D1 Mension - Zenity Luxury Apartment - Saigon Centre

Absolutely vile how their system is. They cancelled on us on the day because I didn't "respond" to their email to confirm if we were coming when we were on a flight. We tried to call numerous of times, no pick up. No email or message back either. Don't book here!!! Look at the reviews they all say the same. They said our card wasn't working but our bank clearly showed they did do a pending transaction.

We confirmed with them 4 times on the app, messages and email. But they still cancelled our bookings each time. No pre warning to pay before we would've easily paid. Their system is horrid to say the least. Save yourself some time and book landmark or lumiere instead. 10/10 they respond so quickly and I've stayed there many times.

There was nothing that l liked about this room, the hotel is only about 10 years old (security told me this) but room 1708 was dirty and did not smell good when we arrived.

1. Mouldy Shower Curtain 2. Smelly washer that had inbuilt dryer that did not work 3. We were given old, thin discoloured towels and we were given 1 each for a four day stay with no hand towel or tea towel. 4. Could not flush paper down the toilet, had to put it in a bin which added to the bad smell 5. Kitchen was dirty and the bench top and range hood had sticky finger marks 6. Woken by roosters in the area every morning 7. Location was terrible, no coffee shop at this hotel and vending machine only takes big notes, just off a very busy main road with endless traffic. 8. Never met the host and whenever we asked for something like later check out (our flight was 10:40pm and storing luggage for 6 hours he said he couldn't help and suggested we store it at the airport instead for 6 hours. We ended up paying security at the complex $10 and they held it for us fornthe while 6 hours. Thank god for them!

Ideal for a short to medium business stay. The space is practical, quiet, and well maintained. Everything worked as expected, which is exactly what you want when travelling for work.

The stay was comfortable and well-organized. The apartment was tidy, quiet, and nicely furnished, with everything needed for a smooth stay. The overall atmosphere felt peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The building is secure and well-located, and communication with the host was clear and efficient. Check-in and support during the stay were handled professionally.

Location and cleanliness

N/a

Everything was straightforward and professional from start to finish. Communication was clear, check-in instructions were detailed, and the apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and well managed.

The apartment had the number of beds and bathrooms, and was equipped as described and what we booked. It had a fully equipped kitchen, that was fine for us for breakfast. But you can also cook there. It also had a washing machine. Internet worked well.

A day before check-in wire transfer was requested, if we wanted to avoid a significant credit card charge, that was not mentioned previously. These are 2 separate buildings: D1 Mension, and the second Zenity. If you want the rooftop pool, you should pick D1 - this is not very clear during booking and based on the pictures where the rooftop pool is the first image you see, you expect the pool to be there. I suggest asking the property if not sure. Upon raising this point with the Zenity team they offered us to check out and look for another place for the last 2 nights of our stay with refund. In a very busy period in the city, this was not really an option, and we stayed. Important to know: This is a 20 floor apartment building, and the security guides really dislike non-residents. We were not allowed to park in front of the building, even for the 2 minutes of unloading, and upon check out they tried to make us leave the lobby, since apparently that is not for ‘Booking.com’ guests. Even though we stated our driver would arrive in just 15-20 minutes. They also started harassing a family with young children who also waited for their ride. What is more concerning, that they even put out a sign, that short term stays such as Booking.com are against the law. The apartment was relatively clean overall, however there was mold in one of the bedrooms and in one of the bathrooms. That needs to be fixed.

Inget

Very clean

The apartment is modern, clean, and well organized. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and the area is quiet enough to rest after work. Location is central, making it easy to get around District 1.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was spotless, bright, and well equipped for a short city stay. The location is excellent — close enough to the city center but still quiet at night. Communication with the host was easy and professional.

Great fully furnished apartment in the luxury apartment complex, includes access to swimming pools and gym.

This residential building offering a quiet and private living environment. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with modern furnishings. The location is convenient, with easy access to District 1.

I will come back soon

Everything was perfect—clean, quiet, and spacious.

Quiet space, stylish design, and a very comfortable bed. The pool overlooking the city is a highlight. Great central location.

Loved the design and cleanliness. The balcony view is amazing. Smooth check-in process and friendly host.

Great!

Location was great. Central to most thing with a quick Grab ride. Plenty of street vendors and restaurants with a 10mins walk in each direction. A few pharmacies in walking distance. Also MiniMart is close by too. Jollibee was a 10mins walk.

