I absolutely love this property. Our room was the best sea view was beautiful every morning. Walk right out of lobby and head to the beach everyday. Just include daily parking in budget.

Titles are deceiving, gulf front does not mean ocean view. At this location it has to specifically say balcony room. This was the first time in twenty years that we didn’t overlook the water. Also the first time ever that we had to pay for parking at our own resort.

This is a lovely hotel, decorated nicely, nice rooms, pool, outdoor patio, and a great restaurant. There's a huge white beach outside with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The bathroom in the rooms is amazing! Plenty of room, and a really nice big shower with a wonderful shower head. There's a fan in the bathroom that actually works, and it clears up the mirror almost as soon as you get out of the shower. A few more towels would have been nice, but we were able to ask for extra. The only problem we had with the room was that we couldn't get the temperature to go up, and we were freezing. The staff told us that we would have to keep the temperature below 70 in order to keep the floor from getting wet because of the humidity. (We experienced that one day.) So, when we were in the room we were either under the covers or wearing sweaters, but the balcony was pretty hot. That being said, we're both pretty cold-natured, so it may not bother anyone else. The restaurant was wonderful, great food, wonderful service. The staff at the hotel was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Since we didn't have a car, they directed us to a taxi associated with them who took us to Destin and didn't charge as much as most taxi drivers. Very friendly guy! One thing we didn't realize about this area is that there's nothing around except one restaurant across the street. Without a car, you can't do much unless you're willing to walk quite a way.

Clean and modern hotel, 612 was my room with fantastic views. Beach is amazing, the sand is like nothing I have ever felt, it squeaks when you walk and is not hot at all. Loved every minute of this trip. Visited the Gulfquarium , super close drive or short walk on the beach to it. Rockin Tacos has a great patio with beach views, very fun place. This whole area is a gem and once that bridge is opened, the traffic issue will go away.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The views were amazing. The sound of the gulf from the balcony is unforgettable. The restaurant was good. It was easy to get to FWB or Destin from the hotel. The Gulfarium is just around the corner. I highly recommend. Would stay there again.

This is my fourth year staying here with my sisters. This hotel and the staff do not disappoint. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Food at the restaurant is great, and the bar is a welcoming spot to hang. Their signature cocktails are delicious. The pool area is a perfect size with plenty of chairs, and easy beach access. So many staff members are unforgettable for their kindness: Estelle, Jamie, Joel, just to name a few. The front desk folks are always kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I left my diamond earrings in the room but apparently never found.......

Mind you, I never write reviews, but here goes! On Jan. 12, 2026 my husband, sister and I stayed at Beal House and could not have had a better experience. The room and property were immaculate, and the pool was pristine. We had peaceful beautiful walks on the beach and the room and stay was well worth the price. Best of all, there was this great guy, named Austin, at the front desk. He was so very helpful and always made it look like he was happy to see your face! As we were leaving and chatting with Austin, the lovely manager stopped by and was just as sweet! (Sorry I can't remember her name.) Can't wait to return to Fort Walton and Beal House!

Friendly, helpful staff set us up perfectly for our four-day stay. Room was clean and fresh, close to one of two elevators, then short walk to the beach. Had good service for breakfast at the small restaurant downstairs.

Everything was great! I loved that the tv had my name of it! Super cute! My daughter and her friends had the best time! The bartender in the Remedy was amazing. Michaela aka Michael-A was amazing! Will definitely stay here again.

The restaurant at the hotel gets 5 stars. They were phenomenal. Front desk staff should make you feel welcome. No eye contact they're just checking you in.

BEAL HOUSE FORT RESORT OWES ME OR MY HUSBAND NOTHING!!! WE HAD A BLAST!!! WE HAD SO MUCH FUN THAT WE STAYED AN EXTRA DAY!!! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, FROM THE STAFF TO THE RESORT. We came down for a fun vacation on the beach. The hotel was beautiful and clean. We had a great view of the beach! It was so peacful and nust listening to the waves. Dawn at the front desk was so helpful and sweet. Ari and JhaMary helped us with all of our housekeeping needs and keeping our room tidey. Pricing was fair, I would absolutely return.

