The bed

The bathroom

The place was clean and nice

Very near airport T2 and noisy as planes passed at least 2x an hour. This fact was not mentioned in listing. Also WIFI was super slooowweee.

The large swimming pool was great, shame there were far too few chair to leave your belongings. The location was really good, close to the airport which was why we booked it. The block of apartments had left luggage, helpful if you are taking trips to other parts of Borneo, however when I specifically asked if this facility was available prior to arriving, I didn’t receive any reply.

Check in was terrible, we were not sent check-in instructions before arriving and did not have phone reception. Luckily the hotel next door were kind enough to let us use their data. I felt like the messages from the host were pretty unfriendly. The only friendly and helpful people were the security guards

I love the room it's comfy ..you get all the facilities needed there ..good location and the view also very nice from the room

Washing machine working properly and the bin area also very convenient

Nil

Great size of room with access to a nice pool on the roof. Staff via WhatsApp are great at replying. Very useful having a washing machine.

Could have provided hand towels. Also there was an iron but no ironing board. Having a washing machine is great, but there was no drying rack for clothes so you have to hang clothes of chairs to dry etc. Wall behind the tv should be repainted as it looks like there was damp or mould.

Dekat dan senang cari restoran

Tiada penyapu dalam bilik

Room was spacious and clean. The pool was very nice. There was a great Turkish restaurant next door and a cool coffee shop called Locals Only very near nearby.

No need to find parking space. Got car lift-parking. Safe for car.

The view

- have to throw rubbish by guest - no shampoo holder in bathroom

We got a good staff name Andy tell that the room that we booked got electricity problem...and they change our room with a new one without extra fee...Thanks so much..we got a great stay at here...Parking is the best.. secure n private ..

So cantik...next time nak repeat lgi..tq parking mantap...

Space, parking, amenities are all good

They advertisr sea view but can’t see sea. Have building blocking view. Sofa smell not nice and plate got alot of dust

Space ... cleanliness & all the facilities are in a good condition

None

Easy to check in and clean room

The apartment view. Overlooking the sea and a good spot for the sunset only if you take the corner unit with 3 bedrooms facing the seas. The apartment was very basic and has a huge living space. Good view and big living area that's about it. Nothing special. Bare and minimalist.

Did not like the masterbed bathroom as the window has no curtain. Opposite the building another hotel Cahaya swimming pool is overlooking the bathroom so if one taking shower the opposite person can spot right on when one is naked walking into the shower and standing directly the window. At lease a curtain will do to cover the window and also the bathroom hanging towels are of cheapy type, falling apart, hanging towels hooks please and also toilet rolls are insufficient. Stayed for 3 nites, at least a mop and brooms are made available for us to at least able to sweep the floor.

Friendly n helpful staff.. comfortable

The glass had a little broken n should not prepared it to the visitor..the owner must check the tv/Netflix remote control...I cannot watch the Netflix also🫢

Swimming pool side if morning...HOT 🥵

Spacious, bright and many power outlets. Parking availability and near to Tanjung Aru beach. Clear instructions on how to get in to the parking space. Very nice of them to provide 2 bottles of mineral water

Nothing in particular but the bathroom vent didn’t seem to be working. Additional hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful. We only stayed overnight as a transit to another place but for those who are light sleepers or like to sleep in late, note that the apartment is directly under the flight path so will be noisy till night and early morning.

Good

The room Clean and comfortable for my kiddos.

Clean and big room for couple, have wifi and have complete kitchen ware make us easy to cook. I like to wash and there is a washing machine available.

There is a problem with the aircond and it is leaking. No toiletries provided. It is difficult to dry clothes because there is no dryer machine.

so convenient, clean and aesthetic

The room itself

The bathroom floor is too slippery when it was wet. Suggested to offer or put bathroom floor mats to prevent injuries especially to kids or pregnant lady.

very clean. nice smell. very comfortable. good job and congrats

Superb!!! Homestay away from home feels like your own. Was staying a night and extended for an additional 2 nights. I rarely write on a review bcoz most of it falls within acceptable but this one is exceptional 😀 Shirley the staff in charge is very friendly and excellent! I highly recommend it to any couple or small family for staying in KK. I will definitely stay here in the future! Well done! Shirley is so sweet of you to accommodate us with prompt responses! Thanks... Muaaahhhhh

I like everything, owesome!
