In rooms they offer nothing, at-least complementary water and Microwave could be added. No phone extension facility in rooms, need to go to lift area to call reception. No cupboards AC is in their control always on 21. No breakfast. No GYm and pool

Decent room. A little small, but with the price you're paying, it was good.

Elevators. Come on. I was staying there for 5 days, and only one elevator worked. It's a big hotel with many people going in and out. Unfortunately, sometimes you'd need to wait 3-4 minutes to get on an elevator, making a trip down and up a 10+ minute experience.

This is just a suggestion, I don’t have problem with the property. I know it may cost but if you can upgrade 1-5 rooms with smart tv, with higher cost of stay it would be better until you upgraded all the rooms with smart TV’s.

I love how clean the room is.

The staff in the check-in area did not give any greetings nor instructions. She just handed me the card. Also only one card was given so me and my husband would need to both go if we need something downstairs because the lights will automatically turn off if we remove the card from the slot. The staff with blue long polo sleeves staying in the entrance is more friendly and accommodating. There are only 2 pillows in the room and were too bulky and too high for the head when lying down. The air conditioning unit was so old that it does not cool the room enough. Turning the fan on didn’t help. No complimentary water or anything just the liquid soap but you can buy one at the lobby. The white towels are a bit dark.

The staff and security are plesant, courteous, and helpful.

There is no sound proofing. We cannot sleep because of the vehicles passing Shaw Boulevard. We can hear EVERYTHING from motorcycles, cars, buses, ambulance, and even people passing.

Às I was travelling for work, I would have appreciated a slightly larger room. There is no wardrobe and no desk in the rooms.

Ambience and location. The room was nice and comfortable.

The only thing I noticed was slight noise from the nearby room. Also, the lavatory drain seemed to be clogged, which was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully this can be addressed for future guests.

the overall surroundings was good and it was very clean, the staff are very friendly and polite and the services are excellent and sometime punctual. The facilities are good and I like it since there is available parking spaces for guest/s.

I think the WIFI internet facilities needs to be improved, because it is little bit slow. I hope they will increase ceiling fan in the each rooms for proper ventilation especially during summer months.

Can’t fault it - just what we needed as a family, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We booked 3 rooms and 2 were joined by a door which was great to easily move between rooms too.

Affordable and located in the city.

Wifi was a disaster. No shampoo and showergel as well (prolly this was just overlooked by the cleaners).

Its clean, bed is comfy, shower is really basic and clean. Good for a night or 2 as u pass thru manila, close to malls by walking and supermarkets, massage

Some things can be renewed, room size is small, if u open the suitcase u can barely walk. Good for 1 person
