Yen villa Hội An

Clean tidy

To to walk to old town

L’emplacement et la gentillesse des personnes

- Pool - Super helpful host - Quiet location, close to town - Comfy beds & big rooms - Great breakfast

Great location. Great value for money. Rooms made up and fresh towels everyday. Breakfast is also decent with hot food and fruit.

Some aspects do need maintenance but it did not deter from the stay.

We loved our stay at Yen Villa, it was so close to old town but in a very quiet area which was perfect as hoi an is so busy! The room was wonderful and the family were so caring and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and we could use the free bikes to cycle round hoi an, to the beach and to the coconut village. Excellent value for money and recommend to all.

Nothing, all perfect!

Tout. Famille charmante. Chambre spacieuse, propre et climatisée. Literie confortable. On recommande vivement

Quiet and peaceful place. Great pool, clean room and bathroom, very helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was good.

Good location. Clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The pool was dirty, so we decided it was not safe to use it. We had an ant issue in our room. There is som maintenance needed in the bathroom. It’s ok to use, but the sink was leaking onto the floor. The shower spread water onto the whole bathroom because of extra holes in the shower head where there shouldn’t be any holes.

Family run business. They were friendly and helpful.

Ruime, schone kamer en ontzettend aardige gastheer.

Niets

Clean room everyday, cold AC, breakfast, great location, quiet at night. I recommend getting the room on the top floor it was huge! Free access to the bicycles was also a great perk.

Nothing

The owners are the absolute sweetest people. Three generations live and work for the villa. Every morning when we would head downstairs, we were greeted with smiles and a fresh delicious handmade breakfast. The rooms are spacious, the pool is excellent, the location is perfect - away from the noise but still central to everywhere you would want to visit, and the price is unbeatable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

nothing!

Everything was perfect! The room was lovely and spacious with very good AC which is very needed in this heat. The breakfast was delicious and the pool well kept. The best part was the staff they were all so nice and helpful to me at all times. Would definitely recommend staying here also perfect location away from the busyness but just one bridge away to the main part.

Lovely stay, just a short walk from the old town in a quieter area. Very spacious room with a balcony. Comfortable bed, very clean with new towels provided everyday. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. Nice breakfast!

Nothing!

Great location Breakfast was very good Comfortable rooms Super friendly families Free bikes

Nothing I can think of

A lovely family-run business—simple, authentic, and peaceful. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the garden and small pool, even with the sound of the neighbor’s cockerel 😊

As a solo female traveler, I preferred to return before dark, as the property is located down back streets and requires a fairly long walk to the old town.

Big and comfortable room. Very close to the center. It wasn’t very clean on my arrival but I made a complaint and they cleaned it better. Many things are old and not working very well in the room. Don’t expect too much! The staff is very friendly tho.

Many things are old and not working very well in the room. Don’t expect too much!

Great staff. Welcomong and gave good tips on places to eat and helped us book a trip. Nice free breakfast. Spacious room with 2 beds. Clean bedding, towels and free water. Pool was great. Very close to walk into town. Would stay again.

Pool slightly murky but clean enough to swim in. We went in every day. Saw the guy coming to clean it most days.

Easy quick walk into town, yet peaceful relaxing stay. Very spacious room with nice balcony and pool! Lovely helpful staff and a cracking breakfast every morning

Cockerel next door needs to be made into a nice pho ga 😅

Rooms were overall clean

The bathroom - no cover for the shower so it gets quite messy

Bonne location.

Super comfortable, spacious room. Wifi worked so well. Hosts were friendly and smiley. Location is suberb, short 5 minute walk to the centre. No complaints and would choose to stay here again if i ever return to hoi an

I really like staying there, ot is close to the old town, yet very quiet. Good restaurants. Tailor nearby. Very helpful owner, got me ticket to next town with pockup from hotel, although transport company messed up finish of the travel and I wont recommend Tang Quang Dung travel company. There is everything you meed at the hotel, pool with beds, umbrellas for bad weather, daily room cleaning, breakfast. There are also bicycles for free, although pretty old ones

Great service, very friendly. Supercomfy beds. Big rrooms. Nice breakfast And especially overall atmosphere was sublime.

On recommande à 200%.

Personnel aimable. On recommande.

The property was basic but well kept and ran by an excellent family, the free breakfast was nice and the rooms were clean, the room and amenities were a bit out dated but for the price it was excellent value

10/10 amazing Hotel

Everything was very clean, Bed confortable and peaceful place. Breakfast was good too, thank you!

Rien

A 5 minutos del centro y zona super tranquila

Comfortable stay, good location and wonderful owners!

Great for the price, rooms were clean and tidy. Staff really nice. Quiet location - no bars within ear shot at night time. Short walk to different eateries and the old town.

Hot water was a bit hit and miss.

We loved the property and the location. Huge room, comfortable beds, very nice owners

Nothing to mention

Bon emplacement, à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Calme. Chambre spacieuse.

The host family were amazing throughout our stay, extremely helpful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble day or night. Environment lush clean tidy and well maintained. Off the beaten track yet within easy walking distance to places of interest. Pool was lovely refreshing and relaxing.

Slight smell in the bathroom some of the time.

Nice host nice place 5/5

The room and location would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the mold :/ (great location, good breakfast and big rooms). (Stayed there at the end of December)

So so so much mold… it’s a safety hazard. We had black mold above our bed so we changed rooms. The second room was better but there was so much more mold in the hallway. Really bad fluffy mold. It’s probably that bad because of the recent floods but I feel like they could try to clean it up a bit more. The owner was very understanding about it when we cancelled our stay. Hope they will fix the issue because the hotel was very nice besides the mold

Rien

Väga toredad inimesed, hea hommikusöök ja tore atmosfäär! Jõudsime paar tundi varem enne check-in, aga nad lasid meil kohe check-in teha ja tuba oli valmis. Samuti väga hea ja rikkalik hommikusöök! Asukoht ka hea!

Midagi.

The calm, the kindness of the guest family, the breakfast !

Nothing !