There were a few ants and cockroaches in the apartment. We bought bug spray to kill the issues. The kitchen could do with a few larger soup bowls. We're so use to having a dishwasher. This apart would be great if it had one.

Amenities are good

Doors have very bad soundproofing. Room service only 1 day out of 7 days.

The property felt safe, the apartment was big, spacious and the AC worked well. The pool was lovely however the location was a bit out of the way and there was a big sign in the foyer saying no short term stays.

Rien

Personne n’est venu à la réception

The pool was great for the kids

We must have been double booked so were put in apartment building ne door and told the reason was because the pool was being renovated yet we could see people swimming in it! We paid in cash and then found out they had also deducted money from our bank account as well! We are now having to chase the money through the bank to get it back! Definitely wouldn't stay here again being treated like this and being lied to!

We had cockroaches in our apartment and our friend found a used condom in theirs. Talked to the property management and they were of no help.

Comfortable beds and modern apartments great view .

There is no room or facility to store baggage after checkout . Slightly misleading zenity does not have the infinity pool

Had everything we needed, kitchen with all utensils a microwave a stove, a clothes washer, a pool, right behind 4 Ps pizza

A little bit out of the way and confusing with all the different buildings. Many people had issues checking into the wrong accommodation because everyone kept getting the buildings mixed up and there's not always staff available to help. Also not really walking distance to restaurants etc

Good apartment with lovely viws

Rooftop pool great for the kids.

We felt the location was a bit too far away from central Saigon where you could find great coffee shops and markets all in a walking distance. Would stay closer to central saigon next time..

Easy walk to mini mart. Room size was adequate.

Location required getting Grabs for good coffee and attractions. Although "local" eateries near by, it required travel to central location for better standard of eateries. Ĺĺ Room not serviced. Towels changed once in 5 days.

reasonable price, enthusiastic support from the owner, my room was clean, but you must contact the owner before coming, so that everything will be more convenient, because this is an apartment not a hotel.

Nothing

It was great for families. And the pool was amazing

The check in process. You should be able to pay before you arrive and the check in needs to be communicated before you leave for the holiday. For example codes to get the keys and instructions on your stay

How close it was to the city center and everything was within walking distant. Failing that it was no more than a very short taxi ride. Plenty of food and drink restaurants close by.

Web page says there is a Bar and coffee shop on the premises, where that is true it looks like it hasn't been open for a very long time. Which is a shame as was looking for somewhere to sit and have a drink after a day of exploring.

The location is comfortable. The appearance of the building is nice.

The apartment is not clean. The beds were dirty and we got sting by what we assumed were bed bugs. We had 1 roll of toilet paper and old small towels some of them had holes.

It was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous pool! Decent sized apartment and two bathrooms which was helpful.

The apartment was a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but still a good size for a group of three. The kitchen was big but had very little use. Felt like we had to get grabs everywhere as the location was a little out of the way.

The rooftop pool was great, beautiful view from our room on the tenth floor. The host was very helpful throughout our stay. The AC was good. Can recommend the pizza4p around the corner.

The location is around 20 mins by car from main attractions but there are nearby buses.

Terrible stay! -YOU DO NOT HAVE POOL ACCESS!!! We were harassed by security any time we even went near the pool! How ridiculous when It’s one of the main reasons you book with 2 children. So disappointing!!!! -Linen was filthy and clearly not washed -Air conditioner works at a minimum…always so hot In the apartment -Hot water DIDN’T WORK!!!! -Location surroundings are dirty and backs onto busy highway -Locks on doors Inside and out Very unstable and sketchy -No safe to secure personal property -Access to staff almost Impossible

Comfortable apartment easy Grab access to centre of the city

Advertised as having a roof top pool - pool is now locked off with no access

Spacious and clean. Good view of the city. Security was good. 4P’s restaurant was right there which was great for our first night!

Thought there was a roof top pool but there wasn’t….would probably not have booked if we had know this. No water provided in the room.

