Everything! We spontaneously changed accomodations and the owners were super sweet and allowed an early check-in. It's in a small side street in a local neighborhood but still close to the center!

Apartment was cute and had everything we needed. Staff was exceptionally caring, friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and they made sure the apartment was ready right away, way before check in time. Big thank you !!!!😊 Location was also perfect for us. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns sogar unsere Visa-Dokumente ausgedruckt. Die Lage war sehr gut, man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen. In naher Umgebung gibt es auch viele Restaurants. Das Zimmer war einfach aber gut, man hat viel Platz. Preis Leistung top.

Dem Zimmer sieht man einige Gebrauchsspuren an was aber kein großes Ding ist.

Très bon rapport qualité prix ! C’était propre, bien équipé et grand ! C’est un logement pratique pour dormir quelques nuits à HCM. La famille est super sympa et nous donnait de l’eau à chaque fois qu’elle nous croisait. Effectivement on passe par un accueil avant d’accéder à la chambre mais personne y dort donc c’est on gêne personne. Il y a seulement une personne de la sécurité :)

An amazing, peaceful stay! It’s located in a safe, quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. The host's family was incredibly welcoming. Having A/C, a washing machine and Netflix made our family trip so easy and comfortable. I will stay again on my next coming visit

Être au cœur des habitants

The room has everything we need: bed, work station, washer, bathroom, kitchen. The property is at a small valley but we had no problems getting in and out with taxy or Grab. You could also walk to the main road about 100 meters. The staff and the owner are very lovely people. Very kind and friendly. I was having medical surgery and they were very understanding, helping me in every way they could. It feels that you are staying with family. We don’t have problems with staff or owners being on the ground floor, and if you want to go in or out outside of normal hours, just tell them, they will unlock the door for you. Stay here, you will not regret. I definitely will come back!

J’ai aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, dans une rue au calme , pas très loin des activités principales de la ville. Le personnel était d’une extrême gentillesse, ils m’ont aidé à porter mes bagages depuis la rue principale. J’ai apprécié le service de Laundry qui n’était pas cher du tout, d’ailleurs la 2ème fois ils n’ont pas voulu que je paie. J’ai eu le droit aussi à un pti souvenir, un porte clés vietnamien. L’hôtel est géré par une famille et tous les jours je pouvais les voir dans le hall de l’accueil.

Proximité immédiate des centres d’intérêts et du centre ville, rapport qualité-prix très intéressant. Les gérants sont aux petits soins et toujours disponibles ! Ils nous ont même proposés de laver notre linge gratuitement car nous y avions passés 6 nuits. Adorables ! Climatisation fonctionnelle, ventilateur et frigo dans la chambre, un plus !

L’isolation de la chambre… nous entendons les autres chambres et la rue, qui se lève tôt avec le soleil, les chiens, les scooters, les vendeurs ambulants😁 Pas de petit déjeuner proposé. Mais la ville regorge de bonnes adresses pour bruncher: Le mimosa Café, Phin Phin…

Тихий район в центре города, недалеко супермаркет co.op, фруктовый рынок, food court, автобусная станция (в аэропорт 109 автобус), кофейни, метро - всё в радиусе 10-15 минут пешком. Немного специфичный район по сравнению с улицей Bui Vien Walking Street. Хошимин город контрастов, удастся ощутить в полной мере. Дружелюбный и уютный отель.

Персонал потрясающий: очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Номер как на фото, всё чисто и комфортно. Расположение очень хорошее: рядом есть и кафе, и продуктовые, и где деньги поменять.

Вода в душевой не очень хорошо уходит, но для нас это было не особо критично. Улочка на который находится отель достаточно узкая, оба наших такси прям к отелю подъехать не смогли. Так что немного нужно будет пройти пешком. Это не огромный минус, но если у вас чемоданы - имейте это в виду.

