Keep in mind that Google Maps can have trouble navigating the narrow streets. Luckily, we came across someone who kindly helped us find our way.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The room was fine, but it can be a little hard to find in the old city. However it was not far to get to the main areas of the medina. The staff was very friendly and overall my stay was good.
The wifi was not good in my room. I had to work so I had to go to the common area to use the wifi (I teach classes online), so that was not ideal. The bathroom wasn't ideal also. The door fell off the hinges and it was small and outdated.

Tot i que el Riad està a la Medina, està en una zona més apartada i passes per carrerons on no hi ha gairebé ningú. Ens va costar una mica trobar-lo, però després facil.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Исмаиль замечательный прекрасный хозяин! Готов выполнить любую вашу просьбу. Заселил раньше времени, угощал чаем, показывал дороги в медину. Номер небольшой, чистый, тихий. Не очень удобно открывается входная дверь в номер. Терраса огромная, музыка вечером приятная. Завтраки не плохие, в последний день собрали ланчбокс.
Это не относится к риаду, но предлагаемые экскурсии происходят без гидов. По сути - только трансфер до выбранных мест.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026A very warm welcome from the manager who also went out of his way to give us a packed breakfast when we had to leave early on the last day. Breakfasts were superb, and the rooftop terrace was fantastic.
Not the dar's fault, but the muezzin at the nearby mosque was so loud that the early morning call to prayers felt like it was happening in our room - impossible to sleep through.

The staff is so kind, Ismael was helpful and flexible both during check-in and checkout, had some recommendations for us prepared and communication was very easy overall. The location is also great, walkable to the medina center but still in the quiet area. To get to the other parts of the city it is great too, while it’s close to a “bigger” road where taxis can easily pick u up (Fez is the most taxi city in Morocco). For the price you couldn’t get a better accommodation. Would love to return once back in Morocco

Reviewed May 14, 2026Dou nota máxima primeiro porque o anfitrião foi das poucas pessoas corretas que encontrei em 15 dias de viagem. estacionamento para as motas é cerca de 3minutos com parque guardado e fechado de noite com câmaras (3€ a mota). Infelizmente quem ocupou o meu quarto não fez o mesmo do que eu, de manhã deixámos as coisas no hotel e fomos para a medina, contei que a cama estava partida, quando chegámos já a peça partida estava na rua para ser substituída. Vista para a cidade. WC grande. Bom pequeno almoço. Todo o espaço em geral.

Reviewed May 10, 2026A very kind and welcoming family runs this place, they were incredibly helpful. The location is in the Medina of Fes, on a quiet and tucked-away street, which adds to its charm. The building and rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, and we absolutely loved the atmosphere. The breakfast was truly amazing and served on the terrace with a beautiful view over the city 🤩 Highly recommended!
The bathrooms were quite small, but that is just a minor detail and didn’t affect the overall experience ✨

Reviewed May 8, 2026Das hübsche Riad liegt in der Medina von Fes, jedoch etwas abseits vom Trubel. In wenigen Schritten ist man mittendrin. Vom Bab Ziat (bis hierhin kann das Taxi fahren) sind es nur wenige Schritte. Das Riad hat eine typisch marokkanische Einrichtung. Wir hatten das Zimmer unten im Erdgeschoss, welches zwar klein, aber sehr sauber war. Das Schönste im Riad war die große Dachterasse, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wurde. Jeden Morgen gab es Eier, Käse, Marmelade, Honig, Joghurt, Brot, Kaffee, frisch gepresster Orangensaft und so eine Art Kuchen, der sehr lecker war. Dankeschön an Ismael, der alles getan hat, dass wir uns wohlfühlen.

C'est dommage que les tv ne fonctionnent pas lors de notre arrivée, il y avait également une forte odeur d'égouts dans 1 des chambres que nous avons loué. Mais sinon notre séjour était très bien et je remercie encore Ismaël de sa gentillesse et ses petites attentions ☺️.

È gestito con attenzione da una bellissima famiglia, sono accoglienti, la struttura è piccola e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno in comodità. La nostra camera era veramente spaziosa, la colazione inclusa è stata più che soddisfacente e ogni sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante del Riad con delle pietanze tipiche veramente buone. Se non cercate il lusso ma un alloggio autentico nel cuore della Medina di Fes, questo è il posto giusto per voi

Le gérant et son épouse sont attentionnés, chaleureux et généreux. Et en bonus l'établissement est également un restaurant. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les plats typiques. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je remercie les gérants.
Il n'y a rien à améliorer, tout était parfait.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026部屋のデザインがとても素敵で、1泊しか滞在できなかったのが残念に思うほど魅力的なお部屋でした。 また、宿のオーナーもとても親切で、到着時に道に迷って連絡したところ迎えに来てくれました。さらに、タクシーの相場金額も事前に説明してくれたので、運転手との値段交渉もスムーズに行うことができました。 周辺も静かで、ホテルの壁が厚いからか早朝のアザーンもほとんど聞こえず、ぐっすり眠ることができました。
荷物を広げるやすくできるよう、部屋に入ってすぐのタンスはない方がよかったかな。

Nel Riad un materasso nella stanza quadrupla era sfondato. La struttura è all'interno della medina in un posto un po' complicato da raggiungere. Ci vogliono 10 minuti circa per arrivare alle strade principali attraversando un groviglio di stradine in cui abbiamo faticato ad orientarci. Ma questo fa parte del fascino della medina.

( was leider sehr selten passiert. wir wurden sehr gut mit Hinweisen versorgt und wir wurden aufgeklärt das wir nicht mehr als üblich zahlen müssen , das hat nur gut funktioniert weil wir vom Hotelbesitzer unterstützt wurden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichlich. Die Atmosphäre im Haus war sehr angenehm. Am besten am Tor Eingang „Ziat „aussteigen dann findest du die Unterkunft leicht.

Teníamos 2 habitaciones en plantas diferentes...lo que complica un poco la cosa con los niños. Baño necesita un poco de mejora.

La ubicación es perfecta, ya que se encuentra a 3 min andando de la puerta Bab Ziat, donde te dejan/coges taxis al aeropuerto (o donde te recogen para excursiones, ...). El alojamiento está genial, baño muy amplio y limpio, al igual que el resto de la habitación. Arriba hay una terraza chulísima en la que aparte de poder estar, puedes cenar riquísimo y a un precio muy muy bueno. Y del chico que lleva todo (Ismael, si no me equivoco), creo que es de las personas más amables que he conocido nunca (en mi vida entera), ayundándonos con absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos en todo momento. Pudimos pagar en euros al llegar, nos gestionó el taxi del dia de vuelta a las 4 am (y nos acompañó a cogerlo), nos preparó el desayuno para llevar dos días, ... Si vuelvo a Fez, 100% vuelvo aquí. Recomendadísimo!!!!

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Me gustó todo. El alojamiento es muy bonito, con todas las comodidades. El chico que lo regenta es muy amable. Hay parking de pago a pocos pasos pero es muy barato (es el parking de otro hotel). La comida del restaurante es de las mejores que tomamos en Marruecos y el desayuno incluido de los mejores. Además, el alojamiento está cerca de la Medina y con fácil salida en coche hacia otros lugares ¡100% recomendable!
