Family friendly - 10min drive to Chch city centre

Good shower, comfortable bed, good pillows, very near to where we wanted to be (our family and Christchurch centre), plenty of room.

There was no washing powder for the washing machine and the washer drier does not dry well but there was an airer which dried the clothes well.

Very good communication from hosts, very easy drive into centre, quiet, clean, well equipped.

The heat pump unit was not able to keep the place at a reasonable temperature.

Love the space and such a quite neighbourhood, was easy to find and close to shops

This was a lovely apartment, well appointed and clean with off street parking right out front.

Good location handy to everything and not far from palms mall. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of tea and coffee.

Nice quiet place to stay. Had everything thing we needed to be comfortable for our stay.

The driveway was very narrow and if we had a bigger vehicle it would have been extremely difficult to turn around.

Beautiful and spacious accommodation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we truly enjoyed our stay here. There is a small outdoor area in front of the house where you can relax.

Access may be a bit challenging for large vehicles. It was fine for us, but if you are a confident driver, it shouldn’t be a problem.

The bed was made with sheets that didn't tuck in, although there was a huge (superfluous) sheet over the duvet. The mattress sagged when we were in it, so we rolled together.

We liked everything about this property.!Quiet, very spacious, clean with all the modern appliances. Easy to get around Christchurch. I walked back from the city and my son rode the mountain bike park. The owner was very contactable.

Owner sent the door lock code and a message once payment was made. House was clean and tidy with everything you needed facility wise for our stay. Short walk to the end of the road to the Shirley shops to get what you need. Takeaways and coffee must haves.

Double Bed was a bit on the soft side for me but then I like a hard mattress.

The location was good for where we needed to be. The unit was nice and warm when we arrived with the heat pump going, I loved that there were extra heaters in the rooms and electric blankets. The big bed was super comfortable and the pillows were really good comfort too. The shower has good pressure as well. Christina was very good at sending through tips for the stay.

We liked that the house was warm, clean and modern. The kitchen was well presented with basics in the pantry and fridge and also plenty of cutlery and dishes/glasses. I really appreciated the sharp utility kitchen knives!!! Something so seemingly minor, but it makes all the difference when preparing meals. We also liked that it was a decent-sized tv. I also appreciated that there was a box of tissues available. It's attention to detail like that which makes all the difference. :)

The beds were uncomfortable. Although they had good support, the tops of them were hard and hurt our hips and backs. I ended up putting a layer of towels under me in an attempt to cushion the mattress a bit.

Host was very accommodating when I mucked up the initial booking. The house had great heating for the Southern Winter. Shower pressure was amazing!

Convenient location, very responsive host, clean/updated facilities, great water pressure in the shower, in-unit laundry, many TV channels and apps to choose from.

Long, skinny driveway is slightly challenging to navigate, easier once you get used to it.

The flat was clean, well maintained with all facilities such as dishwasher and barbecue to make for an enjoyable stay. It is in a quiet location next to a park. Located in easy walking distance to bus routes. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of helpful everyday products etc to help make the stay comfortable. Lots of clean linen to use towels etc . Very clean and warm.

Drive was narrow for the station wagon to make easy exit. Noticed in the bathroom where extraction fan needs some attention. All these things very minor.
