The hygiene is not good as expected, I met some dust ink on my quilt/ comfort, the toilet sewer is smelly and the AC is noisy, the door frame is not sealed properly so that I can smell the smoke from main hall

Staff was not cooperative, in kitchen there is not a single utensil, gas was not working, even there is no microwave. .

A bad service. When arriving the flat was given for another family with out telling us.

My flight was at 8 p.m., and I arrived and went directly to the flat. However, when I arrived, they refused to give us the flat. I contacted them by phone, and they told me that we were late. I was traveling with my family, including elderly parents who were already very tired. I spent hours continuously searching for another place to stay until 11 p.m. This situation is completely unacceptable. We had traveled a long way, arrived at the property as soon as we could, and were left without accommodation despite having a reservation. This caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience, especially for my elderly parents. I expect an appropriate explanation and compensation for this unacceptable experience.

Check in time : 3:00pm supposedly but I Requested that we will arrived in the property 5;00pm onwards, we arrived 5:30pm, we came from long drive (Duqm) took us 7-8hrs drive. I have an infant and a special child, the request made Wednesday and we arrived Friday, unfortunately for us room NOT CLEAN yet and we need to wait 30mins for them to prepare the rooms. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They ONLY ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT that isn’t mentioned in the Booking.com It mention there they are accepting VISA but the staff’s telling us they don’t accept card, ONLY cash. Kitchenette not available Clothes rack Not available Kettle not available Other pillow No pillow covers Refrigerator door broken and it is not cooling. With cockroaches in the Kitchen. 😡very UNSATISFIED.

The guy at the reception was friendly and supportive

The property was undergoing maintenance which has limited the rooms availability

Location. The on-site staff offered to redirect me to a different facility under the same management.

The single rooms were NOT depicted accurately on the booking website. The level of cleanliness, upkeep, facilities, and feeling of security were far below expectations and I ended up canceling my stay.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione in cui è situato l'hotel e l'accoglienza alla reception.

Non ci è piaciuta la cucina perché non aveva padelle, posate e piatti. Per di più in bagno mancava la carta igienica.

Размер апартаментов, наличие кухни и холодильника. Фото соответствовало действительности. Низкая цена на момент бронирования.

Утвари для приготовления пищи огромных размеров, на семью ищ трех человек слишком большие. Уборка посредственная, могло быть чище, мебель в гостиной ушатанная

المكان ليس مثل ما هو موضح بالصور للأسف، اقل من الصور بكثير( وتم توضيح الامر هذا للمضيف )، وذلك بسبب اخذ الصور وقت افتتاح الفندق، ولم تحدث

لم يعجبني شيء ولم أقيم عندهم

وصلت ولم اجد الشقه وأطالب البوكنق بعدم التعامل معهم وتمت مساومتي على الانتقال إلى شقه غرفتين وسيئة جداً وطلبو مني الغاء الحجز مع انهم تواصلو معي اتصال وواتس اب وأكد لهم إني قادم ولكن للأسف لم أجد شقتي
