Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous étions 3 et franchement 10/10 du début à la fin. L’appartement est spacieux, propre, confortable et très bien situé, à côté de Guéliz avec tout ce qu’il faut à proximité. Mais je tiens surtout à remercier Aziza, qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore meilleur. Une femme adorable, douce, souriante, bienveillante et toujours disponible. Elle a été aux petits soins avec nous, toujours prête à nous aider ou à répondre à nos questions. On s’est vraiment sentis bien accueillis et à l’aise grâce à elle. Merci Aziza pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil, ça nous a vraiment touchés ! Le propriétaire également a été super ! dès qu’on avait besoin de quelque chose ou qu’on avait la moindre question, il était là et trouvait rapidement une solution. Très disponible, arrangeant et à l’écoute. Vraiment un séjour au top, on ne manquait de rien et on s’est sentis comme chez nous.

Honnêtement, rien à signaler. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin, nous n’avons rien à redire

A very spacious property with very helpful caretaker and owner ,great aircon throughout all of the rooms making it nice and cool . Comfortable beds and great memory foam pillows ! The TV had Netflix and a great range of tv channels

Nous sommes près de l’avenue de Gueliz et 30 mn à pied de Jemaa elfna

Piscine à plus de 15 mn en voiture, nous perdons trop de temps. Le propriétaire propose 4 piscines, hors nous avons le droit d’accès à une seule par les surveillant. Le logement est infecté de cafard. Les murs sont abimé par l’humidité. Serviette déchirer

La propreté, bien situé, le service était excellent et j' ai trouvé plus de ce j' attendais.

L'apartament és molt gran i acollidor. Molt a prop de molts restaurants, zones de shopping i d'hotels on et poden recollir si llogues excursions amb transport. Els amos, molt amables, sempre s'intenten ajudar amb tot.

Alloggio davvero eccellente! Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. L’appartamento è molto grande, comodo e dotato di tutti i comfort, con due bagni che rendono il soggiorno ancora più pratico, soprattutto per gruppi o famiglie. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, non solo per dormire ma anche per vivere l’appartamento in pieno: cucina attrezzata, spazi confortevoli e curati nei dettagli. Molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in, un servizio davvero comodo che ha fatto la differenza. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei senza dubbio!

No entendemos la valoración tan alta, de 9,2. Ya que: - 2 de 3 aparatos de aire caliente (calefacción) no funcionaban y hacia frío. - Quizá nuestros estándares de limpieza son más altos, pero para nosotros no está limpio. - No cerraba bien ninguna de las ventanas y llegaba todo el ruido de la calle y el frío. El portero del edificio hacia lo que podía con los recursos que tenía. En lugar de arreglar la calefacción el dueño, el portero nos facilitó unos radiadores el segundo día.

The Apartment was lovely much better than expected, very secure and we were really happy with it. They were really helpful letting us leave our luggage also which was greatly appreciated:-)

We got a bit confused I guess about the pool as its written in french..Also from reading reviews.. people must stay in different places I guess it's a bit confusing. and disappointing but the pool was 14 mins drive away. we thought it was a walk away so a bit far really.

L'appartamento si trova a Gueliz nel cuore di uno dei migliori quartieri di Marrakech, a circa 20 minuti a piedi da piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa. In zona ci sono numerosi bar, ristoranti e locali notturni. La casa è dotata di due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli, un bagno con doccia e lavabo ed un altro con solo il wc, una cucina ed un soggiorno. Siamo stati accolti da Said, il custode dello stabile, e dalla moglie, molto gentili nel fornirci tutte le informazioni. Con un piccolo extra c'è la possibilità di usufruire delle pulizie per la casa. Il proprietario dell'immobile fornisce il suo numero su whatsapp ed è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o consiglio. Raccomando sicuramente questa struttura per un soggiorno a Marrakech.

