Zeer mooie riad Vlotte communicatie We werden opgehaald aan de taxi stopplaats door Dean Zalig dakterras Vijf prachtige slaapkamers met badkamer en toilet. Elke morgen kwam Houda een lekker ontbijt klaarmaken. 1 avond heeft ze een lekker diner klaargemaakt Een echte aanrader, we hebben ervan genoten.

Increible, es un palacio. Los dueños te cuidado como so fueses un hijo! Te organizan taxis a la hora que sea, por la mañana, a la hora acordadte preparan un delicioso desayuno. Todo muy limpio. Nos hemos alojado 5 chicas, cada una con habitación y baño privado. Hemos estado en la gloria. La azota es un oasis y la piscina igual. Lo recomiemdo

Beautiful, big and spacious

La décoration est superbe. Chaque chambre est équipée d’une salle de bain ainsi que des toilettes. Elles sont spacieuses. Situation idéale dans la médina ( environ 20 mm) . Même dans la médina c’est très calme .

This riad is a gem! A precious jewel hidden amidst the frenetic life of the Medina. From the moment you enter, you look in and ask yourself: really, is this all for me? The riad is spacious, meticulously crafted in EVERY detail, furnished with exquisite taste, and instilling a sense of comfort and tranquility. The rooms are spacious, each decorated in Moroccan style, yet finished with European attention to comfort. The terrace and summer kitchen—a dream! The hosts—in constant contact, concerned with the well-being of their guests. The exquisite meals prepared by Houda—the entire stay was an almost mystical experience for us! This place is worth every penny spent :) P.S. It would be wonderful if the pool had a heated option—it would have been the icing on the cake of the luxury we received at this riad.

Riad 212 is located in a bustling part of the medina, on the edge of the tannery area, which felt less 'touristy'. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa square and the souks. The Riad itself is outstanding - beautifully decorated and comfortable. We especially enjoyed drinks on the lovely roof terrace and the cold plunge pool. It is so rare to find a house in which all of the rooms have their own en-suite, and each room was individually decorated. Houda made us an excellent dinner on our first night as we arrived late, as well as breakfast each morning. She was lovely. There is a small mini-mart just around to corner with a friendly owner selling milk, soft drinks, crisps etc. Dean met us from our transfer drop off point (a couple of minutes' walk from the Riad) and he and Malika (hosts) could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Would recommend getting an e-sim on arrival so that you can use Apple/Google maps to pin the Riad's location and find your way around, especially if you haven't been to Marrakech before. Good 4G and 5G everywhere (and WiFi at the Riad). Overall this is an outstanding property and we would not hesitate to return.

There was nothing we didn't like - these are just a couple of suggestions! There are 5 bedrooms at the Riad, but only 4 sun loungers on the roof terrace, so one more would be welcome. Also, some incense sticks on the roof would also be great as you can occasionally smell the tanneries close by. But like I say - nothing negative at all, just suggestions! I did take us all a little while during the night on the first night to work out where the sound of water was coming from - we all thought we'd left a tap on or something - but it's just from the plunge pool. Noting here to save other guests from trying to hunt it down like we did.

Alles! Ontvangst, hygiëne, behulpzaam, compleet huis zelfs met zwembad al was het klein je kon wel lekker afkoelen. Prachtig dakterras en midden in de drukte en je deed de deur dicht en je hoorde niks meer. Aanrader!

Locatie. Opzich super dichtbij het plein alleen heel druk en veel geuren maar in de riad zelf merkte je er weer niks van. Misschien klein min puntje. Spoelen van het zwembad om half 7. S ochtends.

Rustige straat aan de rand van de medina. Ideaal taxi kan je afzetten om de hoek. Ruim en mooi dakterras. Goede ontbijtservice en kamer werd dagelijks opgemaakt. Contact met de eigenaars was heel vlot en correct.

This riad was fantastic, truly felt like a home away from home, the owners were fantastic and very responsive when we had questions or asked for suggestions about Marrakech. I will be recommending any friend or family to stay here if they come to Morocco!

Die Lage ist perfekt für Erkundungen in der Medina. Der Jemaa el-Fnaa ist fußläufig gut in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Man ist mitten im Geschehen, sobald man aus dem Riad auf die Straße geht. Das Riad ist super schön ausgestattet. Wir sind sehr freundlich von den Gastgebern empfangen worden. Malika stand uns bei Fragen immer schnell zur Verfügung. Der von Malika organisierte Flughafentransfer hat super funktioniert.

An den ersten beiden Tagen war das Frühstück wenig abwechslungsreich. Es gab weder Wurst, noch Käse oder unterschiedliches Brot. Nachdem wir dann aber danach gefragt hatten, gab es auch Obst, Yoghurt und anderes Brot. Leider keine Verabschiedung durch die Gastgeber, die wir wegen unserer späten Anreise nur am ersten Abend bei einem "Quick-Check-In" kurz gesehen haben.

Beautiful building, location was perfect, owner responsive and helpful. Huda was lovely, coming in everyday to make breakfast and do the housekeeping. Really a perfect place to stay (we loved it so much I *almost* didn’t want to leave a review so we have a better chance of being able to stay again another time! ;)

Le Riad est magnifique, très propre et très bien situé. Merci à Malika pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et disponibilité. Houda nous a préparé de super petits déjeuners, son coucous est excellent.

