Phòng mình ở sát suối nên rất thích. Ngâm bồn với nước lá Dao đỏ ngay ở ban công nhìn ra suối là 1 trải nghiệm thú vị. Bể bơi và bể sục ngoài trời thật tuyệt vời. Khu Onsen chuẩn Nhật. Nhân viên thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp.

Bữa sáng hơi ít món nhưng đồ ăn ổn. Các bữa ăn còn lại mình đều đặt ở đây vì bếp nấu ngon, giá hợp lý. Phòng có kiến và muỗi nên hạn chế mở cửa.

Es war ruhig und wir waren alleine in der Anlage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Bad war riesig . Und die Ausstattung toll. Es gab Fahrräder und einen fitnessraum .

La nourriture n’est pas bonne

A little piece of paradise hidden in the mountains. 🤍 Our stay at An Châng was truly wonderful from beginning to end. The setting is absolutely idyllic, surrounded by nature, incredibly peaceful and quiet, with that rare feeling of being completely away from everything. The whole place is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, the rooms are lovely, the atmosphere is so calming, and the food is excellent. But what made our stay even more special was meeting An. She is honestly an incredible person, so kind, warm and generous. She took such good care of us throughout our stay and helped us so much with planning the rest of our trip through Vietnam. She was always there with a smile, great advice and so much patience. I also had the chance to do a yoga class with her, surrounded by the mountains, which was such a beautiful and memorable moment. There is something very special about this place. You immediately slow down, breathe, relax and feel at peace. It is much more than just a hotel. It really feels like a little paradise in the mountains. A huge thank you to the whole team, and especially to An, for making our time here so special. We are leaving with the happiest memories and really hope we will have the chance to come back one day. 🤍

The only downside (although it wasn’t really one!) was that there were no coconuts 😂 But thanks to you, I discovered mango juice, which was absolutely divine. So thank you again for this wonderful discovery! 🥭🤍

Personnel accueillant Très joli cadre Dîner au restaurant excellent, nous soulignons une excellente cuisine

Je pense que la Direction pourrait employer 1 à 2 personnes supplémentaires pour permettre au personnel de répondre favorablement aux demandes des clients, notamment lorsqu’un buggy est nécessaire pour rejoindre le restaurant. Une amélioration pourrait être apportée : - remettre le formulaire du petit déjeuner dès le matin ou avant midi pour permettre aux clients de le renseigner et de le transmettre dans les délais impartis (avant 21h00).

Accueil très agréable , nous avons rencontré un problème personnel , les 2 personnes de l’accueil ont tout fait pour nous aider à le solutionner . Chambre très agréable , de belle dimension . Spa également très agréable .

L’eau de la piscine ne semblait pas propre. La restauration aurait pu être meilleure .

Établissement incroyable tout est parfait un havre de paix tout ,le personnel , le restaurant le petit déjeuner et la direction au top pour toutes les demandes , mention spéciale aussi pour Duc à la piscine 😍😍

Everything was outstanding! Staff made our stay perfect!

Tout est superbe aussi bien le lieu que le personnel , c st un endroit magique c’est juste magnifique. Les lits sont très confortables et la piscine est magnifique, le petit déjeuner est très varié et très copieux , n’hésitez surtout pas à faire un massage les filles sont hyper professionnelles, je n’avais jamais eu de massage comme celui la.

Everything was so carefully and perfectly set out. A very relaxing and inviting environment that we couldn’t fault. Our spa treatments were exceptional. Staff were so friendly.

The location was beautiful tucked away on the edge of the forest with a small stream running at the front. The massage I had was very relaxing after just finishing the Ha giang loop.

I arrived and was taken to my room which was very nice and can’t really fault anything at all. But at 2am the air conditioning unit started to leak and dripped water on the floor all night. I also ordered breakfast to take away as I had an early departure at 6am the following morning but no breakfast was provided which was disappointing.

The staff are very hospitable, easy to communicate with and the room was so comfortable. We also had the 90 min aroma therapy massage for $52 aud/pp which was amazing too. Wish we could have stayed for longer

I think it is a little too expensive to stay per night compared to other places that are similar.

La comida del restaurante pudiera ser un poco mejor.

Prachtig gelegen in en tegen de bergen in een omgeving zoals je je van te voren voorstelt van minder toeristisch Noord Vietnam. Hadden eerste nachten de ruime, goed verzorgde, schone Stream View kamer gelegen aan de beek met bubbelbad op balkon, helemaal prima. kregen een upgrade ( thanx!)voor laatste vier nachten in een fantastische villa met geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en het wonderschoon onderhouden terrein/ tuin. Restaurant kijkt uit op zwembad/ bergen. Ontbijt riant, niks te gek om bij te bestellen bij personeel en Tang de kok. Buggy service op heuvelachtige terrein van en naar hoog gelegen kamer van ‘ papa’ goed en vlot. Personeel very guest satisfacting en ja, nooit gedaan en gedacht maar de klankschalen sessie die je complimentary om de dag kunt doen bij An verrassend goed en gezellig. Leuke avond met locals die dansen demonstreerden en bamboo dans deden. Karaoke erna…lachen! Retreat heeft gratis 2 fietsen om te gebruiken.

