Great condo, loved the view. Well equipped. Comfortable beds.

Excellent location. We chose to stay in Canmore rather than Jasper and what a good choice this was. The condo was amazing, clean, fully equipped and an easy walk into town. Great vibe in the town with beautiful shops, not the usual “touristy” spot. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming.

It was picture perfect.

Unit we stayed was an Air bnb, managed by third party, though the service was instant via texts on booking.com, small hiccups at the end of our stay.

Walking distance to downtown, pool, hot tub available and room layout was perfect for a small family. Parking was easy.

The one bedroom was difficult to move around due to smaller size and queen size bed and wardrobe/ TV taking up a lot of space.

Enough space for my family, any amenity you needed was available, laundry, stocked kitchen, and bathrooms, easy access and great location.

Nothing about the property, the property was fantastic, however finding a place to eat in Canmore after 9pm was a little difficult when feeding a family, as we have picky eaters

It was like staying at home, everything was provided, even things you wouldn’t think of. Great kitchen, clean, spacious, beautiful view, TV with streaming available and most importantly excellent communication from staff with all information provided in advance. Thank you!

The location was great. Communication prior was really good. Apartment is a good size and was clean enough.

There was no firestick as advertised. The dryer didn’t work during our stay. Reported but unable to repair. An offer of $30 was rejected as this was to offset us using a laundromat. There was no games console in the property, again this is advertised. The cleaning brush for the BBQ really needs replacing and is not fit for purpose. Made having a BBQ a bit more difficult. I wish we were given the option to have either a balcony or terrace. As the one we were allocated faces the main road passing the complex, so not at all private. We would have never have chosen this and see it as a downgrade to other equivalent properties. The pool, hot tub and sauna good but are shared for the complex so not private as described in the accommodation listing. The hot tub is listed as a room amenity but this is not true as it is in the shared complex. The original listing was described as having 2 living rooms, again this is not true for this property. As we had two teenage boys, we hoped to use one of those rooms as a separate space utilising the sofa bed. We chose to put both boys together as we also needed the living space

Only thing I didn’t like is that I prefer bed linens to be all natural fibers (e.g., all cotton, rayon). These had polyester in them which is common! Everything else fabulous

We didnt interact with any staff because we didn't have housekeeping service. It was fine, we didnt need it for a four-day stay.

The place is looking a little run down for what is touted as a penthouse apartment. It's ridiculous that we have to take garbage out when paying so much for cleaning. I wouldn't stay here again.

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and local restaurants. Pool, sauna and hot tub area was nice. Black Dog coffee shop was a treat.

I really liked that our unit had a terrace with a back door that goes straight to the hot pool — so convenient! There’s also a BBQ right in the unit, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. I didn’t expect that they also provided basic condiments like oil, salt, pepper, and spices for cooking. The shampoo and toiletries were full-size bottles, not the small ones, which was a nice surprise and very thoughtful.

The only small issue was that we had limited bathrobes for our group, but the team responded quickly when we requested more. Everything else was great!

Reviews all said views from room were spectacular. Our room was 1st floor facing pool No views Dark a little dreary Room itself was spacious but bed was uncomfortable Ended up going to a different hotel and was happier People who we emailed were polite.

Close to downtown. Could walk to farmer's market and many restaurants. My kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the fire pit and access to the pool and center of complex.

The pool was great clean however too many guests and the pool door was open to all.

The bed has wooden frame which is exactly the height to bang your leg on as the space is constricted . Ouch

The view is amazing! The bed super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a lovely place to have a vacation in the mountains!

We were there in February, very cold weather, but really enjoy the hot tub & sunna. The kitchen is fully equipped, furniture & bedding are clean & tidy. Little Sister Getaway provides prompt service to make sure our staying is comfortable.

Wonderful stay with breathtaking snow mountain views! The living space was spacious, with a large living room and three bedrooms. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

However, the lack of shuttle bus stops made commuting to the ski resort difficult, especially after our car rental was canceled due to high holiday demand. Additionally, without onsite luggage storage, we had to head to the airport 5 hours early with all our ski luggage, which prevented us from hiking or exploring further. Despite these challenges, it was an enjoyable experience overall, and we’d recommend it with careful planning for transportation and luggage arrangements.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The place was exactly as I had imagined, and the staff was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and patient, even when I bombarded them with numerous questions online before my visit. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out, so a big thank you for that! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

If I had to point out one thing, it would be the pricing. While it wasn’t overly expensive, I do feel it was slightly on the higher side. A more competitive rate would have made the experience even better, but overall, it was still worth it.

This place is very clean and welcoming. Everything you need is minutes away, and waking up to the view of the mountain is spectacular

One more arm chair (2 ideally) in living area would have been nice - we had to sit on the floor. Also - a coffee scoop would be useful Otherwise - well appointed!

Thorough directions and instructions for entering property

The property is in a good and quiet location. Swimming pool and hot tub were great for a evening soak. Property is clean, aside with the kitchen. Hosts also provide some board games, child books, robes and swim towels.

I know this is very personal but it worth to inform future guesses the mattresses are very soft, which is not my preference. Kitchen pans don't have matching lids which is quite annoying if you going to cook there. Also the kitchen has several grease spots. But overall kitchen is well supplied.

Access lock was not working majority of stay- huge inconvenience of always being locked out. This is a very basic necessity for a fairly expensive stay.

Could have been a bit cleaner. Dusty! Mold in the bathroom shower. Kitchen stove is extensively scratched. Location was great, room was nicely decorated. Overall good experience, other than it could have been cleaner. 😊

Proximity to the pool is excellent. Loved the bike paths that go right by the property.

It would be nice if the unit had a dresser for clothes. Perhaps a narrow tall dresser where the long mirror is in the bedroom.
