En passant par booking vous ne louez pas directement a l’hôtel mais on passe par un prestataire donc self check in et self check out on a pas droit au serviette de piscine de l’hôtel ni meme de demander quoi que ce soit au personnel qui vous diront aimablement que vous devez contacter amanjiwa je n’avais jamais vu ca et c'était contraignant bien qu’amanjiwa réponde et soit efficace c’est chiant surtout vu la qualité de la chambre le plafond s’effritait a cause d’un dégât des eaux pas de ménage heureusement qu’on y etait que pour 2 nuits enfin bref ce fut une expérience spéciale...

The room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious foods and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

The location of this homestay was convenient.

The shower could have some lighting, and the toilet seat felt a bit loose, which was a bit concerning. Additionally, suspicious whit fuzz scattered on the carpet.

Stayed there for a night. It was a fabulous experience. Room was pretty spacious for a family of 3. Check in process was smooth. There is a convenience store at the ground floor for all minor needs.

You do have to use a taxi to get to places but it was affordable with our group of 4.

The pool was under maintenance, so we could not enjoy it.

I like the accomodating host , very good . The room , it was so so , not that clean. Can be better, so i avoid using the stuff in the room .

Price for value. Clean, good beds, great shower and enough space. Small but nice gym with dumbells and a threadmill. Good foodcourt next to the hotel. Easy access with clear information provided via whatsapp.

Airconditioning gave an error code and stopped working a few times in our 3 nights stay. Turning it off and on helped.

The parking is not inconvenient. And need to make payment for Parking fees. Not so convenient if stay longer time.

The room quite spacious and the host even prepare two extra single mattress.

It is not far from centre but since we came as family we need care to move around.

The family suite apartment is clean from the room to the toilet. It's very spacious and sleeps to about 10 people if you are with a big family. The prompt response from the owner who is nice and friendly. Instructions given to collecting the keys are very clear and precise. The location is strategic near the shopping area, night market, and Riverside cruise. First impression when stepping into the lobby is very welcoming and warm. Staff are very friendly. I am looking forward to stay again for my next family trip!

The only feedback I have regarding the parking. We drive up to Melaka so we need a convenient place and of course it's the apartmen or hotel carpark. There was no complimentary parking or not even discounted parking rate for stayer. The cheapest parking was the next building, which was totally cheap but inconvenient. As compared to my stay in the apartment in KL, they provide us with a complimentary carpark. We really enjoyed the perks even though it's just a few days!

Great stay value for money it's a gem !!

Staff very friendly.

Our check in time actually should be 3pm, but the staff called and inform us they have some facilities and equipment haven't resolved, so we can't check in on the ori time, then until night around 8pm finally we check in and rest. But the Staff name Steven extend our check out time from 11am to 12pm next day.

The room is really clean and cozy.