Zwembad te koud, helaas maar 1 keer gebruikt en dat is toch jammer als je er ruim een week bent. Misschien Spa wat meer integreren bij het zwembad ? Meeste personeel spreekt en begrijpt geen engels en management zou daar in moeten investeren want als je elkaar meer begrijpt merk je ook hoe fijn en betrokken het personeel. In het begin is onduidelijk hoe je ontbijt besteld en reserveert voor diner maar als je weet dat je dit via een lijst dagelijks, ‘s morgens bij de receptie of tijdig via Whatsapp kunt doen loopt dit perfect. Tip: maak een info map voor op de kamer met Whatsapp nummer,met ook info omgeving, taxi reserveren, dokter etc.

The room and especially the bathroom were beautiful, modern and comfortable. The general layout and atmosphere of the hotel are lovely and the spa and their staff are doing a magnificent job!

The restaurant and food generally were disappointing for a hotel that is supposed to be this high class. Beside the dishes being mediocre also the chef mixed up orders or forgot ingredients. While you can tell that all staff are trying to make an effort, there is a language barrier with English and it is very hard to communicate (except for reception).

Zunächst einmal muss erwähnt werden das die gesamte Anlage sehr schön angelegt ist! Dass der Blattschnitt nur am Boden liegt und Fliesenreste noch herumliegen schmälert allerdings die Optik. Das Personal ist äußerst engagiert, jedoch sind die Englischkenntnisse nach wie vor zu optimieren. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Zur Küche haben wir unterschiedliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Chicken Drum Sticks in Spezialdoße waren fantastisch. Die Massage war sehr gut und professionell ausgeführt.

Leider wurde unser Duschwasser nicht wirklich heiß, einige Grad weniger und es wäre unangenehm gewesen. Der Jacuzzi auf dem Balkon war tatsächlich nicht benutzbar weil das Wasser kalt blieb. Außerdem war unser Balkon vom gegenüberliegenden Weg voll einsehbar. Hier könnte ein Rollo Abhilfe schaffen! Die gebratene Ente! Diese wurde auf vietnamesisch zubereitet. Dies bedeutete Entenkörper mit allem gehackt! Auch Knochen ect.! Von knusprig konnte keine Rede sein. Das wenige Fleisch welches auffindbar war, war zäh. Es war ein Menü mit Suppe, Salat, Gemüse, gebratene Ente, gekochte Ente und Reis. Alles wurde auf einmal serviert, teilweise lauwarm. Wir konnten nur wenige Bissen essen, für Menschen nicht asiatischer Herkunft ist diese Zubereitungsart nicht genießbar. Da wir uns beschwerten wurde am Ende das Menü dann auch nicht berechnet! Angebotene Aktionen wie relaxing mit Wasserrauschen und Snacks oder Schokoladen-Erfahrung fanden nicht statt. Fazit: Eine so perfekt gestaltete Anlage muss auch im Detail gut funktionieren. Dazu gehört gut englisch sprechendes Personal, eine Küche die tatsächlich internationale Gerichte anbietet und vor allem gut gewartet Technik!

The spa

It is a new property, a year running and the owner and staff make every effort to assist you and improve. This was the perfect rest break in nature after the Loop. The spa, the rooms, the sound baths and the nature was wonderful. Peaceful and removed from town - a perfect rejuvenation spot. We booked 3 nights and extended another night. Could easily have stayed longer!

This is not a western country, so shouldn’t be held to the exact parameters of a western resort, for example, the bread and coffee are of the Vietnamese style, but totally satisfactory. The team are amazingly responsive in assisting with requests.

We had a wonderful stay. We were the only guests, so the staff took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. The villa was very spacious, with a beautiful view and plenty of privacy. They even picked us up from the bus station and drove us back free of charge, which was a lovely gesture. Breakfast had an interesting format, with dishes that changed every day (even though we stayed only for 2 Nights). They also prepared a pho for lunch especially for us, even though it wasn’t on the menu. The spa treatments were relaxing. The only minor downside was that they didn’t have passion fruit for their signature drinks — but the bartender went above and beyond to make sure we still had a great experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended. Thank you to the entire team — it was wonderful!

Meilleur logement de tout notre séjour ! La chambre vue sur la rivière est sublime. Les équipements de la chambre sont digne d’un grand hôtel de luxe ; baignoire jacuzzi, toilette japonaise et surtout la meilleure literie que j’ai testée de ma vie !! Le personnel est souriant et adorable. Le massage offert était parfait. Le dîner ainsi que le petit-déjeuner étaient un vrai délice.

Dommage que les onsens ne soient pas inclus dans le tarif de base

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was fabulous. The bed & pillows were soft. I wish we had stayed longer.

