Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Clean, comfortable and quiet. Had the basic apartment appliances and amenities. Coffee was provided.
Complicated room door mechanism. Bring your own shower gel 😁. The glass shower door got abit stuck got me concerned. The sleep couch was tricky to pull out, put away and not comfortable. Make sure to park on the designated parking spot(they were marked on the floor- difficult to see)

Small issue with shower door not closing. Would have been good to have a dish towel to dry dishes (didn't want to use dishwasher for small amount of dishes and a dish cloth was provided so just washed and put it dishwasher to dry). Soap in bathroom would have also been good in the soap dispenser but not expected as we realize it isn't a hotel.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026The unit is well-equipped and comfortable overall. It has a lot of potential with better maintenance, cleaning and oversight. Khutala (manager) attended to requests/complaints not with due haste but with reasonable efficiency.
1. The extremely smelly shower outlet which I had to clean myself to get rid of the smell.(see photos) 2. The dirty utensils, pans, and cups (see photos) 3. The dark bathroom(3 of 4 lights were out but replaced the next day after I complained)(see photos) 4. The ill fitting glass shower door (catching at the bottom landing) 5. Extraordinarily hard pillows 6. Smelly towels(only some) 7. Dirty washing machine (photo) 8. Terrible tumble drier (not functioning properly:takes forever to dry clothes) 9. Absence of hand soap in container provided (refilled after my request) 10. No drying rack (there is a dishwasher) 11. Broken egg lifter(handle is loose) 12. The air conditioner in the bedroom needs servicing and re-gassing (its noisy and doesn't cool in accordance with temperature selection)

Reviewed Jan 7, 2025Corner room and individually owned. Some of the units operated by the Capital are not as well cared for. The bedroom is large and the owner provides some small items like soaps and coffee. The location is great and the hosts are very helpful. The cypher code and security app made access super easy.
This room may have been a suite. The adjoining room is closed off but it is not best sound barrier. Otherwise, no real complaints. the place is perfect location.

Construction scaffolding or construction items not tied down adjacent to unit elevators made a lot of noise when it was windy. At night it was very disturbing. Suppose it is temporary. Access card on day of check out was not working. Got stuck in the lift until luckily another resident came to use the lift.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2023A beautifully decorated apartment with thoughtful extras that made for a comfortable stay The kitchen was well stocked and had bottled water, salt and pepper, extra milks. The towels and bedding were of great quality. The location is within easy walking distance to Sunbet arena.
The only thing we needed that wasn't supplied was an adaptor for the hairdryer. There was a hairdryer provided, but it had a round 2-prong plug and none of the sockets were a match.
