Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Pokoj má terasu s výhledem na sjezdovku. Ocenili jsme odhlučněná okna pro klidné spaní. Dvě toalety v apartmánu jsou velkou výhodou. Vybavení kuchyně je vynikající (někomu může chybět mikrovlnka). Lyžárna s vyhříváním na lyžáky je též velkou výhodou při týdenním lyžování.
Vše bylo v pořádku.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Perfect location for accessing slopes and watching NYE ski celebrations from our deck. Very clean compact and well set out apartment, wonderful hosts, Astrid and Hermann were very warm, helpful and attentive, spectacular stay and very special family christmas and new years eve.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025Lokatie is geweldig! Aan de gondel met een mooie dalafdaling die zelfs met weinig sneeuw /warm weer, heel goed te doen was. Spar en restaurantjes in de buurt, en een leuke skihut om de hoek. Verder rustig plaatsje. Skigebied is ook heel mooi! Het appartement was top, schoon met voldoende ruimte. Hele vriendelijke mensen. Attent ook, met kerst hing er bij iedereen wat lekkers aan de deur. Skidepot goed geregeld.
De tweede slaapkamer is alleen via de andere slaapkamer te bereiken dmv een schuifdeur. Op zich ging t wel maar wel beetje onrustig.

Reviewed Dec 16, 2025Lokalizacja idealna ze względu na sąsiedztwo z wyciągiem gondolowym i trasami narciarskimi- ok 50 m. Miła sympatyczna i dyskretna obsługa. Bardzo dobra informacja na wejście do obiektu w przypadku przybycia w godzinach nocnych. Bardzo dobra i dobrze wyposażona ogrzewana narciarnia w osobnym budynku przy obiekcie.
Jest to drobna uwaga: pod prysznicem w apartamencie nr 4 woda wypływa na środek łazienki. Myślę, że niewysoka szczelna listwa na posadzce ograniczyłaby ten problem.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025Keurige nette kamer met alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, die ons goed hielpen om de juiste plekken te vinden. De lift naar boven op 10 minuten rijden is een aanrader voor jonge kinderen. Het zwembad in het dorp op 5 minuten rijden ook.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2025They have a wonderful host. They are helpful in every way and always smiling. The hotel is 1 minute from the ski slope and is also near the place for apres ski after skiing. There is a very useful storage where you can store your skis. If you do not have skis or if you are going to go off-piste, there is a sports shop under the hotel ready to rent skis and the prices are very reasonable. Astrid and Hermann do a great job.
Internet speed could be better.

A very nice apartment, maybe not very big, but very cozy and with everything you need, including cosmetics in the bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. Ski room and parking right next to the apartment.

Reviewed Feb 20, 2025Perfect place to stay for a ski trip with family or a group of friends. The gondola is right behind the hotel, and rental store in the lobby. Space is perfect and has everything you need to sleep and cook comfortable. The owners were incredibly nice, and made sure our stay was great! This will be my go-to place to stay when I go back to Kitzbuhel.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025Location was perfect for access to kitzbuhel ski resort. Ski rentals were located on the bottom floor of the same building. A very good pub just a few steps up the hill. Gondola also just a few steps away. Grocery store is a short walk and the kitchen in the apartment had everything needed for us to cook breakfast every morning. Good restaurants within walking distance too
