The property looks like the picture. Staff was friendly and kind enough to offer an early check-in if room is available early. The property location is in walking street, so sometimes it’ll be a bit inconvenient that the street got blocked and you have to walk in (only few mins not far)

I had a scary experience when the cleaning maid tried to enter my room for cleaning. 1st attempt failed because I locked another layer inside so even with card, can’t open. But she came back with another key, tried and was able to get my door opened, which made me think another lock layer doesn’t make it safer, and wonder why she insisted going in like that. I don’t feel comfortable staying. I let the other staff know, she apologized and would feedback so similar things (I hope) won’t happen again.

The only downside was that I had some issues with the Wi-Fi during my first night, but it was quickly sorted out after I reached out to the host. Other than that, everything else was great – the space, the amenities, and the overall comfort. If I’m ever in Hanoi again, I’d consider staying here once more.

Excellent location in the heart of Hanoi but away from the hussle & bussle of the old quarter. The room is just wonderful, beautifully designed, very spacious and funcional with a sitting area and kitchinette. The bed is very comfortable we had a relaxing time and good sleep. The host liza is very friendly and attentive to our needs. It was a great way to start our journey in Vietnam. Thank you for the whole team.

Well appointed apartment in a quieter area of Hanoi - made for a nice escape from the busy streets. Close enough to main attractions. Nicely furnished, very clean, and we were able to do laundry which was a bonus. Very comfortable stay.

There is no option to pay by card, and as it is unserviced we had to give cash to the security guard when we checked out. He couldn't give us a receipt but the host was responsive on booking.com during payment so it was ok. We had no hot water during our stay as there was a switch somewhere that needed to be flicked on, but there were no instructions for this in the apartment and the host didn't respond to our query about it until the following day.

Long story short, they confused my booking and communication afterwards to fix it was very bad. Staff speaks no english, checkin process improvable, not very responsive via messenger etc etc. Would be a great apartment if management was more reliable and capable.
