Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Fantastic location. Surrounded by good food and the subway/bus stops are just 5 mins away. Post office also just 5 mins away so can easily ship stuff home when luggage too full. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

訂房四人,進入房間只看到1張雙人床,有點傻眼,另外2人的床墊在陽台要拉進房間自己舖, 找到額外的棉被枕頭,衣櫃上又貼了一張使用需額外付費 因入住時已經晚上9點多就只能先使用,隔天才與客服聯繫確認無需付費

第一天就有看到死掉的小蟑螂🪳 浴巾如果每天都要換新的，要再自己主動跟房東要，如果行李是比較大（胖胖箱），沒有像飯店的行李寄放，在最後一天回去前會比較不方便，樓下付費寄放行李的櫃子沒有很大。

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025온돌이 되서 정말따뜻했어요. 한국의 신축 아파트는 정말 놀랍습니다.🫶🏻🫶🏻 친구도 정말 좋은 거 쓴다는 걸 알 수 있어요. 인테리어도 주인 분이 상당히 신경 쓰는 것 같았습니다. 신축 아파트를 체험 하러 다시 올 거에요. 저희 감기가 나았습니다. 인덕션도 되고 세탁기도 되고 너무 좋았습니다. 이런 게 장점이죠. 모든 게 새거였습니다.

A notre arrivé, pas de personnel, pas d'indication pour trouver le logement. Donc pas très accueillant. TRES Déçu par l'impossibilité d'utiliser la piscine. Nous avions choisi ce logement pour la piscine au rooftop qui finalement était fermée, la piscine inutilisable depuis longtemps car l'eau était verte et 2 parasols étaient dedans. Nous n'avions pas été prévenu de ce désagrément très dommageable.

It wasn't very clean. There was sand on the tables and the toilet was clogged when we arrived. There was no city or beach view.

However, there are many residents but only two elevators. It takes a long time to wait for the elevator during peak hours. In addition, the luggage storage was not properly arranged in advance, so the luggages were stored in the lockers on the first floor and paid a lot of luggage storage fees.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2024The view was beautiful, the unit was very modern and comfortable. The location was amazing, and the host was very accessible. Loved the view of the city and the sea from the sunrooms and balcony.
It wasn't clear where the full sized towels were, so we struggled to use our rags and face towels to shower. We ended up finding them when we did our final sweep of the unit. The couch was stained a bit, which was enough to cause our avoidance of using it to sit on. Overall, nothing that couldn't be fixed with some cleaning or a new couch, and it did not affect our opinion of the facilities. It was overall a very good experience.

The layout is very strange. There’s a TV, but no proper place to sit and watch. The room has no AC! So I can’t really close my door as the air need to go through from the living room. No reception!!! I thought this was a hotel when I book, so I could just drop off my bag at reception, but there wasn’t one. So I didn’t even know how to check in at first, until I check my email which just sent to me 10mins after I was looking for the entrance.