The units were clean. Beds were comfortable, furniture in good condition

We stayed in Zenity building and our lounge room had absolutely No sunlight, it literally did not have windows. There was a tiny little balcony tucked in the corner but provided no light. We all felt like we were in prison. Communication with the host was terrible. Host was quite rude, facilities that were mentioned on the booking confirmation such as Roof top swimming pool and sauna were not there. Upon questioning how come we don't have them the host said they never mentioned those facilities. I had printed confirmation with all of them listed, to which host response was " It is not on our confirmation " 🤔 . Location not great , but easy to get grab or taxi and go anywhere. Otherwise not much within walking distance. But the worst thing is that we have been charged twice due to host charging our credit card listed on booking.com and then telling us there was an issue with my card and demanding to pay cash. Luckily I refused to pay cash and transferred via Revolut. However upon checking my credit card later it turned out they actually did charge my card , that was initially provided to secure the booking. I truly believe the host is dodgy and avoid at any cost . I have never dealt with such unwelcoming, dishonest and rude host. I have never left a bad review for any property i stayed in. I think the problem here was more in attitude of the host and lies about facilities, and of course the double charge that i am now disputing. Refer to photos of the room "light " during day time ! And real views from the bedroom, not the ones on the photos of the property listed on booking.com

No breakfast was supplied

Just the connection to the TV however our host did her best to get it working

The security, value for money and the facilities in the apartment.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but just a suggestion, it would have been nice if you provided some bottles of water on arrival. It was very late when we arrived and there wasn’t anywhere we could get supplies. Thank you.

The pool

The air cons in the main bedroom were loud,

Amazing stay with very comfy beds, nice pool area, plenty of space, and a truly great co-working space downstairs to get some work done. Checkin and checkout was very uncomplicated and the host was really accomodating. Highly recommended.

Location was good. Facilities were poorly maintained. Room had the bare basics. Properly facilities were either not operating or example the pool was not very clean. Sauna and steamer were not operating at the time of our stay.

Location.

I understand that the apartment is privately owned - my son had collected the key the night before and was still asleep when i arrived thus i could not get into the property. The 'receptionist' was the rudest person i have ever come across - i had just flown from London and just wanted to be able to sit in the reception area in the cool and she informed i could not do this - no idea why. The young man who came to assist was lovely and even bought me some water from the machine. Apartment is functional. Needs a water filter or to provide at least one small bottle of water. I only booked this for the rooftop pool which we couldn't access as our keypass would not allow access to that floor. Every single member of staff dotted around the apartment complex was totally rude and miserable. Ruined our stay here.

We were staying 3 nights at Zenity Apartment in Ho Chi Minh. The owner very kind, friendly, helpful and respond without any delay. We booked for 3 pax then I got a friend (last minute joint in our group) total 4 pax stay in this property. The owner didn't charge an extra fee. We booked a tour adventure to the Mekong River, culinary and shopping. Thank you for your hospitality.

spacious and clean

none

Good location in D1, good facilities and nice rooms

Everything

Nothing

Great location and thecpizza place at front was handy

The rooms and linen were all a bit worn, and also the sauna and steam room were not available as advertised. Staff on front desk were rude to us...understand we booked via another channel but they were totally unhelpful when asked the most basic questions.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Very knowledgeable with tours, and we ended up getting a better price by booking through the hotel. Close to markets, eateries, chemist, convenience stores and more. Special thank you to Lily and Harley 😊

Very clean and well equipped apartment.

The property demanded 3% extra of the booking.com amount. We booked a 3bhk and 1 bedroom was extremely tiny with no furniture and no space for luggage at all!

Very friends staff, they went above and beyond to help us to have a great stay

Location was good and the pool that we had access to was nice with the sunbeds up top. The aircon worked well and the size was good for a larger family

To be advertised as roof top pool was deceptive, as we needed to sneak in there. Little things were missing like drinking glasses, plates and would be nice to have a few started items like clean dish cloths, coffee, salt. The door to the bathroom wasn’t on hinges, was just a piece of wood. A little instruction manual would be handy for how to use appliances, attractions in the area and stuff like that. A spare towel and bath mats for both rooms would be appreciated.

We loved the rooftop pool!

There was nothing we didn’t like. The property was perfect!

The apartment was lovely and spacious, perfect for the 3 adults and 3 children we were travelling with. It was clean and modern, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was nicely presented and would have been better with a few extra touches...

We weren't provided with enough towels for our family so the children had to share! We also found that there weren't many pots or pans / utensils for cooking so if we had wanted to cook a meal one night we wouldn't have been able to. There was no roof top pool, which was a bit disappointing as it's in the name!

It had everything we needed, there was sufficient space & we enjoyed the swimming pool

Good sized aprtment w 3 bedrooms. Near local reataurants.

Roof top pool not easily available to us. But hosts made it happen.

loved the location in district 1, easy to walk to main areas apartment was great with two bedroom, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, had a living room to relax in and kitchen to use and a washing machine

there wasn't space really to put our luggage in the bedroom so most of all our luggage was in the living room