I can’t say enough about this hotel and staff. They made our stay memorable and comfortable from the first steps in to the last steps out. It was a pleasure to get to know the team while we were visiting for the first time in the area. Their suggestions and thoughtfulness were unmatched. Dawn and Chapter at the front were great and so hospitable to anything we needed. Our housekeeping team made sure we had everything we needed and more, Ari and JaMary (sorry if I spelled it wrong love :) were just so accommodating. We met Camille and Austin at the front as well, and Ashley made sure we were well taken care of. The hotel itself was great, the beachfront can’t be beat, but it was definitely the staff who made our vacation so great. Thank you for making us feel at home away from home.

This is the absolute best hotel in Fort Walton Beach! The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Everything that I have tried in the restaurant is fantastic. The pool area is so nice and you can’t beat the location beautiful ocean view! Every staff member that I have interacted with was so friendly. I have met Paula, the General Manager, and she is wonderful and always makes sure we are enjoying our stay.

My friends and I love coming here. It has become our first choice when we can sneak away from our busy family lives. This trip once again didn't disappoint! It always feels like we are coming home when we get here. The staff is always so accommodating and willing to do almost anything to make sure we have a nice vacation. Keep up the good work and we will see you again hopefully this summer!

Location is good, beds are comfortable, rooms are big.

The hotel needs a deep cleaning our room was stained on the ceiling, the aircon was noisy, the coffee machine was not working, they did not replace tea and coffee for the second day. The pool towels had to be signed out so one has to wait in line gor towels since people are checking in... not to mention the high price.

Our stay at The Beal House was absolutely magical ! We LOVED the food at The Remedy -- the weekend chef is outstanding! The eggs benedict with crab was phenomenal ! Our room was spotless, incredibly CLEAN, which is very important to us! I would gladly stay at this hotel again! It exceeded our needs and had a boutique-like feel. The Heated pool was a bonus!! The room with balcony is worth it! We went to Crab Island and enjoyed our outing. Bring Sunblock! I feel this hotel is a very good value for what we paid!

Bed was comfortable. Great location bc BEACHFRONT! Can tell it was renovated. Stayed there before when it was another hotel. Had a clear wet stain on the cover, told the front desk and it was replaced while we went out for dinner.

The restaurant Remedy on the second morning we stayed was backed up maybe due to shortage of staff and our breakfast order took a long time. Then my child’s pancake had a piece of hair, only ate three bites and it took so long to remake. I asked it to be replaced but would have canceled the order if I knew it would take that long. She had to wait while we finished our food. Then it was charged, thought it would have been comped since it had a hair and took so long.

We had an amazing stay at Beal House in Fort Walton Beach and would absolutely come back! We booked a beach-facing balcony room, and the views alone made the trip special—waking up to the ocean every morning was incredible. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. On day 2, our room AC stopped working, but the team handled it immediately and upgraded us to an even better room without any hassle. That level of service really stood out. The rooms and hallways were very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. We also tried the restaurant downstairs, The Remedy, and really enjoyed the food. One of the best parts is the location—you can easily walk to Stewby’s, which has some of the best seafood in the area with large, affordable portions. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. Traveling as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, this place checked all the boxes. Highly recommend!

The ocean view. Staff was friendly.

The room was out dated and dirty. Shower had mold in it and hair. The floors were sandy. The mini fridge stayed warm. The bed area had burnt-out light bulbs which made it dark all the time. The beds were so uncomfortable. The TV looked like it was once off the bracket and was screwed to wall at an up angle.