The Riad was stunning better than the photos. Spacious, clean and well decorated. Excellent location, within 15 minutes you were in the Medina. An oasis of calm amongst the hectic streets of the Marrakesh. The hosts were brilliant and very friendly. They met us on 1st day at taxi stop and then we were part of WhatsApp group so we could message them if we had any questions. A lady came in to cook breakfast for us and clean each day. For an extra fee she cooked us supper one night.

Awesome welcome, easy keys reception, amazing place for 5-7 people. Inside the medina 5min walking from the north souk and 15 min walking from the El-Fna place.

Beautiful property with everything you could wish for during a short break. The owners were very kind and helpful and Huda ensured we had lovely breakfasts each day. Easy walk to the square and main sights of the medina. Would very happily book again and recommend to others. Thank you so much.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’établissement est idéalement situé dans le quartier authentique des tanneurs, à quelques minutes à pied des principaux sites de la médina. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration, le rooftop, la literie très confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux. Mention spéciale pour la possibilité de commander des menus sur place, un vrai plus après une journée de visite. Un lieu plein de charme et de calme, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

El lugar es muy agradable, las instalaciones amplias, equipadas. La ubicación es ideal! Queda a máximo 15 minutos de los sitios de interés en la Medina.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful raid! It was peaceful, clean, and in the perfect location,just a short walk to Jemaa el-Fna, the square, and the souks. The street was so close to everything and safe. Nodean kindly let us check in early, which was ideal as we were exhausted from a night flight and travelling with children, we really appreciated that extra thoughtfulness. We loved how close the raid was to so many food options ,from local bakeries to fresh street food. Everything was right around the corner. The locals in the area were warm and welcoming, and we felt completely comfortable exploring with our kids. Huda, the cleaner and cook, who was absolutely lovely and made us a delicious breakfast each morning,such a great way to start the day. The hospitality was exceptional, and I’ve already recommended this raid to friends and family visiting Marrakech. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again.

Increíble casa para compartir con tus amigos o familia. Nosotros hemos estado estupendos. Es una casa muy grande y preciosa. Muy limpia y todo hecho al detalle. Los anfitriones nos han tratado increíblemente bien y nos han hecho el desayuno por las mañanas.

An amazing place to stay, easily the best accommodation abroad I've experienced. Travelling as a group of four friends we were well looked after by our hosts, including lovely breakfast, and we had one super evening meal at the Riad from the friendly lady who does all the food. The location is near the tanneries and in the middle of authentic Marrakesh, quite an eye opener when you arrive but soon becomes an essential part of the trip to experience. Recommend getting a coffee from the friendly guy at the stall next door.

Maybe provide a few coffee tabs for the machine, not anywhere nearby to get your own. Towels could have been bigger.

It was an absolutely beautiful place in the middle of city centre that all the local people live. The place has great rooms and all the facilities are fantastic. All the staff are amazing and very welcoming. The breakfast was so tasty.

We're six old College friends who like to get together for a catchup at least once a year - staying together. This year, it was Marrakech. We're all hoteliers/restaurateurs/F&B people at heart. We know what we like! We were met at the Riad by a lovely gentleman who gave us keys etc. The Riad was just lovely. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and everything was in place. A lovely lady came and cooked breakfast every morning at the time of our choosing. It was simple but delicious. Beds were comfy, there was lots of hot waster for our showers - all 5 rooms had en-suite facilities. The wifi was really good too. There's a fabulous sun roof which also has cooking facilities, and is totally private.

We couldn't fault anything. This is not a criticism, but a recommendation - We would suggest a comments book which could provide tips and pointers to guests - with local recommendations for food, places of interest etc.

Luxurious, spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, etc with great rooftop terrace to relax & unwind over a drink, a book, or board games. Fast and reliable WiFi. Oh, let’s forget plunge pool, great to soak your feet after a long day of shopping/sightseeing :)…. The host (Fahid) was only a telephone call away and always ready to help & recommend. The lady who set the breakfast was always punctual and provided variety thru the week. The option dinner was homely and filling.

The Riad is beautiful, fully equipped with everything you might need and clean. 5 bedrooms all with own ensuite shower room was perfect. Hafid and Hoda were so attentive and helpful. We had an amazing stay.

although still in the middle of the Medina, the location is a bit awkward to locate and secluded.

Five ensuite rooms with reception room and the cleanliness. Small plunge pool was good facility to have to relax after 47 deg heatwaves outside. The provision for a fridge is also a good facility this property offers. Breakfast was average though. The property from inside is beautiful and bright. The owners brother Hafid, was also helpful along with breakfast lady.

Entrance from main road to the property. It is dark and narrow ally. The main door was knocked by couple of random people persistently, possibly beggars who followed us from the street. One occasion around 11.30pm midnight, a man was lying on the floor by the main door unconsciously, was a bad experience. It could be frightening for families with small children. Again, the property itself self is quite elegant with 3 story house.
