Bathroom shower 🚿 need improvement and maintenance, weak water pressure and make the shower head water flows like peeing. House keeping Team need consistently room check especially when light bulb are burned out, need replacement immediately

Las habitaciones no estaban muy limpias, la moqueta sobretodo tenía muchas manchas. La situación no era muy buena si bien está relativamente cerca del aeropuerto.

The indoor pool was great, and the kids absolutely loved it. The staff were also very welcoming and provided excellent hospitality. We really appreciate their kindness and service. Thank you!

Better to experience it yourself. Maybe its just because school holiday.

Het hotel bidt een heel gering ontbijt, er is geen intercontinentaal ontbijt aanbod, we zijn weggegaan. Het personeel was behulpzaam maar daar alles mee gezegd. De locatie vlakbij het vliegveld en de complimentary shuttle is perfect. Buiten het hotel zijn veel lokale restaurants maar heel basic. Er is een apotheek tegenover het hotel en 2 kleine supermarkets.

Heel slecht ontbijt en de kamers zijn oud en slecht onderhouden. Na 22.00 uur (wanneer wij aankwamen) was er niets open om eten te kopen. Alles moet met een taxi

Front office, Jay, was very helpful to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

The management does not seem to care about my overall safety, comfort as well as making assure that I received the service that I paid for. The pool area has no person in charge on duty causing uncontrollable behaviour of other guests. I have of make police report for safety. The management does not see that as damaging my stay that I have paid for 4 nights. In fact, they did not bother to inform me their efforts to assure my safety and comfort. I have to keep on going to the reception for update.

Location

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was spacious, which made the stay quite pleasant. The swimming pool was a big plus for me. It is quite large and open until 10 PM, which was actually the main reason I chose to stay here. After a tiring day at work, I could still go for a swim and relax in the evening. The location is very strategic as the hotel is directly connected to a mall and is also close to plenty of shop lots and restaurants. It was very convenient to get food or do some shopping without having to travel far.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was very disappointing. The taste was not up to my expectations, and this was probably the weakest part of my stay.

Family Suite is large.

I strongly advise against staying at this property WOODSBURY SUITES 7722 Butterworth Penang Tha HOST name is MICHAEL TAN .i have requested a simple date change for my booking, but the host responded in an extremely rude, aggressive, and unhelpful manner. Instead of handling the request professionally, the owner was hostile and completely lack customer service ethics. Very disappointed with how tenants are treated here.I am writing to express my deep disappointment with how owner handled my request to while I understand policies may apply, there is no excuse for your unprofessional and rude behavior towards me. As a host, your attitude towards tenants is unacceptable, and I will be escalating this matter to the platform customer support and leaving an honest review about my experience.I highly recommend AVOID staying here. Again the host is extremely rude and unresponsive to basic requests.

La reserva decia claramente desayuno disponible por 6 U$S y cobraron màs argumentando que eso era para nin̈os. Eso no era lo que decia la reserva que hice y al otro dia modificaron la pàgina.

1) Complimentary airport pick up didn’t arrive on time despite informing earlier to be there at 2.30pm. Waited and had to call hotel. Driver came at 2.45pm 2) Breakfast was bad. Bread was hard. Staff at breakfast area not bothered & playing mobile games.

I like the service. They are very fast and attentive especially the front office, Jay. He understands and knows the needs of a family. He gave us adjoining rooms which is very much appreciated. The rooms were also very comfortable and spacious.

The swimming pool is one of the reason that made me choose this hotel. Unfortunately, due to lack of supervision from the hotel, it made the experience rather traumatic by some guests behaviour.

Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung. Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch die Kopfkissen waren super.

Das Hotel ist als 4-Sterne Hotel angepriesen. Wir würden max. 3 Sterne vergeben. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, in Miri war das Frühstück deutlich besser. Im Zimmer ist ein Teppich ausgelegt, der ziemlich abgewohnt und voller Flecken ist. Unser Zimmer war leider zur Hauptstraße raus, sodass es, trotz geschlossenem Fenster sehr laut war. Auch die Klimaanlage hat mit der Temperatureinstellung nicht funktioniert. Es gab nur kalt oder sehr kalt. Für das was geboten wurde ist es zu teuer.

The room was hot. The air-conditioner was not functioning well. A technician came after i made a complaint and repaired it, but the air-con did not get any better.

Location. It's in a mall but not downtown. Not tourist area. Good area for living. Nearby area is full of restaurants, hypermarket, and many other shopping retail outlet. The bathroom smell nice and it boost the mood

The carpet. It's not clean. There is vacuum that can wash carpet so spend some for it and clean the carpet

10 minit dari Lapangan Terbang KK. Di bawah hotel, banyak kedai serbaneka, farmasi, ada Maybank dan juga beberapa kedai makan. Boleh lihat sunset dari hotel sahaja.

Jauh dari pantai dan bandar utama. Perlu naik grab, teksi atau perlukan kenderaan sendiri.

Complimentary airport pickup. Excellent service. Near airport. Sheets and bathroom were clean.

Hotel was totally run down, in need of full refurbishment. Carpets with huge stains, paint work in disgraceful state. Had asked for a quiet room. Very noisy from traffic. Electricity in room seemed very dodgy. Several times (4 or 5) during night electrics went off and only by swapping room card and messing about with it would it come on again. Tip - if heading to airport use Grab App - much cheaper than hotel arranged transport.
