Easy to get to. Laundromat across the road. Off street parking.

I did struggle to understand the manager/owner but I got there in the end.

Close to shops, cozy.

The apartments are well appointed and tidy, and great value.

There are what appear to be long term tenants in the cinder block accomodation next door (shared driveway) that leave a lot to be desired, and at times them and their visitors left us feeling unsafe.

The apartment was spacious. We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious but I would not call it deluxe. I liked that it had 2 large bathrooms and one of them had a bath which is great if travelling with children. Full size fridge, a stovetop and oven in the kitchen. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

The aircon unit had a thick layer of dust over the top of it and the walls had paint chipped off of them. The furniture was also quite scratched. It is not quiet as it shares a reception and driveway/parking area with the Achilles motel which looked very dingy and had people coming and going at all hours. I did not think it was worth the price that I paid

Warm welcome received. Size of the apartment was good and the beds were comfortable. Good location for our needs and great that there was off-street parking.

The couch is definitely on its last legs, the seat cushioning started sinking with the kids sitting on it. The property is more tired than the pictures would have you think.

Extremely loud being on the lower floor. The apartment smelled very strongly of food and the parking was a bit annoying because the people next to us parked half in our one allocated parking spot.

Location was great

Cleanliness very poor. My 2 year old son found and old lolly/mint in the room and put it in his mouth. Luckily we caught him in time and thankfully it was a lolly instead of an old medication. There were also ants on the floor and on the spare toilet paper in the bathroom drawer. Felt very unclean.

Perfect for a family to rest and stay after a long drive. clean, spacious rooms and toilet, a useful kitchen, dishwasher 👌

Stayed here a few times but the accommodation is now run down and needs a refurb

Bathroom door was damaged

very unclean, fluff and things under sofa, pair of socks under the bed, skirtring board needed painting at the very least, water went everywhere in shower, potential for slipping on floor.

I have stayed here before so I knew what to expect. Close to 3 restaurants and a bar.

This was my second visit to Apartments 118, so friendly and easy to deal with.

There were a lot of ants in the ensuite bathroom ☹️

The location was ok..ladies that handed us the room key were nice....the room 16 we stayed in was ok..but I had a pair of black jandals missing which I double checked when we arrived it was among my other stuffs. I also had a few makeup missing such as sharpener lipcolors n lipshine ..there were 2 small bars of soaps in the bathroom on the first day when we first arrived but were gone before the end of our second day.. We have previously stayed in hotels motels n lodges before and I reassure yu staying in this Apartment room for the first time has change my perspective on rental apartments altogether...It's not what I expected and I was very dissappoinment.. however thank you for letting us stay in your apartment regardless.. The bathroom door had water damage the shower silicone had mould growing in it the door was drafty the windows weren't sealed properly the fridge smelt like fish and the surroundings were very loud paper thin walls and flooring

We stay there often love it great off road parking pretty central ☺️

They let us check in early and everything was just what we needed!

Close to the airport and still 20 min walk into downtown :) clean and quiet place. Had a comfortable large bed and space in the room. Good kitchen equipped with some things to make tea/use mini fridge. Overall great and good value. Nice modern bathroom looked new and fresh

In the property we were given disable access property which was not so great.

Comfortable bed and free parking

Dated and worn out. Water damage to skirtings, felt dated and past its best. Carpet worn, no shower seat, broken remotes

Tired shabby decor and walls. Needs updating. Place was noisy, you could hear upstairs in the loo and moving around! Place was grubby! Needs a good spring clean. Dirty arcĥetraves, top of fridge, and was not well cleaned at all.

I found it a little strange there were no tissues.

Not very clean. Stains on bedding and furniture felt sticky. Drinking cups were old and stained. No mirrors other than bathroom. Shower area had nowhere to put soap etc.

Beds are not really clean, pillow covers are pretty stained and we had to get it changed twice to find the least stained few
