I think lack of kitchen cookware or utensils, and tissues, the sink in the bathroom doesn't sink immediately.

Reviewed Nov 30, 2024I like the location, accessible to everythings malls, banks, eateries, transport,supermarket etc. The place has a swimming pool where friends can bond with us, and the whole place is clean and staff are good. The room has netflix and you tube, a microwave and a water heater, 1 br and 2 tv and a lounge. The hallway is quiet and relaxing coz the staff or cleaners are not noisy.happy to stay in this unit.
Theres nothing that i dont like. The place is perfect for me coz everything i need is provided in that unit. Comfortable and peaceful.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2024I would recommend Portotiva to everyone. Amy insures your stay is very pleasant by keeping you updated with all pertinent information. The accommodations overlook the pool and parts of the city. The apartment is comfortable, the staff is very helpful, and the malls and restaurants are a block away. I'll be returning there on my next visit to the Philippines.

extensions outlet/adaptor need to replace as it was not working at all.need a better quality of extensions outlet.need more cutleries like spoons,forks,plates and glasses if you are staying more than two.need more lightnings in the bedroom and add mirror.also need to upgrade the microwave.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2024I like the view from the place, the location of course cauz it's near Araneta, had to be there for a fanmeeting with my fave korean actor and how spacious the condo is. I also like that they are so approachable and I could message them easily. Thank you for the affordable and great accommodation. Til next time!

The cleanliness was poor and needed an improvement , hairs of the previous guest everywhere on the floor ( living room and bathroom ). Dusty window frames and glasses weren’t clearly visible. Bathroom mirror was full of water spots.

Reviewed May 25, 2024Location is very accessible - walking distance to shopping malls, fast foods and groceries. What I like most about the property is the staff - super nice and very accommodating not to mention the access to pool, gym and Netflix to not just 1 flatscreen smart TV but 2.
The place needs a little more love in terms of cleanliness because some areas were dusty. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and bedroom window needs blackout blinds because it can be very bright during the day. Lastly, wifi can be improved.
