta e lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Si trova a circa 1km dai ghat e la zona dove si trova è viva e vivace.

If you want to stay close to Dashwasamedh Ghat, experience Vanarasi as it in the streets, the people, the food, this is literally the best HOTEL to stay in. Helpful staff, spacious rooms, top top top quality restaurant, what more would you ask for?

Breakfast is not that great On booking.com site it was advertised that we do not have to pay untill the of booking however they fourced me to pay 50% advance to hold the booking

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, aber an einer extrem lauten Straße. Das Gehupe stöhnt bis tief in die Nacht. Das Zimmer war spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Bettdecke war indiskutabel - nicht frisch bezogen und voller Löcher. Der Klodeckel war demontiert. Die Handtücher wirkten alt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist allenfalls mäßig. Man hat uns vor Ort einen deutlich höheren Preis als gebucht berechnet. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, hotel bardzo czysty porównując do innych w Indiach, ciepła woda, co nie zawsze jest standardem.

Posizione davvero molto comoda per visitare la città. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare in caso di bisogno. Camere pulite. Ottimo anche il ristorante, sia per la colazione che per la cena.

Struttura non pulitissima per gli standard europei è difficile da trovare poiché in una strada con tantissime attività

Zuerst: das Hotel ist optisch wirklich toll. Die Zimmer sind in einem fröhlichen und einladenden Gelb gehalten, und Pflanzen ranken sich über das Geländer. Die Zimmer haben alles, was es braucht, und sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und für jeden etwas dabei. Die Lage ist für mich persönlich das Beste gewesen: Es liegt an einer großen Straße, die sich perfekt zum Einkaufen eignet, und zugleich sehr nahe an den Ghats, sodass man zu Fuß zum Ganges spazieren kann (zu Fuß sind es c.a. 10 Minuten). Wenn man die Straße entlang geht, kommt man direkt zum Dashashwamedh Ghat, wo man jeden Abend die Aarti-Zeremonie beobachten kann, definitiv ein Highlight eines Besuchs in Varanasi. Das zum Hotel gehörige Restaurant ist gemütlich und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Straße, und das Essen ist wirklich toll! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Man muss wissen, dass das Hotel an einer großen Straße liegt - für lärmempfindliche Menschen ist die Lage sicher nicht ideal. Wer schon mal in Indien war, weiß, dass ununterbrochen gehupt wird - das ist im Zimmer bestens zu hören. Allerdings wird es nachts überraschend ruhig, wodurch es für uns weniger störend war. Wenn man nicht besonderes früh zu Bett geht, wird man problemlos schlafen können. Das Hotel ist quasi ein Freilufthotel - die Zimmer sind ringförmig um einen offenen Innenhof angeordnet. Das ist optisch toll, ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass es ziemlich kühl im Zimmer werden kann, wenn man zu einer kühleren Jahreszeit reist. Das andere Problem sind Insekten. als wir in Varanasi waren, hatten wir gerade einen Übergang von Regen zu warm und sonnig, weswegen es plötzlich eine regelrechte Baumwanzenplage gab. Und durch die Offenheit des Hotels haben sich die Tiere alle unter der Tür durch in unser Zimmer geflüchtet. Ich rede hier wirklich von hunderten Tierchen - Es war quasi unmöglich, sich zu bewegen, ohne darauf zu treten. Das war zum Glück erst in unserer letzten Nacht der Fall, wodurch es für uns eher belustigend war- für länger hätte es mich aber gegruselt! Ein letzter Punkt, der mir bei der Buchung nicht klar war: Es scheint hier keine Zimmerreinigung zu geben, jedenfalls wurde in unseren 4 Nächten kein einziges Mal gereinigt oder die Handtücher gewechselt (vielleicht muss man aktiv danach fragen?). Für die 4 Nächte, die wir da waren, war das auch völlig okay, aber das ist vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache.

Struttura sporchissima, colazione scadente e poco variegata, le stanza non sono insonorizzate quindi durante la notte si sente costantemente rumore di clacson. Il bagno si allaga. La cosa più sconvolgente è lo sporco ovunque:finestre, muri, pavimenti, tappeto, asciugamani e federe. Terribile

The train arrived at Vananassi at 6 o'clock. Thanks to the counter for letting me check in early at 8 o'clock.

