The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and full of charm. The location couldn’t be better – we walked to the Old Quarter and many of Hanoi’s famous sights with ease. The host was super friendly and always happy to help. Best of all, the place was quiet and peaceful, so we could get a good rest after a busy day exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

Wat een heerlijk appartement op een zeer gunstige locatie. De Oude Stad en veel populaire bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Het appartement is rustig, comfortabel en prachtig ingericht. De host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Un alloggio davvero piacevole, con interni affascinanti e curati nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è eccezionalmente comoda: permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi il Quartiere Vecchio di Hanoi e molti dei luoghi più famosi della città. Il proprietario è stato attento, accogliente e molto disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Nonostante la posizione centrale, la struttura offre un’atmosfera tranquilla e silenziosa.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! L’appartamento è davvero grazioso e accogliente, con un’atmosfera molto affascinante. La posizione è perfetta: potevamo raggiungere facilmente a piedi il Quartiere Vecchio e molte delle attrazioni più famose di Hanoi. Il proprietario è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Inoltre, l’appartamento era sorprendentemente tranquillo e silenzioso, il che lo rendeva il posto ideale per rilassarsi dopo aver esplorato la città.

Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời tại Hà Nội! Homestay nằm ngay vị trí trung tâm, đi bộ hay bắt xe đến các điểm du lịch đều rất gần và thuận tiện. Dù ở trung tâm nhưng không gian bên trong lại cực kỳ yên tĩnh và riêng tư, giúp mình nghỉ ngơi thoải mái sau ngày dài khám phá. Phòng ốc lúc nào cũng sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp và thơm tho. Xung quanh khu này có rất nhiều hàng ăn ngon nổi tiếng và đầy đủ tiện ích đa dạng, bước ra cửa là không thiếu thứ gì. Đặc biệt, chủ nhà siêu nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ mình hết mình từ lúc check-in đến lúc check-out. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại

Det här homestayet överträffade verkligen alla våra förväntningar! Läget är oslagbart, mitt i centrum, vilket gjorde det väldigt enkelt att ta sig runt och upptäcka staden. Trots det centrala läget var boendet otroligt lugnt och privat. Boendet var skinande rent och välorganiserat. Vi tyckte också mycket om området, med många välkända restauranger och allt man kan behöva i närheten. Värden var verkligen engagerad, uppmärksam och mån om att hjälpa oss med allt vi behövde. Tack för en fantastisk vistelse!

It is situated right in the heart of Hanoi, super convenient for sightseeing. The room was private, peaceful, and remarkably clean and tidy. You can find plenty of delicious eateries and diverse conveniences just a short walk away. The host’s warm hospitality and enthusiasm made us feel right at home. A perfect 10/10 stay!

Dankzij de centrale ligging konden we de bezienswaardigheden van Hanoi heel gemakkelijk ontdekken. De accommodatie ligt in een levendige buurt met veel bekende eetgelegenheden en handige voorzieningen in de buurt, terwijl het verblijf zelf rustig en privé blijft. Elke hoek was netjes, verzorgd en schoon. De gastheer was ontzettend enthousiast en stond altijd klaar om ons de beste lokale tips te geven. We zouden hier absoluut opnieuw verblijven!

Homestayet har en perfekt central beliggenhed, som gør det utroligt nemt at besøge alle de mest populære seværdigheder. Jeg elskede, hvor roligt og privat stedet føltes – en fredelig oase midt i den travle by. Hele stedet var skinnende rent og velorganiseret. Området omkring boligen er fantastisk med masser af kendte lokale spisesteder og praktiske faciliteter lige i nærheden. Som prikken over i'et var værten utrolig venlig, engageret og hjælpsom under hele vores ophold. Kan varmt anbefales!

This place was perfectly fine, even good - if you know what to expect (see more in the dislikes). The rooms were clean, charming, and fairly bright. It was peaceful and quiet in the alley/complex where our rooms were (after we were moved). The location was pretty good (close to train street and more). Le Velo Bleu (restaurant around the corner in the alley) is delightful, with the kindest owners!

We didn't like the deception. They have at two locations (that I'm aware of), but only advertise the one closer to Train St. We were told a day before we arrived that we'd be in a new location (electrical issues were cited - I don't really believe it) - I attached a Maps screenshot showing the actual vs advertised location. Secondly, we booked a quadruple room. What we got was exactly the photos of the Quadruple Room online, but it's actually two rooms with the public hallway in between. It's not a 2-bedroom unit, nor does it have a kitchenette in it (there was a shared kitchen on another floor). Given we were travelling with kids, we were really unhappy we were split into two separately locked rooms. I attached a photo of one room, plus looking from one room across the hall towards the other room. Note that the bathroom is shared by both rooms, but locked from anyone else. We asked for a discount, and they offered around 10% and wouldn't budge beyond that. Honestly, if I had known all of this when we booked, I would have been really pleased with it. But the deception around the homestay's location and one Quadruple vs two double rooms really soured the whole experience.

