Reviewed Mar 26, 2026everything was great the moment we stepped in. it was clean and tidy. the landlord is very accommodating in chats and replies immediately
the ipissss huhu what's scary about the cockroaches is that they're so small and they're everywhere. another thing is the television like everytime we open it to watch something it or connect our laptops for casting it suddenly shuts down and also, its not that i hate it but i was hoping that the bathroom on the loft or upper floor have like where you can hang the towel inside while showering.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026It is near the metro, just opposite actually and near shopping malls. There is also security so no one jist comes and goes into the bldg.
There was no window and it felt claustraphobic. The elevators are quite slow.

Upon our arrival there are still hair and dust on the beds and ash of cigarette on the floor.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2025Location was good. There were nearby convenience stores and eateries. The building staff (lift operators and Security guards) were pleasant and polite.
Building maintenance (Tower 1) - only 2 the lifts were in operation. It was a rather a long wait in the lobby that was hot. (The lobby -- no air-conditioning.)

Reviewed May 6, 2025Great deal and location is also great! The house interiors are very aesthetic and everything is clean and comfy! The place is well maintained and we enjoyed staying there. Toothpaste and soap is provided, all appliances are working. There is a room downstairs, room upstairs projects a very thoughtful design that is good for 4 adults. The bed and linens were also clean. I know because my skin feels itchy if the linens are not. We checked out late and many thanks to the owner who accommodated our late check in request. Check in is also seamless and key can be retrieved on the door
Parking space can be challenging and with a 200 for 12hrs fee/400 if 24 hrs. The elevator is slow and there is only one elevator working at that time

Reviewed Oct 18, 2024I love how they communicate with their guest, they are very responsive. Their unit is complete especially in cookwares and such. They are really clean and prepared for their guests. The room is spacious enough to accommodate 4-5pax!
