Good location to the area that I was visiting although congested difficult to park was easily overcome staff dealt with it

They didn’t give us room

They did not give us room because my husband didnt have a outside Delhi ID card. They didn’t inform they dont give rooms to Delhi ID card holders when I called them to confirm the room, neither did they mention it on the website. They refused to give us a room at 12am in the midnight and on starting a fight them they gave us a cheaper room in a nearby hotel

A nice hotel right in the heart of Paharganj, close to all the action and only a two-minute walk from the railway station. Connaught Place is also very easy to reach, just one stop on the train. Very good price. They help with luggage also Gave me breakfast in my room as i missed the time The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The bathroom had a nice shower, and there was also a smart TV in the room. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay.

The staff were amazing here. We arrived at 2am and the person who was whatsapping me was on hand to answer questions and the late check in was smooth (lots of other hotels did not even respond to my request!) The room was spacious and has the amenities we needed. Anything we needed was dealt with quickly e.g. needing toiletries. We also booked a return hotel taxi with them which arrived on time !

Plugs we're not conveniently located. This made it tricky to run the fridge and charge personal items easily.

The receptionist are friendly, they waited me for late check in (3am). I also asked can I store my luggage for long term, so they help me with that.

My room had no windows. There was noise from other guests, who were playing music in the corridor at night.

Хорошее соотношение трех факторов - цены, месторасположения (относительно станции метро и центра города) и комфорта. Чистый номер. Хороший вай-фай. Отличные ребята на ресепшн. Окна номера выходили на боковую улицу и не было шумно. Когда я летал в другие города, оставлял чемодан в отеле, и потом снова возвращался сюда.

Для включение теплой воды надо звонить на ресепшн. Нет кафе в самом отеле. Не сразу смог освоиться с кнопками включения у розеток и т.п. Когда выходишь из метро, видно, что район - не туристический, но через день перестаешь обрашать на это внимание.

Ну не очень я люблю в качестве домашних животных тараканов. Ну нет.

The only positive point: the two staff members who helped us carry our luggage were kind and professional.

We booked this hotel without really paying attention to the reviews. It was only at the last minute, just before arriving, that we actually checked them — and they were already very concerning. Unfortunately, everything turned out to be true. Upon arrival, we were required to pay in cash, although we were initially told we could pay later since we didn’t have any. We went to withdraw money and came back. At that point, we were dealing with what seemed to be the manager (the one with glasses): an extremely cold, unfriendly, and unprofessional man who clearly should not be running a hotel. When we tried to pay, he claimed he had no change to give us back the difference — which is already unacceptable for a place that requires cash payments. The situation then became even worse: he refused to give our money back and tried to force us to accept bottles of water instead. I insisted on getting my own money back, but he flatly refused. I never managed to recover my money. His behavior was dishonest, disrespectful, and honestly quite intimidating. As for the room: the one we had booked was apparently unavailable. We were “upgraded” — thankfully, because I can’t imagine what the original room must have been like. The room smelled strongly of damp, as if it was never aired out. We saw cockroaches. Because of this, we didn’t even dare to have the breakfast included in the price, as we were concerned about hygiene in the kitchen. The room phone was not working, so we couldn’t contact reception — which was required to request hot water or breakfast. The system is completely impractical. Hot water did eventually come, but only after a long wait. Avoid this place at all costs.

​The Stay Experience: I booked two rooms for four people specifically to ensure we had two bathrooms. My booking was confirmed 3 weeks in advance via WhatsApp, with the explicit agreement of "pay at hotel/no credit card needed." Despite this, upon arriving at 9 PM after a long day, we were told our rooms were gone. ​The management tried to claim they messaged me the day before demanding full payment to "secure" the booking—a direct violation of the Booking.com terms I agreed to. They forced us into a single "family room" with only one bathroom, refused to refund the price difference, and arrogantly claimed this was an "upgrade." We were essentially held hostage by the hour; we had nowhere else to go at that time of night. ​The Room Conditions: ​Cleanliness: The rooms were filthy. It looked like the floors hadn’t been swept in a month. We found cockroaches under the furniture and ended up killing three ourselves. ​Climate Control: The AC was broken. This was critical as night temperatures dropped to 10°C. We had to sleep in multiple layers of clothes just to stay warm. ​Noise: Despite advertising "soundproof rooms," we could hear every whisper in the hallway, the elevator mechanism, and footsteps from the floor above. ​Service: Housekeeping was non-existent. Over a 6-night stay, the room was never once cleaned. ​The Staff: There is a clear divide here. The general staff were professional and kind, but their efforts were completely overshadowed by the arrogant and dismissive man at the reception. His "customer service" consisted of signaling us toward the door when we raised valid concerns about the bathroom situation. ​Verdict: Even with the "you get what you pay for" mindset, this hotel fails to meet the bare minimum of hospitality and hygiene. Do not trust their "confirmed" bookings—they will sell your room out from under you and then charge you full price for an inferior setup.

I had an amazing and comfortable stay. The staff were really friendly. At first , I was skeptical because of the reviews, but I have to say I had the best experience for the price I paid. The food was amazing and hygienic. The service was also very friendly and comforting . I will definitely recommend it.

Doesn’t have a restaurant. Arrange food from the kitchen but not a great deal of choice. I had to pay tor extra as i asked something which is not there in the “breakfast list”. But room service was excellent. Very proactive and efficient.