Zeer schone en comfortabele plek. De host gaf duidelijke instructies, dus het inchecken was snel en gemakkelijk. De locatie is geweldig, dicht bij Train Street en andere bezienswaardigheden.

Perfect place to stay in Hanoi. Clean room, easy check-in, and great location. Train street is just a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to like about the room.

The property was changed in the last minute so there was no opportunity to book somewhere else so the room given was not the same as in the pictures seen online. Bedding was unclean, bathroom and toilet were unclean, no place to hang your clothes or towel in the upstairs bathroom, rooms were very small.

Stay away from them!! Totally unprofessional. We reserved a room at least 1 month ago. A few hours before arrival (we were already in the plane), they messaged us that they are overbooked and cancelled our reservation. They didn't care if we could find another accommodation or not.

La chambre était très très humide. L’impression de dormir dans une cave . Pas de fenêtre à ouvrir .juste une ouverture cassée au dessus du lit comme es toiles d’araignée d’ailleurs. Les lattes du sol cassées nous empêchant de marcher pieds nus. La « salle de bain@ n’est pas dans la chambre mais sous un escalier(état limite insalubre) on peut croiser n’importe qui en sortant de la « douche » . Pour finir ,nous sommes arrivés tôt le matin après un bus de nuit pour un séjour de 3 nuits.le propriétaire nous a  harcelé toute la journée pour qu’on le paie le jour même. Il pleuvait des cordes et j’ai demandé un délais jusqu’au lendemain qu’il n’a pas accepté. Il a fallu courir le ATM (vides le dimanche) pour satisfaire ce mystérieux propriétaire que nous n’avons jamais vu puisque le paiement de fait via un coffre qui est dans la « chambre » et d’une vidéo qu’il faut lui transmettre ,preuve qu’on a bien payé. Notre linge n’a pas sou sécher des 3 jours tellement la location était humide,serviettes de toilette idem ,jamais changées,donc sentant l’humidité… bref ,au vu des autres commentaires,je pense que les autres chambres doivent répondre au critères de conformité mais celle ci ne devrait en aucun cas être louée.

On nous a changé de lieux , pas eu la chambre réservé ( balcon et salle de bain privative) , mais un chambre sans balcon avec une salle de bain commune. Nous avons payé plus cher. Déçu

WE DID SHOW UP.

The owner keeps insisting we didn't show but we did. DO NOT STAY HERE! I can't see how the reviews are authentic. The room was very small, not clean and the bed was made of pallets. It wasn't the deluxe room with a balcony that we paid for. The owner knocked some money off because we had trouble with the lock, but that was all.

Located in a quiet square away from hustle and bustle. Great for my kids as there as a place with no traffic to play in a little as we came out. When we arrived issue with the room which was resolved super fast by the staff.

The lights light up automatically at nigh when someone comes in, the doors are thin and made out of glass = lots of light kept waking me up and the noise of people coming in and out was very clear.

Close to local restaurants and the host gave great tips.

When we arrived, the air conditioner wasn’t working at first, but the host quickly came over and helped us fix it. One big plus is the convenient location — just a short walk from Train Street, surrounded by many cafés and local eateries, and close to most tourist attractions.

Great location in the Old Quarter, quiet but still close to everything. The room was clean and cozy.

This was a safe and charming hidey-hole slap bang in the middle of the vibrant Old Quarter of Hanoi, a block from Train Street. Ms Tran, the hostess, is a marvelous communicator who was always available to facilitate and attend to visitors needs.

There was an initial confusion about the room booked for me and I ended up in a room that clearly hadn't been occupied for months. This, however, was soon sorted out with a quick response from Ms Tran.

Nice emplacement in the center of Hanoi, the room was comfortable and very quiet. But there was no hot water and when we asked the staff some question we were left on read.

Cầu thang hơi bé nên nếu du lịch cùng vali thì sẽ hơi bất tiện. Không có người thu gom rác hằng ngày

The room was nicely decorated and felt homey. Everything was clean. The place is really quiet and is well located with coffee shop opposite for your banh mi and coffee fix. I would stay there again!

Very nice and quiet bedroom despite the central location. We appreciate the small lamp provided.

The private bathroom is outside the room at the ground floor next to the lobby where other guests hangs out or passes by - this was not communicated in advance. The experience of using the toilet feels more like using a shared toilet in hostels as there is no privacy. The bathroom itself was dirty, poorly ventilated, and moldy.

Gute Lage, nah an der Altstadt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommunikation und Check-in über whatsapp war auch easy.