We really loved this place. It felt genuinely cozy, with every little detail thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping was done every three days — they even changed the bedroom rug and the pillowcases on the decorative cushions, which was a very nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Unfassbar liebes Personal. Extrem hilfsbereit, haben und etliche Male unseren Roller am Tag raus und rein gefahren. Sogar unsere Wäsche wurde kostenlos getrocknet. Rollen kleines, sehr sauberes ruhiges Apartment in super Lage.

Das Bett ist sehr hart. Die Klimaanlage etwas zu klein für das ganze Apartment, haben daher einfach dir Türe vom Schlafzimmer nachts zu gemacht, damit es schön kühl zum schlafen war.

L'acceuil et le service des gérants tout au long du séjour. L'appartement était spacieux et équipé d'une machine à laver. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Ainoa asia mikä vaikutti negatiivisesti oleskeluumme, oli hississä oleva hajuste, joka oli aivan järkyttävän vahvan hajuinen. Samanlainen hajuste oli laitettu huoneemme ilmastoinnin ilmavirran eteen (heitimme sen kaappiin haisemaan). Haju oli siis niin järkyttävä, että pää tuli kipeäksi.

Me and my family (2 adults and 1 kid) stayed here for 4 nights and we really do enjoy our stay. It is located in district 1, walking distance to lot of tourist attraction (like Ben Than market, Bui Vien walking street, Nguyen Hue street, Opera house, etc, maybe around 1-2km away). The place is located in an alley which means it is very quiet at night. The place got an elevator. There are few good restaurants (that is usually packed with locals on peak hour) nearby. The room was very spacious and have big bathroom (we ordered the room for 2 people). Our room also got a fridge. It is very clean. They give us bottled water everyday. The host is very responsive and helpful, and there is always someone at the receptions which is a plus for me, easier to communicate if you need assistance.

Nothing major, but actually at first it was kind of hard to find the place because the google maps pin (especially on grab), it will take you to this big apartment which is located in front of the hotel in the main street (because the hotel is located inside an alley, right behind the big appartment). But once we got it figured out, it was all smooth sailing.

Staff are friendly and help you in whatever way they can. The location is quite good as well. The room was quiet and confortable.

The location is on a back lane, so the grab/taxi can't drive you there directly. That's not important unless it's raining, then it's very important, as the back line tends to get flooded, and you will be walking to your hotel with the water to your ankles. Also, we found some eyelashes in the bed and in the shower, so they didn't clean the room properly before our arrival.

The room was cozy and had a comfortable bed, pretty spacious as well. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly owner and he was very welcoming. They offered us free water everyday and also offered to do our laundry for free. Location of the homestay is relatively central, in an alley that’s a bit difficult to reach, but far away from the chaotic traffic.

Even though it’s far from the traffic, the soundproofing lacks a lot. You can still hear a lot from the street, including loud sounds during the night which disturbed our sleep.

Сначала была небольшая путаница с адресом, на букинге был указан неполный и заранее не уточнила, таксист меня высадил дальше, но я обратилась к местным, они позвонили в хоумстей и объяснили, как найти, а уже через пару минут девушка из хоумстея приехала на байке, забрала мои два чемодана и проводила до места. При выселении в 5 утра также были готовы проводить, молодой человек помог с чемоданами и ориентацией таксиста на месте. Все абсолютно соответствует картинке, чисто, милый декор. Есть лифт, не надо тащить чемоданы по лестницам. В моем номере была стиральная машинка, по запросу дали стиральный порошок. В целом, если у меня возникали вопросы, они помогали их решить. Район в центре, близко ко всему, но в то же время в очень тихом переулке. Огромный плюс, что данный хоумстей pet friendly. И я отдельно благодарна, что меня приняли с кошкой. С удовольствием остановлюсь еще, если буду в Хошимине. Super lokalita, hostitelská rodina přátelská, pomůžou a poradí. Výtah, který jsem zde nečekal je velká výhoda. Klimatizace fungovala dobře. Televize s Netflixem. Mnoho místních podniků v okolí. Pokoj je čistý.

Ulice je nedostupná pro Grab Car (bike ano) tak pozor na to, není to vyloženě mínus, jelikož je tam potom aspoň větší klid.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Facilities were good, staff was excellent, good location to get around the city. I’d stay here agin.

