Somerset Ho Chi Minh City

Quite clean and ample space. Service was excellent. They always open the car doors every time we arrived and left. The staff also brought our bags to our room after we checked in. Would be booking this hotel every time we visit Ho Chi Minh. Also with K-mart that closes at midnight inside the premises.

None.

Was so relaxed yet on top of everything . The property had everything you would need place space and great air conditioning . Also supplied. 19litres of water .

Amazing location, extremely clean, awesome service! Comes with shuttle bus service and staff were so friendly and accommodating! Really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing

Staff were very nice and professional. Room was awesome for the price.

Location was fine, facilities were great, staff were friendly, breakfast buffet was awesome

Nothing

Clean, spacious with a 24hr fitness centre

Location could be more central I.e., walking distance to the city centre

Staff kindness Clean apartment Good service

Location

Rooms were clean and service was good

Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We had a really lovely stay. The room was spacious and the kitchenette was very well equipped.

Clean, excellent staff

Limited restaurant facilities.

We had an amazing two weeks stay at Somerset Hotel in HCM city! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the amenities made our trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely come here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation experience!

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had very good selection of options, and was reasonably priced. The pool was pretty good size and a nice relief from the heat, but they were doing work on the pool deck which required part of it to be blocked off. The restaurant had a good selection of items to order for dinner also, and prices were reasonable. The pho, fried chicken, and pork rib dishes were delicious. The kids cheese pizza was ok.

The washing machine in our condo was not working right. When I put a load on to dry, it ran a wash cycle instead. We were checking out that day though, so I did not bring this up to the staff.

The staff was exceptional accommodating, helpful, and friendly.

Wish we had longer here! The 3 bdrm apt was very spacious, lovely staff, good brekkie and pool, would definitely recommend for a family.

Great location, clean room, excellent service, and friendly staff. Overall 5 star customer experience

Schönes, grosses Appartement, alles was man braucht. Gutes Frühstücksbüffet

WLAN Empfang könnte noch besser sein

Zeer comfortabel appartement en behulpzame vriendelijke staf.

We would like to sincerely thank the guest services manager Helen for her incredible kindness, compassion, and care during our stay. When our son became unwell, she went far beyond her role to support our family, and her genuine concern meant more to us than words can express. Her warmth, patience, and willingness to help made a difficult time so much easier, and we will always remember her generosity. She truly made us feel cared for when we needed it most.

The Somerset was great when travelling with a teenager who wanted her own space in the confines of our unit. Proximity to the centre of the city, made walking around easy. Breakfast by the pool each morning was beautiful. Our pickup from the airport and drop off was seamless.

Locatie, wasmachine en gym.

Beperkt ontbijt, al met al niet 5 sterren.

Plenty of room , washing machine

The Queen bed was quite firm, and the pillows could of been thicker The buffet breakfast could of had a bit more of choice of food.

We stayed for 3 Nights, and were pleasantly surprised how well maintained and superbly managed this property is. Jade at front desk was very warm and helpful and both the check in & check out process was a breeze. Even though our 3 bedroom apartment showed its age aesthetically, It was so well maintained and Spick & Span that it was as good as new. The breakfast although not lavish is sufficient, tasty and did the job for us. All the staff were perfectly able to understand and converse in English making our stay comfortable I highly recommend this property if you want to stay in the middly of the city and are looking for a no nonsense, spacious, clean and hastle free accommodation experience

Great location and facilities for good price

Room was spacious, clean, modern and new. Everything was well-maintained. Service was excellent too.

The electric kettle was dirty and yellow. A replacement is needed.

Horrible....Never Use

Bad Service ....AC doesn't work

Location but Breakfast is very Basic.....

The First nite we checked in at 9:30pm It was 3 bedroom Suite....The AC was not working One of the Couple had to Sleep on the Floor in the Living Room To Compensate us the Hotel offered a free transfer to the Airport and thinks it done us a favour.

Very clean Great pool

Nice Lounge area

Ungene bodde i bassenget.

Excellet, spacious

The property reception was very outstanding The staff named Ben was professional and provided us with all the necessary information even suggested us of various activities shopping centre and the best food that we can enjoy. Reserved 4 p’s pizza for us advised us of the closest spa ect

Except the ginger welcome drink dispenser was not working so I couldn’t taste the drink and the dispenser did not got fixed and we couldn’t taste the drink

Very clean, good location for tourists and a lot of equipments for families

Breakfast and apartment style not adapted to business trips

Everythîg was Perfect only checking early was no possible

The room was spacious and clean and the hotel is located in an excellent location. But the best part about the property were the staff - they were always so welcoming, kind and helpful.

Location was close to everything we needed in a busy city yet it felt like we were in a little oasis. Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was delicious, the pool was great but the best thing about the property is the friendliness of all the staff. They greeted you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Staff exceptional Clean and comfortable huge rooms

The breakfast was average Room service appalling

Staff are extremely considerate and helpful.

Great room, excellent facilities and the staff were always super helpful.

Tout était parfait. Le personnel est exceptionnel..bravo a tous
