Best accommodation we had over our 2 week Canadian rockies trip. Comfy, spacious, quiet & great value. Canmore is a great spot and I feel I will return and stay longer in one location rather than keep moving

Great place to stay. Has everything you need, and clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Huge bathroom. Communication with the owner was always good.

There was nothing that I disliked.

The place was super nice with a bonus of a washer/dryer plus underground parking. Loved our stay there and would definitely recommend as well as future stays.

Falcon Crest was a perfect place for us travelling as a couple. Had a nice deck area with BBQ with mountain view. Nice living area with very spacious bathroom and laundry facilities. Good location and host was very responsive and a bonus to have underground parking. Thanks would stay here again!

Everything was great

Appartamento spazioso ed estremamente comodo, dotato di tutto quello che serve. Abbiamo soggiornato in due e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla comodità del parcheggio sotterraneo e dalle dotazioni della cucina. Assolutamente consigliato.

Das Bett war sehr bequem, gute Lage, Küche hatte alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Riesiges Vadezimmer, Hot Pool sehr angenehm. Es gab sogar Bademäntel für uns. Die Gastgeberin reagierte umgehend, als wir Probleme beim Einchecken hatten.

Appartamento spazioso, cucina notevole

Het appartement lag heel goed ten opzichte van Canmore, Banff was ook maar 20 min rijden. Het bed was goed, de badkamer lekker ruim met een fijne douche en apart bad. De keuken had alles wat je nodig hebt. De ramen hadden horren dus die konden gewoon open. Genoeg parkeerplekken buiten. Ik raad het verblijf aan. Lisa reageerde ook overal snel op!

Wij waren met z'n drieen dus moesten de slaapbank gebruiken, hierdoor werd het wel heel krap en kon je niet echt goed meer lopen en je bagage kwijt. Maar voor 2p is het echt perfect.

The apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The powerful shower was excellent and we made good use of the washing machine and detergent that was provided. The apartment was peaceful and faced onto a quiet street.

A very minor concern was that the dishwasher wouldn't work during our stay and unfortunately the issue couldn't be rectified by the owner remotely.

The host was very accommodating. The room was specious and the location was perfect. I would stay again and utilize the hot tubs.

Had a hiccup with the door codes and couldn’t get in right away. Host was super responsive and we got everything sorted out quickly.

The location is great - just minutes from Hwy 1. Free underground parking ensures you don’t get rained on while loading/unloading your car. The unit is beautifully appointed and has everything you need to prepare your own meals

The lighting in the hallway from the elevator to the unit is entirely too dim - almost dark. Had to use a flashlight in order to see/use the key-code panel for our unit.

The B&B room we book was not yet ready and not cleaned at check in so we cancelled and hotel management (Jess)gave us one of their rooms (identical) for same price

1st property owner communicated poorly and didn’t have the room ready. We were in a hurry, on the way to a wedding so she allowed use to chance immediately at no charge

The location was excellent, the apartment was well equipped and quiet.

It wasn't completely clean, dust in areas and along baseboards. Nothing terrible...the shower door has a gap in the glass so it leaked and we had to put a towel on the floor in front of the shower to soak up the leaking water.

Error in the booking and wanted me to cover the cost. Zero resolution skills. Didn’t contact me until over 24 hours, in the middle of the night, causing booking to call me at 12:20am.

L’emplacement et le parking. Le fait d’avoir une cuisine,le balcon et bbq. Rapport qualité prix.

Les équipements de cuisine étaient manquants, tels que le papier d’aluminium, lighter etc. Porte de salle de bain qui ferme mal. Ce sont toutes des petites choses qui peuvent être améliorés mais qui n’ont empêché d’avoir un beau séjour.

We loved the location and view of mountains from our balcony.The apartment was a good size with fully equipped kitchen. Nice to have Keurug with coffee pods available. The Bathroom was a good size great shower and big bathtub for two! Having clean laundry machines in the apartment with detergent to use was the absolute best!

Dark hallways in the hotel. It was hard to see your door keypad

Everything was perfect. Splendid apartments on a cozy street, just a ten-minute walk from downtown. The apartment was fully equipped, even with a barbecue on the balcony. Underground parking is a huge plus, especially in winter.

