Sometimes I had to wait for a lift as it's a big hotel and during peak periods the lifts are full. Parts of the hotel are showing their age.

Good breakfast served . (It’s the same menu everyday. ) Overall ok for a short stay. The staffs are very patient and helpful.

洗面、シャワーいずれも排水が非常に悪く流れづらいため、バスルームに溜まってしまい不快な思いをした。またそのためかカビや汚れがかなり目立ち、前の宿泊客のゴミと思しきものがバスタブ裏に捨ててあるままで、清掃が行き届いていないと感じた。 バスタオルも少なく、全体的にアメニティが少ないという印象。

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026The hotel is located in Melaka City, very close to tourist attractions such as A Famosa and Jonker Walk. There are also many places nearby for food and drinks as well as shopping malls. The room was quite spacious and clean, the air-conditioning worked well and was nice and cold, the bathroom was clean, with enough toiletries and good water pressure. The in-room facilities such as the sofa and shoe bench were also comfortable. Breakfast was served on Level 3A, where the dining area was quite spacious. There was a good variety of food from local dishes to Western options. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the location was definitely one of the best things about this hotel.
However, we stayed in Room 18-025 and the room wall was next to the lift shaft. We could hear the lift going up and down. The sound was not very loud but it was noticeable and a little disturbing especially during quiet times.

El personal era super amable i a mes tenien un servei de water taxi que et deixava just a la plaça vermella per un preu super economic anar i tornar. Va ser un plus molt bo. L’hotel te un centre comercial conectat, el que tambe es molt comode. Repetiria 100%

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026マラッカのバスターミナルから車で10分ほどの場所にある、高層の大型都市型ホテルです。ホテル内にはプールもあります。 朝食ビュッフェは、ニョニャラクサをはじめとするローカル料理やマレーシア料理のほか、インド料理、中国料理など種類が豊富。どの料理も美味しく、満足度の高い朝食でした。 部屋は広く、ベッドもゆったりとしていて快適に過ごせました。高層階だったため、ベランダからの眺望も素晴らしかったです。冷蔵庫も備え付けられており、部屋の設備も一通り揃っていました。 一方で、客室数が多い大型ホテルであるのに対してエレベーターは4基しかなく、時間帯によってはかなり混雑します。特に朝食の時間帯やチェックイン・チェックアウトの時間帯は、エレベーターをなかなか利用できないこともあり、各階に停まることも多いため、館内の移動に時間がかかりました。 立地については、マラッカの観光の中心であるオランダ広場までは、川沿いを歩いて行くことができます。車で移動するだけでなく、マラッカ川沿いの景色を楽しみながら徒歩で観光できるのは、このホテルの良い点だと思います。 総合的には、充実した朝食、広く快適な客室、高層階からの眺望を楽しめる、コストパフォーマンスの良い大型ホテルという印象です。

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026L’albergo è grande e ben posizionato sul fiume, a due passi dalle attrazioni della città. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita; inoltre il personale addetto alle pulizie si è dimostrato molto disponibile anche a pulire laddove non ero soddisfatta delle condizioni della camera.
L’albergo è attaccato ad un centro commerciale squallidissimo pieno di negozi fantasma che non si capisce se sono in abbandono o in procinto di avviare lavori. La piscina è molto poco curata: i lettini sono mal messi e la infinity pool è piena di incrostazioni e i vetri sono sporchissimi. La colazione lascia a desiderare e comunque è orientata sul gusto dei carnivori. Poche verdure, poca frutta e zero pesce.

Both indoor and outdoor pools were dirty, full of trash including plastic bags, cigarettes and other rubbish. They were filthy. The entire pool area was also badly maintained, and we had to leave very quickly because they were disgusting. I commented about this when I checked out. Don't book this hotel if you're looking to use the pool after a tiring day of exploring Melaka.

les conseils donnés à l'enregistrement et à l'accueil sont médiocres. Le personnel répond à toutes vos questions qui concernent l'intérieur de l'hôtel mais rien de correct sur la plus petite question concernant la ville. Les ascenseurs sont insuffisants pour une tour si grande surtout à l'heure des check out. + de 40 min pour descendre.

Reservamos una habitación para 2 adultos y 2 niños, y nos pusieron 2 toallas. Al pedir más toallas nos dijeron que la habitación era para 2 personas y nos dieron una toalla más, nos pareció un poco cutre la verdad. La reserva la hicimos por Booking para 2 adultos y 2 niños.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026staff was very nice and we were offered an upgrade in our room for free. really appreciated. also breakfast had multiple options for all tastes. I forgot one thing in my room after check out and they offered the option to ship it to a different location.
the pool area was not very clean, although I must say it was very big (2 big pools and 1 for kids). It probably needs a bit of renovation and a change of sunbeds.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The location is convenient , staff was attentive and never disappoints at any moment.. The lady upon check in, i didn't get her name but she was helpful.. At first my booking was not able to locate as i booked last minute at midnight where later i reach the hotel at wee hour.. However she manage to resolve the matter.. thank u again Keep it up Girl!
Emmm the room... I was assigned to a connecting room which slightly uncomfortable but manage to pull the 2 nights and the drawer for minibar was were not properly screwed.. but i did enjoy my stay.. hehehehe

Struttura con manutenzione non eccezionale ma il prezzo lo giustifica. Malacca è una città di transito e solo gli hotel costosi sono giustamente top.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 5 et 12 ans, à notre arrivée la chambre attribuée était pour 3 personnes. Heureusement la manager de l’hôtel a su nous satisfaire en nous proposant une autre chambre pouvant tous nous accueillir sans supplément.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The room is spacious and the beds super-comfortable. We appreciated the water pressure in the shower and the view of Melaka from a higher level room. The staff at receiption and concierge were also lovely.
Having done some more research after we booked, the price is a bit more expensive than similar hotels in the same area. It could also be a bit closer to the centre