I think the ad is very misleading/scam. There is no swimming pool in or near the apartment for residents to use. The swimming pool that you could use is about 7km from the apartment, so a taxi ride there costs about 10-12€/way. 1/3 airconditioner only workd.

Only the location was good

It came across dated. I had to request towels daily even though i had 3 nights and they could easily ensure theres a sufficient amount to use without having to beg for fresh ones. The communication with host was sporadic. It had strange rules which included no visitors even if they arent staying overnight such as family members that are classed as forbidden and therefore weren't allowed to visit. Therefore my mum and cousin had to book separate accomodation in addition to the 2 people we selected to join me at this place. Its meant to house 6 people but you can only book for 3 and these cant be interchanged. There's a huge lack of privacy due to not having curtains which meant people living in opposite tower block could easily see into the rooms. The shower doesnt have sufficient power and also it takes a while before it warms up. The mattress weren't to the standard of a prestige place. There was no iron or ironing board. The whole experience meant midway some of the group went to a hotels nearby such as Radisson for the rest of the duration especially with them not knowing what cameras may exist inside the property as there is CCTV right above the entrance door. The entrance door requires a key fob to enter and is problematic as its overengineered when it comes to swiping the fob to unlock the door and enter. Initially it would take up to 10 minties of continual trying just to open the door due to its complexity!. The location on booking.com does not match the actual location of the place on the maps which can cause issues, thankfully it didnt too much this time for us but Booking.com tried reaching out but also had issues. The host did accomodate us due to flight delays but that was the only real positive in booking this apartment.

El piso tenía todas las comodidades. El anfitrión nos facilito información sobre Marrakech y la chica de la limpieza nos acogió a la llegada, muy amable. Se nos estropeó la cafetera y nos dieron otra en menos de 24h.

Séjour parfait à Marrakech ! Un immense merci pour cet excellent séjour. L'appartement est magnifique, très propre, calme et incroyablement confortable. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Marrakech. Merci aussi pour l'accueil chaleureux et l'attention portée aux petits détails qui font toute la différence. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Le logement est vraiment à proximité de tous commerces et restaurant . À 5 minutes à pieds du carre éden .

La piscine est un peu loin mais très agréable et l accueil irréprochable .

This is a large, apartment in the Gueliz area. Although away from the Medina, there is a huge selction of nice restaurants, bars, grocery stores and coffee shops just a few minutes walk away. I stayed with my mum for 3 nights, before climbing Mount Toubkal and then returning solo for one night - and it felt like coming home! My mum lost her phone whilst in Marrakech and the owner went above and beyond to assist us. It's incredible value for money, especially when linked to the pool (not on site). I would definitely come back and stay, I felt safe when alone and the owner and caretaker are really lovely.

The swimming pool is not close, and does not have a toilet facility (but you can go to the restaurant which is about a 10 minute walk from the pool across the golf course). I would recommend downloading InDrive (like Uber) to get taxi's for a fair price which will pick you up outside the apartment. We had trouble accessing the pool on the first day, as they didn't understand where we were coming from, so found it complicated explaining we were from an apartment in Gueliz... (as the pool is home to completely different apartments!). However, for the price, it's something you get used to. The property isn't listed on Google, so at the airport they struggled to pin point a location - tip, search for "Residence Kasbel 2" - this apartment is directly opposite called "Residence Mounir".

The location wasn't as mentioned on Booking. It was really far from what we was expecting and what we've booked for.

great room. Large and clean with all the furniture & equipment needed available.

Wrong address written and got lost for an hour with all our luggages as Marrakesh was completely new place for us. For other travellers to avoid this matter, we told the manager of the place, and he replied it was a mistake on booking.com and the wrong address mentioned was 15 mins walk from the actual address anyway.

Everything about the apartment as shown in the pictures are exactly 💯 the same ...My wife that visited for the first time really love the place and promise to always book this apartment anytime we are visiting marrakech again

Very calm area....close to shops and 20 minutes walk to the train station...Good location and easy to pick up by taxi incase you book one to take you to any where in the town
