Reviewed Mar 30, 2025Great apartment to stay near to the city centre and great condominium in general...

Reviewed Jan 27, 2025The location, handling of staff, the owner was really friendly, the facilities are great, the amenities provided are complete and the space is just perfect for a three person stay. A very strategic place since the malls are just down below along with the LRT. We saved up a lot for this trip, so it was worthwhile.
I’m not really that satisfied with the cleanliness. Upon arriving, the bathrooms and room aren’t really that clean. About 75% clean. Because there were random items on the bathroom floors and it was quite sticky & slippery, that we had to buy slippers. The room had an odd smell of dust & dampness. Overall everything else was good and we loved the property.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2023I really do enjoy staying in ur place, the house facility exactly the same as mention provided and function really well. The cleanest of the house amazing and you feel to much comfortable to stay which make me didn't want to go out. The security is amazing which I feel secure and they are also friendly and helpful alot. The location is too much strategic as besides lrt jelatek, make us easy to go to the town. And downside have shopping mall, food merchant, pharmacy restaurants and others. Miss Nita was a great great host and fast respond. I defiantly come back again to stay here..

Reviewed Oct 12, 2023It was my pleasure to stay on this premises. The host was very kind, highly respected, and cooperative. All details were given in enough time to have a comfortable stay. I traveled a lot to many cities and countries, but this flat has attracted me strongly, and I will not hesitate to rent it again and again if I am alone. There is a shopping mall underneath the apartment. In short, All services are provided in one place. Agina, Thank you to the host for his great hospitality.
