I was so impressed that I even booked a stay for my sister and brother-in-law so they could experience your wonderful service firsthand. Beyond the excellent hospitality, the location is extremely convenient—being close to both the airport and SM Megamall

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Close to the train station and mall. Room is clean. They have water refilling station so you don't need to buy water. Corridors are cleaned regularly, even at night.
Shower probably needs more cleaning. I could see some stains which is a sign that it hasn't been cleaned properly in a while. Room was facing EDSA so it can get noisy at times.

Needs improvement on the moldy bathroom with a urine smell when I arrive. Needs chairs and a table, and dresser to hang clothes and store luggage.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026I booked the quiet inside room so I could get a good night's sleep. I read this from another review so recommend this but you have no outside view. The room and facilities were fine. Nice clean accommodation. Very polite and helpful staff. I would stay here again.
The breakfast included was ok, but would have liked more choice. Coffee was nice though.

The room’s AC felt like it was centralized—because I cannot control the temperature from the control panel on the wall it’s just set to a specific centigrade though what I can do was only the fan speed.

Reviewed May 14, 2026I liked the front desk staff and guards. They were very helpful and friendly - a friend of mine sent me something, they received it for me. The guards also assisted me with my Grab booking. I also appreciated the free water fountains/stations on each floor. Avoids having to buy (and use) disposable bottles. Reasonably priced - good value for money!
My first night - I couldn’t sleep as I was given a room on the EDSA side. It was so noisy! I felt like I was sleeping by the roadside. I’m glad the staff kindly granted my request to be moved to a quieter room the following day.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026The bed is very comfortable. It is a walking distance to Light Mall. Laundry service was satisfactory.
It is right across the highway. The noise of traffic outside the window can be deafening and uncomfortable. The superior queen rooms does not have black out curtains which is very helpful for the rooms facing Edsa side where theres billboard and street lights. It also lack some room amenities like more cloth racks and outlet on each side of the bed.
