Riad 27 is not a hotel, it is a private Riad, all the equipment provided belongs to Riad 27 and must not leave the Riad. Any damage requiring replacement or repair will be charged to you. Riad 27 is located at the bottom of a family Derb and we ask you to be respectful of the neighborhood and not to make noise after 11 p.m. and to respect the courtyards. and local customs. If the nuisance rules are not respected we will shorten your stay. For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) it will be necessary to present the marriage certificate (obligatory). Illicit substances are strictly prohibited within Riad 27. Sex tourism is strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate expulsion and legal proceedings. Access to the SPA is reserved for ordered treatments. Access to the laundry room is reserved for staff, however you have the possibility of having laundry washed at a cost of 50dh per machine, the housekeeper will take care of it. It is forbidden to arrive at the Riad with your food in your luggageThis property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026De ruime riad was midden in de medina, met om de hoek een super fijne eetgelegenheid (Le Slimana) en op loopafstand van een pleinen.
Het enkele nadeel waren de steile trappen zonder leuning aan een kant waardoor deze gevaarlijk waren voor (kleine kinderen en bejaarden). Verder was het verassend stil ‘s-nachts in de riad en ook schoon.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Caroline et son conjoint ont été très disponibles et se sont préoccupés si nous avions tout prévu avant notre arrivée. Ils nous ont également conseillé d’excellents endroits notamment pour le déjeuner sur un joli roof top proche du Riad. Le Riad est spacieux, confortable avec une décoration soignée, qui plaira aux amateurs de déco d’intérieur. Le rooftop est très bien aménagé avec un petit salon où nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner. Niché dans un quartier sans beaucoup de touristes mais tout de même proche du Zouk; de la Medrassa Ben Youssef et à côté du musée de la photographie où se trouve un joli café sur le rooftop Nous avons pu également déposé nos bagages malgré notre arrivée précoce afin d’aller déjà déjeuner sans être encombrés. Parfait également pour les enfants. Je recommande

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026The riad itself is a cute modern take on Moroccan living. It's clean and well laid out. Caroline, Alex and her staff were amazing and super accommodating and helpful. They responded right away to every question and made our stay super comfortable.
The pool is small and very cold so we couldn't really use it which the kids were disappointed about. I would think of it like a cold plunge after your hammam service.

Nos hubiera gustado más variedad en los desayunos, más fruta o verduras, tomate, o aguacate, que fuera más saludable, por lo demás encantadas

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025Le riad 27 est très joliment décoré et agencé, sobre mais avec goût. Les 5 chambres sont toutes aussi agréables et confortables. Le patio avec sa piscine (petite et fraiche mais agréable après une chaude journée) jouit d'une belle fraicheur, alors que la grande terrasse en rooftop permet de profiter du soleil et de la chaleur dès le petit déjeuner. La localisation est excellente, dans une ruelle sans passage et donc calme, tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied des rues commerçantes. Caroline et les employées sont à l'écoute et agréables et prépare un bon petit déjeuner ainsi que le diner sur demande. Bref rien à dire, allez-y vous allez vous y plaire.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025We were treated exceptionally well. All the food we were given was to a very high standard. The staff in the Riad were very kind and helpful. Ahmed went out of his way to make sure we found where we were going and that we met up with our guide/excursion driver or whoever ,wherever we were meeting them.
The water to the shower in our room was a bit hit and miss. But, I guess that's what you get in the middle of the Medina. No big deal, just a minor moan.

Firstly we were happily greeted by the Owner Caroline who made sure we were happy and catered for our group. Breakfast was served every morning which was amazingly delicious. A massive thank you to the staff members especially Abdul and Ghizlane for being so considerate and patient with all of us! 🙏

The stairs were shallow and steep with no handrail in parts which we had to be very careful about. Perhaps others might find them a bit difficult.
