Very nice and complete apartement. Nice pool and walking distance to the beach. Several good restaurants nearby.

Very clean and close to amenities.

Pool need monitoring, guest need to wash off the suncream off their body before entering the pool.

החדר ברמה תחזוקה מזעזעת D23 אין מזגן בסלון יש חדרון למעלה לא מסודר ולא נח בכלל הדלת בקושי נפתחת צריך להילחם במנעול המים באסלה זורמים בלי סוף והרעש שיגע אותנו בלילות המקלחת ברמה ירודה עם וילון משנות ה 80. בכלל ההרגשה שמגיעים לבית של סבתא מלפני 30 שנים. הכי מאכז השקר הכי מגעיל רשום דירה 240 מטר חחחח זה 30 מטר ככה שלא בטעות נכתב עוד 0. לא להתקרב!!!!! בעל הדירה גם לא ענה להודעות והיינו צריכים סתם להמתין עד שינקו הדורה למרות שהוא בכלל לא יודע מה המצב שם. אכזבה ממש גדולה לא שווה את הכסף!!!! חבל שבוקינג לא בודקים נתונים שקריים שכותבים. אני שלחתי הודעה לבוקינג שהכל שם רמאות גדולה. הצוות של המתחם האמת חמודים ולכן הציון די גבוה. הדירה ציון 1. אין מעלית מדרגות צרות וקשה מאדמאד עם המזוודות.

It was near the beach but had to pay. Thought everything came with it.

We had blood on a towel. Owner said it wasn't caught on camera or video, not sure what he means as i tried getting evidences of his video. AC in room was not blowing cold air. It was hot. Pool was closed twice in a row. There were no blankets for my son to use. Extra towels we couldn't get too. We had to PAY for beach, when I thought we had unlimited access. Vendors in front of apartments were harassers trying to get you to buy from them. Overall, I wasn't happy for paying over $1300 for 4 days.

Sehr sauber und viel Platz, alles nötige vorhanden. Anfrage nach neuen Handtüchern wurde umgehend nachgekommen und geliefert.

Der strandbereich ist nicht wirklich privat wie beschrieben. Man muss jeden Tag (!!!) zur Rezeption um einen strandschein zu besorgen, damit muss man dann zum halb öffentlichen Strand um dort mind. 5 Minuten in der ungeschützten Hitze bei unfreundlichen Securities auf ein furchtbares plastikarmband zu warten. Die tun dort so, als wäre der Strand eine hochsicherheitseinrichtung. Die plastikarmbänder färben ab und kleben auf der Haut, teilweise lösen sie sich auch ab und schwimmen dann überall im Meer. Der Strand selbst wäre sehr schön, wenn er besser geputzt würde. Auch die Fülle an lauten Party machenden locals muss man mögen. Für liegen muss man natürlich extra zahlen, Schatten eher rar. Als Tourist fühlt man sich komplett fremd und einsam.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. The host response to requests was dealt with in a timely manner. The welcome items in the apartment were a nice touch.

In general when you enter the details into the search for Booking.com you will be given choices based on said search. We were 3 adults and 1 child. We arrived to a one bed apartment, on upper floor, no lift, stairs only, no staff wanted to help, could see I struggled with 4 cases and a pram. No crib for child, I was very frustrated as we spent 5 hours in travelling to Ocho Rios from Negril, it’s doesn’t mention it’s a sofa bed until you book this and was sent message. Completely misleading and decided to move.
