The property is good with lots of amenities nearby. The stay was comfortable and with a very responsive host.

A suggestion is to provide more basic necessities such as utensils, tissue paper etc

The location is great, the view is spectacular! 2 of 3 bedrooms come with a toilet, but I think it accommodates a maximum of 3 families (up to 8 pax) if sharing, unless occupants are ok to sleep on the mattress.

There are ants all around the property, and soundproofing is terrible. I could hear the cars and bikes driving by all night, and people setting fireworks at the beach at 1230am. Not for light sleepers hoping for a good night rest.

Good location. The view from the balcony facing the sea was fabulous. Finding food was just 5 mins away with lots of choices.

Could be able to change the pillows as it was hard. 1 of the water heaters not working .

The location is good, many restaurants nearby..Parking is easy. House facilities are great. You can cook, can wash clothes & hang them dry. Great for big families or group

The house was big, had 3 rooms and some extra mattresses. There was a total of 3 toilets. Sufficient for everyone to use. There was a washing machine which was very easy to do laundry. Overall was easy to liase with host via whatsapp. There was Netflix available in the TV.

There was no mirrors except in the toilet. There wasn't much dustbins especially in the toilet. There's no daily housekeeping provided but can request with payment of 90RM if I am not wrong. Also, staying there for 2 nights, we had quite a bit of trash and there wasn't enough bags but the host was nice to ask us to just tie up everything and leave it in the property itself. There's no tissues provided except toilet roll. Lastly carpark is only provided for 1 car. I'm wondering, for a house that can accommodate 13 pax, how can 1 car be enough to ferry everyone, we had to pay 20RM for each day for the 2nd car.

Unit is very basic don’t expect 4-5 star hotel standard .Furnitures, cabinets.. looks tired n old, Kitchen are not equipped for cooking . Utensils looks dated n well used. Bed sheets n blankets n towels does not smells clean nor looks changed, it’s in dark colour so hard to tell stain. Pillows hard. Grab to city cost $30 onwards during peak . Not walkable to city center malls.

Nearby to the seafront, with lots of eateries and theres even 24 hr supermarts and starbucks! Check in and check out procedure was seamless. Apartment was clean, kitchen has full appliances, 3 big bedrooms with 4 large beds and 3 toilets. What our family loved most was the living room balcony has an awesome seaview which had a full sunset and sunrise view. The main bedroom also has a balcony with a similar breath taking view.

Amazing apartment! Huge and the living room + balcony and 2 of the 3 bedrooms were facing the beautiful sea. Impressively, the 2 bedrooms also had ensuite bathrooms! Really value for money. The host was also very responsive and friendly, and her instructions are super comprehensive and clear! She sent a video and pdf instructions in advance of our check in, which was really appreciated. Would definitely book again!

Room is normal, nothing special! Kitchen top cabinet fill with ants! Sofa has cockroache! All bedrooms bed is not clean, my whole family feel itchy when sleeping on the bed. Hygiene is not in place! Worst place!

Host was responsive, kind, quick and so so easy to deal with! ❤️ Place was clean and well kept. For the price point and considering this is an apartment, it was a 10/10. The additional mattress that was provided was also quite thick which is amazing! Furnitures are well kept too. The basic needs like soap and towels are provided but we brought our own. Air con in all room and living room works perfect. View was amazing. Location was good, near to many food stalls, there was about 3 marts just opposite. A Starbucks too. 😆 It was such a wonderful stay!

Not that I didn't like it. We were ok with it but could be better, just the pillows. But if stack or folded, the pillows still works fine.

The owner is really accommodating. LOCATION-Very very convenient. Very ideal for families with kids..very nearby 24hrs shops both for food and mini mart. Near customs. Got a massage place nearby. I will definitely recommend it and we will be back. Easy check in and check out.

The convenience of the place, how each room has air conditioners & ceiling fan and windows which makes the rooms brighter. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the host even had towels prepared for us on each bed. The toilet had bidet and it was clean as well! 👍🏼

The staff and the host Based the booking, we can check-in at 3pm, however when we arrived at 3:30pm, the host told us that our units (I booked 2 units) were not ready and we need to wait for another 1 and half hour. I told them we have a long journey and the unit must be ready before 3pm and the staff have the audacity to tell us to go the mall nearby to rest. Then we waited until 5:30 pm and I call the host to let us know that whether we can check in or not. But the host ghosted us and did not picked up the phone (at this time I called more than 5 times). We were left stranded at Aeon Tebrau for another 30 mins and I got fed up and call the booking.com service center. The customer services officer really helped us sort this problem. Then the host contacted us again and said that our units is ready but I think they did not clean it up well and we got the sofa without the cover. So yeah, location good but need to be lucky in dealing with the host. Maybe we are the unlucky one.

The musky toilet and bed. The sheets smelled like it has been there for years or it smelled like the previous tenant's sweat. The master bedroom toilet bowl was not stable and it made a loud noise when you sat down on it. The water for the shower is so small. Thought it would be better than my own residential place.

The apartment was huge! It can accommodate 13 pax. The rooms are big enough and comfortable! The view of the sea is amazing. The host was so accommodating and will guide you through out the process. It was very easy to follow the instructions. Even the guards are easy to talk with. Me and my family enjoyed our stay.

Problems when entering the lift using the pass key.

Love the location - how its slightly further away from central (due to heavy traffic). The house definitely catered to a big family (plus point for small children due to bunk bed) and clean. Even the duvet/quilt and mattress cover is so comfortable.