Nice people at the place. They offered to wash my clothes before i left, which was very handy. There is a projector in the room which was a lot better than a small tv they have in most other places. The area is super cool, the neighbour is a cat cafe which was perfect for my. Good neighbourhood for a safe and more authentic experience of Saigon. Definitely recommendable.

Greeting from Taiwan, the owner is so so welcoming and helpful, also the price is affordable, highly recommend if you are going to trip to Ho Chi Minh City. ^^

Spacious and comfortable apartment with kitchen and washing machine! We enjoyed to have much space for our luggage, also the interior is nice and the owners very friendly :) free water and coffee/tea! Location is off the main traffic, so it wasn’t too noisy

In the kitchen wasn’t much dishware to use, and the upper cupboards were quite dirty and dusty, should be cleaned some times … otherwise the apartment and bathroom was clean!

Very friendly and helpful staff always available at the first floor. The building and furniture are a bit older, but everything works well – clean and comfortable room. We had a completely hassle-free stay. Nice bonus: access to Netflix – though it might have been left signed in by a previous guest, so probably not officially included. Also possible to do laundry and prepare a simple breakfast.

The apartment is located in an excellent location. It is easy to reach the city center on foot, with bus or with Grab. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes around the apartment. Attention! The street on which the apartment is located is pedestrian. Cars cannot enter, so if you come by taxi/Grab, it is best to put as the address: Clumsy - Chuan Gu Đậm Vị - there is a cafe located less than 100 m from the accommodation and you can walk from there. The hosts were friendly, responsive, warm. We received bottles of water from them every day. The apartment is small, but welcoming.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment leaves something to be desired. I reported this from the first day. There was a lot of dust everywhere and a lot of dirt. Plus a few insects, bugs on the walls. The cleaning in the rooms is probably only done generically. I stayed on the 5th floor, it was very hot in the apartment (if you leave the air conditioning on all night at 26 degrees at minimum intensity you can wake up with a headache the next day, and if you don't leave the air conditioning on at all, it's way too hot, you suffocate. If you stay for several days, the towels or bed linen can be changed but only upon request, otherwise no one comes to take care of this aspect. The garbage is not taken out daily or every few days, so you also need to request this aspect from the hosts. After I notified them, the situation was resolved. They were responsive.

The staff were super friendly whenever we encountered them! Always made sure we were topped up on water bottles etc. The location was fantastic, especially for those who love to walk. All of the main attractions within the city are walkable within 30 mins and there are plenty of delicious local cafes and restaurants around The wifi and the TV both worked wonderfully. The value for money for our week long stay was just phenomenal

This can't be helped but the one thing to just be aware of is that the apartment is located down a really small, chaotic back alley. Scooters zip up and down and don't really have any consideration for the pedestrians (though this is the same in a lot of the city), and our taxis weren't able to fit down the little street. This wasn't so much as a problem when we were leaving but when we arrived it was 9PM, dark and a little overwhelming for two HCMC newbies. Like I said, this isn't something that can even really be helped but just something for other travellers to be aware of! :)

This is a great large room plus kitchen, balcony and bathroom with washing machine. Staff are absolutely wonderful. VERY quiet location in sweet authentic backstreet. Felt very safe. Easy to walk into the centre, but grab (like Uber) was really cheap. Would recommend getting the apartment rather than just single room.

The street is very close to city centre, but the surrounding has very local Vietnamese vibe. For example there is the restaurant near selling dog’s meat, which for us was a but shocking, but from the other hand you can experience authentic vibe. Anyway, we really liked the place and would probably stay again here if we come back. ❤️

Loved my stay here—it feels like home given it’s a family-run space. In a busy, bustling city like Saigon, it was an extra treat to find a little refuge like this one, located conveniently in a local neighborhood. If I come back, I’d be happy to stay here again. Really nice apartment with all you need. Everyone working here is very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a nice local area close to everything. The bed is comfortable and we loved having a balcony. We would definitely come again.