The food in the restaurant wasn't as good as what we ate at the local restaurants, especially for the prices.

מיקום מדהים נוף הכי יפה בעולם, יש מסעדה עם אוכל מקומי חמוד מאוד.

החוויה הייתה מיוחדת ממש, כל הטבע מסביב ומתקני החוץ מדהימים אבל יש מקום לשיפור בניקיון. החדר הזוגי מאוד קטן.

Hotel is new and finished to a very high standard. Staff are amazing and they cannot do enough for you. The location is so relaxing.

Alles, es war sehr schön

First the people, Ann and Her brother gave us an exellenct personal carring,we have felt very welcome and lacky, they are both were so moddest and only later on it came to our nollage they are the owners of the resort.. The resort is new and amazingly beutiful, take care of all the small details, very high maintained the pool is no less then amazing. lucjy for us we came after the tyffoon and had the whole place to ourself. thank you for an amzing vecation!!!

The grounds of the property are very beautiful and lush. The staff are very accommodating of all our needs. I highly recommend staying here if you peace in a beautiful setting.

We ordered dinner to the room, and unfortunately, the food was inedible — the worst meal I’ve had in Vietnam during my 3 weeks here. Breakfast wasn’t good either, and we waited more than 10 minutes for the club car to pick us up. The staff also didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult

The place is absolutely beautiful — stunning views, lovely rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and very nice design. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Unfortunately, the service really ruined the experience. We had to wait a long time for many things, communication was unclear, and there were several mistakes with our orders. Even though the staff tries to help when you ask, it’s not nice to have to ask for everything. We expected a discount because of all the issues, but didn’t get any. The hotel charges 5-star prices for food and spa, but the service quality doesn’t match

Fantastisk have, lækkert værelse, god seng, roligt sted. Søde personale der gjorde det så godt de kunne men de bør have undervisning i at kunne kommunikere, fx v hjælp af deres mobiltlf. Google translate både skriftlig/mundtligt kan gøre en stor forskel for oplevelsen.

Meget svært/umuligt at kommunikere med personale, trods Translate mm. Trods langt ophold hvor vi lærte nogle fra det søde personale at kende, forstod de gentagne gange ikke hvad vi bestilte - fx kaffe. Havde set fra tidligere reviews at det er et gennemgående problem på stedet - så ledelse: vågn op og giv personalet den fornødne supervision/oplæring, tak. Det skylder ledelsen at give til sådan et dedikeret personale som prøver at give gæsten en god oplevelse, men det ender med at man bliver irriteret på dem i stedet for og det er synd for dem. Ringe køkken med kok der åbenbart kun kunne lave 1 ret ad gangen, så min mand nåede at spise sin mad før jeg fik min! Og det var hver gang!! Maden var ærligt talt ikke særlig god! Spa og massage fantastisk, men intro til badet manglede samt oplysning om hvor lang tid man havde. Det var forvirrende. Og der manglede mulighed for at tildække sig som kvinde, et par shorts var der men igen overdel. Anden gang vi var i Spa` en tog jeg min badedragt på. Vi kunne ikke rejse pga regn og fik 1 nat gratis. Skulle dog betale for el, selvom strømmen gik hele tiden og Wifi ikke virkede. Men vi fik ingen information om noget som helst, hvilket var utrygt. Men ingen formåede at kommunikere noget som helst!!

Beautiful resort, a true heaven, built with exceptional care and selected materials, the room was so spacious and well furnished. The architect and the builders did an outstanding job The spot itself is beautiful, a niche of green and tranquility, jsut a few minutes from the hustle of the city though Very nice SPA It is a truly outstanding place, exceptional in North Vietnam

We had a hard time communicating with the staff. We had multiple incidents they didn't do a great job handling. The restaurant was very pretty but the food was underwhelming.

The hotel was outstanding!! 5* service from the very start. We were pleasantly surprised by everything! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the mountains. The pool was right beside our room and has the most amazing views. The staff went above and beyond to help make us comfortable. The food was excellent as well. So good you even get a free 30 min massage included which was incredible! Only 10 minute drive from Ha Giang town, if even - the perfect post Ha Giang Loop relaxation that is definitely required! Such a peaceful oasis, would very highly recommend! Thank you ❤️

The An Chang Retreat & Spa was beautiful, the setting was serene and the bungalows were elegantly designed to a high standard, we stayed after completing the Ha Giang loop and it was just what we needed

The only negative was there was an event starting at 8am to 1pm, we didn’t know about it before we arrived and hadn’t anticipated the music at 8am, they were very apologetic and gave us free use if the onsen which was a real treat, and other than that everything was perfect and the staff were all lovely

We loved our stay, can’t wish for a better place to chill and indulge after 5 days on a bike. Villas are beautiful and luxury. Japanese style bath tab with a view is lovely. Very close to Ha Giang still very secluded. Spa & massage was simply great, one of the better once I had.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, but it is a minor thing I’m happy to overlook.