Location, cleanliness, room amenities, close to some of the popular food joints ( opposite to Deena Chaat) close to Kashi chaat Bhandar.

Hotel was better located than I first thought. Busy street but we were away from the hubbub Good restaurant with patio and lounge area. Staff very helpful.

Very early morning flute playing (??) from outside, but I suspect we'd have heard it wherever we were.

La camera è spaziosa anche se poco pulita (lenzuola e federe macchiate, tappeto ammuffito)

Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante dell’hotel ed entrambe abbiamo avuto un’intossicazione alimentare che ci ha costretto a rimanere in camera (più precisamente in bagno) per due giorni. Nonostante gli avessimo specificato che l’intossicazione è stata causata dal loro ristorante, abbiamo dovuto pagare qualche bottiglia d’acqua.

Okay location and clean rooms (for India standards).

We requested laundry service. Not only they totally scam us with the cost (didn’t provide a bill and when I checked the price list it did not match what we payed, at least 500 extra rupees) but the clothes came out essentially ruined. 3 white pieces came back BLUE, all items came back with debris which meant they have been on the floor and some food stains were still there. Smelled odd which I attribute to low quality detergent. Absolutely terrible service.

Wonderful staff and service. The location is also safe and the food is superb.

The location was great, the ambience was good and the people were very helpful.

The terrace was exposed and uncomfortable to sit out. The lounge was poorly ventilated with stale air. The room was noisy from the indoor airconditioner and outdoor traffic. The restaurant has mediocre food with poor choices and is very expensive. The exhaust fan was inoperative for two days and not repaired.

Close to the temple. The rooms size is big and the pictures are matching the actual property. The staff is super helpful and the lounge and restaurant is also very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the ghat.

Már másodszorra választjuk a Bedzzz-et a Varanasi tartózkodásunkhoz. Nagyon szeretjük. Kedves személyzet, tiszta szobák, isteni ételek. Amikor legközelebb Varanasiba jövünk, biztosan itt fogunk majd megszállni ismét.

L hôtel est agréable. Les chambres sont confortables. Le restaurant est très bien. Nous y avons mangé tous les soirs. Tous les plats étaient très bons, cuisinés sur place, dans une cuisine propre. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner indien était très bon et varié. L emplacement dans une rue marchande avec marchés nocturnes est pratique pour le shopping et à 10-15min à pied du gat avec belle cérémonie du aarti le soir.

Hotel bien situado, con buen restaurante, y una habitación cómoda y con bastante espacio. Disponen de servicio de lavanderia, aunque se paga adicional. El personal es muy atento.

we found the bed sheets and towels very dirty. When we asked for replacements, we were given even dirtier ones, with stains, hair, and body hair. After a long wait, and only by helping in the search ourselves, we finally managed to get clean sheets. After checking out and leaving Varanasi, I received suspicious messages from someone claiming to be the hotel manager. They said the credit card payment had not been properly processed because they hadn’t verified my identity as the cardholder, and they asked me to provide all my card details. Despite containing correct personal details, the messages were contradictory and appeared to be scams

Cleanliness can be much better in family room. Delux room was better, but the other family room had broken and dirty dustbin, bedsheets had stains, chair seat was wobbly , the door did not lock easily, had to push the door really hard so that it locks. For the money they charged, the room value was low, it didn’t even have a mini fridge.

Limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. Tienen ventilador, aire acondicionado y ascensor. Personal muy servicial. Tienen habitaciones privadas y compartidas. Además, las compartidas de mujeres tienen ducha y wc individuales. Al estar ubicado en una de las calles principales el taxi puede dejarte en la puerta.

Está muy bien ubicado y cerca a los ghats, el personal es muy amable y la comida del restaurante es muy rica. Es muy higiénico, tanto las habitaciones como el baño La zona común y restaurante son geniales, muy amplios y el wifi es excelente.

-Creo que los precios del restaurantes son altos a comparación de otros lugares -Constantemente apagaban el aire acondicionado en el restaurante, lo cual era molesto porque hacía mucho calor. -Un día no funcionó el agua caliente en la ducha.
