Reviewed Aug 26, 2026This is definitely a home away from home. There is absolutely everything in this house that you would have in your own home. The beds are very, very comfortable. The location is great, just minutes away from any and everything you could want and need to do in this part of Florida. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying here next time we come down to Florida.
There's no blinds on the windows, just drapes that don't create as much privacy and comfort as we prefer. There isn't a car port anymore as shown on the Booking website. But that's the only critique we had and it doesn't change our mind on staying here again!

Reviewed May 31, 2025The place was perfect for our stay. It was within 20 minutes of everything, with most places being only 8-10 mins away. The house was very spacious and accommodated my family of 6 perfectly. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a private fenced in backyard. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and there was plenty of towels. The host was great at answering any questions. We will book again next time we’re in FWB :)

Reviewed Jul 24, 2024We had a fabulous stay at Josh's property after an unexpected issue with the airlines left us stranded in Florida for a couple of days. The house was pristinely clean, beautifully updated and well-appointed. The location is convenient and Josh was extremely responsive when I asked any questions. We really enjoyed our stay! Why sleep in a small overpriced hotel room when you can stay in a three bedroom house for about the same rate? We will definitely be back if ever in the Fort Walton Beach area!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2024The house was dirty, it looked like it had not been cleaned in cycles, the bedding was stained with salviva, the refrigerator was dirty, a total disaster in my life, I will rent that house again. I don't know if I went on vacation or to clean. The owner said that he would go and clean and I told him no, since the cleaning is done before renting the house.

Garbage Disposal didn’t work and some dishes were dirty with no soap left to clean. we cleaned best we could!

Reviewed Mar 24, 2024Only two things. Couldnt use outdoor furniture is moldy and stained due to environment. Location of microwave made it very difficult to use. Not 100% sure but thought there were beach chairs available but unable to find any.