The fireplace and the bathroom are absolutely exceptional. Everything else was beautiful as well. It’s also above a Japanese restaurant. What more could you want?

The location was very good. Parking outside on street was available & used. The lobby was clean & inviting. Elevator was clean. The room was clean & comfortable. Well stocked with towels & bedding. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was clean & well maintained.

I had difficulty seeing the numbers on the keypad lock as lighting in hallway wasn’t adequate.

This had everything we needed. It was close to everything. The amenities were great including the hot tub. We would definitely stay again. Great host.

Great location with easy access to Canmore town core and walking trails. Host was very easy to work and the check in and out process was seamless.

Our host was great at communicating once I reminded her we were coming ( didn't receive our welcome email beforehand). It was great to also have baby items like high chair and crib so we didn't have to bring that with us.

The room was quite small for a family of 4. I would suggest this type of room for a couple. The couch also needs to be replaced. It is extremely uncomfortable and we could barely sit on it. Yikes when you are paying over $200 a night. There were no basic kitchen pantry items like salt or oil. These are things that could be bought for guests and kept well in cupboards. Most people won't want to buy a bit bottle of oil just to cook their eggs. The cold water tap needs to be looked at. Seems there is a pressure issue when turning it all the way on. The head of the middle swivle in the washer falls off into your load each time so it needs to be fixed. The units front door also has the lock panel off. Is this because it's a private owner? Regardless it should be replaced. Vacuum also heats up extremely hot when in use for more than 2 minutes- might need replacing also.

Loved everything about the place. It is our 2nd time staying here and we had a great time. Got all the check -in instructions via message and it was a breeze in and out. Having a full kitchen and laundry at your disposal is a great plus too.

The extra beddings are stored in a cabinet with brooms, etc and not sure if they were clean and available for use.

This apartment needs some deep clean and better sanitization. The towels have stains. The mattress protector pad probably never ever got washed. We washed the bed sheets and matress protector pad in the washer when we checked in. The bed sheets were stored in the closet with all of other cleaning stuffs together. We used our own sleeping bag and brought our towels. The cooking utensils were a bit greasy. We washed and cleaned the cooking utensils before we used. The vent fan and oven didn't get cleaned when we checked in. We didn't bother to use the oven anyway. There was no face tissue or laundry detergent in the suite. Only one dish washing pod left in the kitchen. I would suggest the guests should bring ur own laundry detergent ，dish washing pods，ur own towels，face tissue and some Lysol disinfecting wipes to sanitize some areas. The cooking utensils are well stocked. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner responds very quick. Location is great. There are lots of seats in the kitchen and living room for probably 10+ people. Too many chairs take most of space. It's better to remove the chair beside fireplace in the living room so that the guests can have some space to store the luggage. The parking is limited in front of the lobby. We found the parking was full in every morning during our stay. Here are some photos of the kitchen that we have washed and cleaned and organized the cooking utensils.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious in a great location!

Great value

The apartment was very comfortable and met our expectations - the photos are accurate. The location is good and an easy stroll to town either via the main road or through Spring Creek, where there is a gourmet deli/market nearby. Also a good dog friendly coffee shop just around the corner. The building facilities are very good, including the hot tub, underground carpark and onsite Japanese Restaurant. The apartment itself is clean, warm and comfortable with a great bathtub, and shampoo/conditioner supplied and felt like home for our 18 day stay. Good separate towels for the bathroom and hot tub. We would be happy to return in a future trip.

Narrow driveway into carpark - some Canadian cars are very large. You also need to ensure that you have the new security codes, which change every 14 days, to get into the underground carpark.

Walking distance from town yet it’s quiet…full kitchen facilities made it convenient for meal prep…room is exactly like the image…

Location is OK, liked the hot tub option. Underground parking is nice.

Major draft coming from the patio door. Uncomfortably cool even if heat turned up. Tiles in bathroom need repair and always cold.

The overall room and comfort was very lovely. Appreciated all of the kitchen appliances and utensils.

Some communication about a handyman that was coming or if it appreciated, but that is all.

The host was very responsive, and the apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bed sheets were so soft! The check-in and check-out instructions were clear.
