K Avenue Modern Style Suite 5 Mins to Airport

None

As you open the door you can smell cigarettes odours, plumbing block, hairdryer not functioning, the bed noisy, socket point so not on point, wifi very bad, tv is for display only, don’t expect more.

anting

Environment

The WiFi slow

The location is acceptable. Near to the airport and shops... Well.. .. It is conveniently located.

The wifi was unavailable. They should've checked the place before releasing it. Parking for the unit is not available if you have a car. Paid parking is available but seriously?! Shouldn't it be available for the unit? The bed and bedding for me is below expectations. There is no Wow factor to brag about the unit. And there were ants... We did not enjoy our stay. Hmpp!

Location

The room needs improvement.

It is very difficult to find a parking space, parking spaces are not provided.

No wifi

The pool was nice. But it is also closed half the time. Be sure to check the times before / IF you decide to stay here. My room had a nice view.

First of all, they list airport shuttles as part of their services, but they do not, in fact, offer that service. Second, my specific room said it had a bath and a shower- I specifically wanted a bath- it only had a shower. Third, the amount of toilet paper they provide is laughable. Not enough by a long shot. The toiletries- only the bare minimum- only a tiny bit of shower gel. Fourth, the TV is just for decoration it seems, because nothing works. It turns on, but it has absolutely no options at all. No platforms, no connectivity to your phone, not even local channels. Fifth, the walls are THIN. I could hear everything in the hallway and from my neighbors' room.

The staff is responded.

All are worst. Parking not included. And need to walk far to get to the lobby.

Berdekatan pusat bandar , akses kepada kedai cth : kopi ping , orange dll. kawasan yang selamat sbb ada security dan proses check in / check out pun mudah.

susah sikit cari parking dalam kwsn property, mau rajin pusing2 la. to me , not really a big deal juga.

One thing i dont like about this house is the wifi. Wifi connection lost and even my own coverage were not stable. Bare in mind if you wanna stay at 16th floor

The location is so good & nice stay.

Northing

The view from our window was quite nice. The air conditioner worked well. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The apartment was very clean. There were two bottles of water included and plenty of towels. I was a bit worried about picking up the key card, but it was no problem at all because they have 24-hour desk coverage

The bed was just OK. It was a bit spongy and is kind of old. The bigger problem was the toilet. It didn't flush well. I think a plumber needs to have a look at it. Pay attention to Mino Homestay and not K Avenue Modern Suite. When you are contacted, the message will say Mino Homestay not K Avenue.

Good location.

Comfy & as our expectations ,located in strategic area near to airport and eateries

Location,clean,kids pool

Aircond cant set to 25degree.it leak..but its ok fan also good enough for night sleep

Nothing i like except the view

The toilet was dirty and smelled musty and moldy, the mattress and pillows smelled very bad.

Everything inc staff 🫰🏼

False fire alarm. Nasib tya host dulu. Klu x, adalah yg turun tgga dr tingkat 20. Huhu Tandas. Housekeeper perlu beri perhatian lebih d tandas. Dinding, sudut yg moldy 🤢 tandas d cuti, hygiene set disediakan cuma tula. Ada bahagian yg tlepas pandang

the toilet

Very nice apartment. The building is great with lots of amenities including swimming pool and laundry. Good location near airport and good food options nearby. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Great bathroom, beds comfortable. The host is very responsive and helpful

Ok

The room cleanliness and comfortable

No private parking provided

i really like the house. it was spacious and have mini pantry with fridge. have dining table, sofa and tv. I really enjoy the house.

I hate that it was really hard to find parking. And it has no available parking inside the building. I had to park far away from the building and walk with my huge luggage. hmm i wish this could be fix. i would not recommend for senior citizen. it would be such a burden to them.

It was cheap and affordable. Location also for me quite convenient.

The hallway even in the house somehow there is this unpleasant smell. The owner can opt for providing a room/toilet freshener in the future. Overall everything else is okay. May be can also provide a house/toilet slipper.
