i like the central location, staff were friendly and some could speak english for easier communication as well

i could feel the springs when i slept on the bed so it wasn’t very good for my back. and on two mornings there was construction going on that no one prior informed us and was so noisy we could not sleep in

Бассейн на крыше был хорошим, но маленьким. К сожалению, не успели в нём искупаться. Мы оплачивали завтраки, они были вкусными.

Ну вид из окна на 4 этаже не супер, но я думаю это проблема застройки в городе. В целом, все отлично.

My friends and I had a wonderful day at the T Ritz Saigon hotel. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities provided everything that one would need. The breakfast was excellent. The location was also wonderful.

There is nothing that we did not like.

Great place to stay, the staff makes the stay as a fantastic experience. They are welcoming, helpful and always attentive if the customer needs something. The facilities are beautiful and well look after. Location is really good, and advantage it's off the road, which makes it more welcoming. 100% recommended!

Staff were always friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed- it was cleaned every day to a high standard. The bed was comfortable. We had our own iron. We could do our washing and had the pool to ourselves each day! A great location to walk everywhere!

Very good location, close to everything. The hotel is pretty nice for asian standards. Room was big enough with comfy big beds. We enjoyied our stay there.

A bit too expensive for what it offers. Breakfast could be much better, also they only served vietnamese coffee for breakfast, despite the fact that the esspreso machine was right there and they could easily make you a fresh cappuccino.

Everything is great. The most important factors when staying at a hotel are for me are cleanliness and the staff. Both are fantastic, but also all other factors are at an excellent level. The location is perfect for a finding restaurants and going to the center of the city. It is my second time here and it great to find out that the quality remains at the highest level.

The youth centre across the street had a concert that started early Sunday morning... It would be nice to get another couple of bottles of water.

The Breakfast buffet was well spread. Room and staff assistance in getting me the taxi and other needs was exceptionally satisfactory. Overall, had a pleasant time, though it was for one night only.

Friendly staff, clean.

The studio apartment is quite compact, and I question whether it offers sufficient value for its cost.

Always very good to be back to T-ritz, clean room, flexible arrangements and great location. Mr. Tai always welcomes me when I return, making me feel the friendliness of Saigon.

Swimming pool is cozy. Location is perfect, convient city walk area. Not far from the Independent Palace and other famous french style attractions.

We had a great stay at T-Ritz. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The location is convenient—you can easily walk to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and attractions, while most of the main sights are only a quick 5–10 minute Uber ride away. The lifts were fast and reliable, which made getting around the hotel easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily stay here again.

The location was excellent, walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Good location for bars and restaurants. The room was lovely and clean, the pool area was excellent and so was the gym. The laundry was a fantastic bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Ho Chi Minh. I would stay here again if I come back to Ho Chi Minh.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the room was clean and well equipped. However, there were a few things I did not like. The reception staff were not cooperative or professional when dealing with guests. Many of them could not speak English well and were unable to resolve even simple problems. I was also disappointed with the restaurant service. One day, I woke up late and entered the restaurant at around 9:40 a.m. Some vegetables and fruits had already run out. I asked a staff member to bring more, but she said they did not have any. The restaurant manager then spoke to the staff and asked me to wait because they would bring more food. However, nothing was provided. This was very annoying because I had paid for breakfast; it was not free. These issues may seem minor, but they significantly affected my stay. I will share these comments on Agoda, and I do not plan to book this hotel again.

We had a brilliant stay at T-Ritz Saigon. The hotel is spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable. The pool is excellent, the gym is well equipped, and the afternoon tea was a really lovely touch. What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Tai, Yen and Duong at reception were absolutely fantastic — always friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is also excellent for exploring Ho Chi Minh City while still being able to come back to a peaceful and relaxing hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. An easy 5 stars from us!

We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast buffet was enjoyable and very convenient. The location is fairly good, it was too hot to walk but it is so easy to catch a scooter ride every where and any where. There are alot of cafes and coffee shops right within the vicinity. And right next door is the BEST pizza restaurant!! The gym was clean, the pool was deep and all the staff were super lovely!! We would definitely stay here again

We didn’t have any problems, but if we were to be picky, maybe a couple of extra seats at the pool, otherwise, we liked everything:)

The room was large, good facilities, very clean and modern. With my vegetarian needs breakfast was ok but staff not as attentive as the Hanoi hotel we stayed at.

Clean and tidy lobby as well as room! Staff were very kind and helpful with every enquiry, no matter how small - from booking your grabs to pointing out directions to ATMs. Combined with a spacious and comfortable room, the stay was as enjoyable as it could be without breaking the bank!

Location was great for exploring cultural side of Saigon. However, slightly further from the central area where most tourists would like to go.

Beds are so comfortable, the bathroom is a good size and the room was very spacious - we had stayed at 3 hotels in Vietnam before arriving at TRitz and regret the ratings I gave the others because TRitz definitely set the bar high. The staff were awesome too very nice and welcoming.

The price of laundry was pretty steep for Vietnam and it was self service so didnt understand why it was so steep.

The bin area underneath the kitchen sink had a nasty smell when you open the cabinet.

I really believe this place deserves a 5 star. First it’s located what I feel is a great spot. It’s quiet enough at night time for deep sleep and still have a few local places for food and beer. Access to coffee shops and banks was a huge plus.Let me start off with the room, it’s a very good size and plenty of closet space. It even has a good size fridge, small kitchen style sink, microwave and a hot plate if you even wanted to cook. Which i doubt anyone would want to maybe to heat up something. The bathroom is really sweet with an actual door not like most of the typical Asian hotels. What i cant comment is the pool, it was way too hot to enjoy but it seems “useable” 😬 The hotel staff was pleasant and friendly. The hallways and rooms were very clean, not dark or dingy. I really had a great time traveling to and from this hotel location to all the spots I went to.

A little expensive for Vietnam but was very happy with it.

The hotel is superbly located at the border of districts 1 and 3. Many things at walking distance. It has a well-equipped and clean gym. Two rooftop pools are excellent and clean. The European and Asian breakfast buffet has a good choice of breads, eggs, meats, vegetables and Asian dishes. The rooms can also be hired for long-term/apartment style living. The room had a fridge and a small separate freezer, a microwave, electric kettle, some kitchen utensils, cooking plate and frying pan. Also cockery and cutlery for two.

Providing a small cooking pan rather than just a frying pan in the room would be useful. A bread knife would be useful too.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the lication is good

Tv channel - if they can upgrade to smart tv it would be oustanding. And the room is not really sound proofed - I still can hear tge dancing music from the bar around the corner