We had a nice stay overall and would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The location is excellent, convenient and easy to get around, which made the trip much more enjoyable. It is way less crowded then Destin or 30A but same beautiful beach! The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the amenities. The gym was small but well-equipped, and the restaurant and bar were both great- good atmosphere, solid food and drink options, and a nice place to unwind. There are just a few areas that could be improved. Housekeeping timing was a bit inconsistent - came at 6 pm two nights. We were getting ready for dinner so we didn’t get our room serviced two nights in a row and the room was sandy! It would be great to see newer beach and pool towels - it is a Hilton and they were very thin and not in good shape. The pool area could also benefit from a more elevated ambiance to match the rest of the hotel experience. Louder music, maybe even some live music and a waiter working the pool would be great. Overall, a great stay with just a few small opportunities to make it even better. We would stay again if in the area. It definitely is a lot calmer than Destin with great shops and restaurants nearby on the island and a short drive to Fort Walton beach.

Ms. Kelcie Faulk the manager went above and beyond to not only ensure my experience but welcomed me back and helped me with the best possible deals of returning. I really appreciate The Beal House. The food and dining experience was exceptional. I will most definitely be returning to stay with them

You have to pay for parking

Kelly, Sean, and Ronaldo were helpful the moment I arrived. They ensured our room was ready when we had to switch because of an error that was not the front desk fault, it was a Hilton mistake that Sean actually caught otherwise our extended reservation may not have even happened! Ronaldo is hardworking and super kind, he went out of his way to help me find a more suitable outlet when I was on a work call and my phone was going dead.

Big shoutout to Camele she made our check in experience the best I have ever had in my entire time booking with Hilton. She was super helpful and gave us a lot of information about our stay. Thank Camele for making our trip and stay so much better.

They claim pool is heated to 85 degrees but that was far from true. The pool was not warm at all for our entire stay.

Clean hotel. Nice pool. No hot tub/jacuzzi. Quiet comfortable beds. Cotton sheets. Great ocean views. Quiet after 10pm. The second floor near the elevators is a bit loud due to equipment. But it is great on other floors or away from the first four units away from it. No mold or musty smell at all. First time on low floor. 2nd floor. Great ocean view. Great beach walking to restaurants or just a short car ride.

Gorgeous hotel right on the beach and location easy access to everything we like. Decor was outstanding. Cleanliness was excellent and beds very comfortable. Restaurant at fingertips with nice menu selection but great food. Staff very friendly and helpful with early check in.

The Beal House was right on the beach. We completely agree it was a great location. We were there from Saturday through Wednesday. It is a nice place to stay.

It was $50 a day to rent a chair and umbrella on the beach and a parking fee during the stay is $15 a day. So keep this in mind while staying here.

We had the most wonderful trip mainly due to the staff at this fabulous boutique hotel! Situated right on the beach, we stepped into the hotel and immediately felt welcomed by the front desk staff member Austin! When we arrived into our room, it was spotless and the first thing we saw was the ocean from our balcony door. The welcome message on the TV was a nice gesture, and the amenities were fabulous. We went to the restaurant and Roberto was our server and he was incredible throughout our stay so warm and friendly and the food was wonderful. The front desk staff continued to be amazing from Sean, to Sherri everyone with accommodating and always said hello when we pass by I met the engineer Arlin (I think that was his name) and he was so friendly and told me to have a great night which I thought was very sweet considering we met on a staircase when I was running down to the lobby. They have a beautiful restaurant that has an outdoor bar and such a huge seating area, which was great if you wanted to take a break from the pool, which was fabulous. They have a walkway right to the beach, so it was easy access and literally steps from the hotel. There isn’t one thing I could say that was negative about our experience and I can’t wait to come back again! This is a wonderful Hotel team and should be praised by their ownership and management company.. GREAT Job!

My wife and I had the good future to stay at the Beal House recently. If location is important to you look no further. The pier and several good restaurants are within walking distance. This hotel is just as described, restaurant, swimming pool, sand dune, beach, in that order. The rooms are spacious comfortable and kept very clean. Just a word of caution be careful about tracking sand into your room. We enjoyed our time spent at the Remedy. The food was good and the drinks were even better. While there make sure you say hello to Jamie and Ashley. Our stay was made much more enjoyable with their professional service and warm friendship. This was a great place to stay, do not hesitate to book it.