Wo fang ich da nur an. Das Zimmer war feucht und vermutlich deswegen auch schimmelig. Man kann nir empfehlen nicht an die Decke zu schauen. Es lag ganze Zeit dieser feuchte Geruch in der Luft. Das Bad war heruntergekommen. Es konnte nicht gelüftet werden, da das Fenster so rostig war, nicht mal der Rollo ging hoch. Ergo, es war ganze Zeit dunkel und kein Sonnenlicht im Zimmer, sondern nur das schreckliche weisse Licht der Lampen. Die Handtücher waren aus Plastikstoff und haben keine Feuchtigkeit aufgenommen, man hätte sich auch mit einer Plastiktüte „abtrocknen“ können, so hat es sich angefühlt. Zum Glück hatten wir eigene Handtücher dabei. Es gab keinen Fußabtreter im Zimmer, obwohl das ganze Bad die Dusche war. Sprich, man hatte immer nasse Füße. Zimmerservice gab es auch keinen. Alles in allem eine schlechte Erfahrung. Wir haben das Zimmer gebucht, jedoch (zum Glück) nicht durchgängig darin geschlafen, da wir aufs Schiff gegangen sind und unsere Koffer dort gelassen haben. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt auch nicht zu empfehlen.

Da vi ankom var der ingen til at hjælpe os med at checke ind, og vi havde ikke fået at vide, hvilket værelse vi skulle bo på. I løbet af vores ophold blev vi pludselig bedt om at skifte værelse, hvilket vi ikke tidligere var blevet informeret om. Det værelse vi blev tildelt i anden omgang havde ikke et badeværelse på værelset, men ude på gangen - så vær obs på det!

De locatie was perfect: bij Train Street om de hoek en in de buurt van tal van leuke restaurantjes en koffietentjes. De kamer was fijn met goed airco, het balkon ideaal om in de ochtend te zitten. De hostess hebben we amper gezien maar is heel goed bereikbaar wanneer het nodig is.

We vonden het bed niet heel comfortabel maar voor een paar nachten prima te doen.

Idealna lokalizacja. Ulicę danej słynna Train Street. Dzięki temu jednego dnia widzieliśmy pociąg 3x. Obok hotelu uliczka pełna knajpek z pyszny jedzeniem. Kawałek dalej pamiątki. Baza wypadowa na wiele atrakcji w Hanoi.

Nous n y avons pas séjourné. La chambre était sale, la salle de bain coincée sous l'escalier accédant au 1er étage, elle n'était pas dans la chambre. Dans la chambre il y avait une odeur d égout nauséabonde. Nous ne sommes pas restés.

Wirklich sehr gute Lage, ist nicht weit weg von der trainstreet.

Homestay dễ tìm, nằm trong khuôn viên nội bộ nên rất yên tĩnh và an ninh. Vị trí ở gần khu cà phê, khu ăn uống đường tàu chỉ 5 phút đi bộ. Chủ nhà vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, lần sau sẽ quay lại.

Stanza al piano terra molto umida e sporca: muffa sul telecomando del condizionatore, peli e capelli di altre persone sul materasso, mancava l’aria da quanta umidità c’era. Condizionatore puntato sul letto quindi non utilizzabile. Bagno umido e sporco (ragnatele, muffa, capelli e peli).

Banheiro, essa é a única falha do lugar, por isso a nota baixou. Fiquei no quarto do andar térreo, que tinha um banheiro exclusivo, mas fora do quarto, e nesse banheiro encontramos baratas por várias vezes

Good location, decent size room.

Very dirty under the bed (even found two empty plastic bottles) and they have to do something about that rooster (it is impossible to sleep after 5 am because it’s almost constantly screaming until 8-9 am).

Le lieu n' est pas conforme à la description. Nous avions la chambre du rez de chaussée et la salle de bain est à l' extérieur de celle-ci. Pas vraiment de terrasse où se détendre. Tout de même un bon choix

Lit pas des plus confortables mais on s’y fait Dommage qu’il n’y ait absolument personne, tout se fait par message. Même le paiement !

Endroit modeste mais qui fait largement l'affaire ! Gros point fort : le calme ! L'hôtel se trouve dans une petite rue caché ce qui évite d'entendre tout le trafic. Le personnel ( même si il n'est pas présent sur place)est très réactif si vous avez des questions ! Bref je recommande !!

Les photos sont très bien prises mais les chambres ne sont pas aussi "propres" que sur les photos (même si elles restent tout a fait correctes)

Straight location, near to train street.

Door can't open during arrival and door also can't be locked and it's will cause safety issues.

The location is great - right next to Train Street, lots of restaurants and cafés around and a few minutes to the heart of the Old Town. Yet it’s in the back alley of a side street so you do get to take a break from the buzzing city.

The simple but cute little room would have been perfect had it not been for the surrounding noises in the morning. Yes, it’s Hanoi and I hadn’t expected a tranquil surrounding, but what I also didn’t expect was a rooster living in the backyard (or somebody’s balcony) that will do it’s job and wake you up each morning at 5 o’clock. Soon after I managed to fall asleep again started work in the motorcycle shop right underneath my window, so from around 7 in the morning people would be busy there with all the noises that occur when working on metal. So if you’re an early bird this place might be great for you, but if you enjoy sleeping in on your vacation maybe not so much, depending on the room you’re staying in. There were rooms facing the other way and it might be different there.
