The day receptionist is not good at all he doesn’t know how to treat gusts he’s always screaming as if he’s doing us a favor not his job I honestly don’t understand why he’s the main receptionist in the first place wouldn’t recommend leaving him in his current position. He gave us in a room in the basement when we asked him specifically not due to a health problems (asthma) he didn’t do as we pleased so we were sick the whole trip. We we’re going to leave if not the night receptionist (mehmet) who tried his best to make our stay a bit better he tried to help us but the other one wasn’t cooperating he was so nice so easygoing he knew how to calm our anger, would recommend talking to him instead of the day shift receptionist. Overall the stay was a bit saved because of mehmet.

Unlike the hotel manager during the day, who was very nervous and bad-mannered and didn't listen at all, the hotel manager in the evening and at night was very hospitable, kind, and helpful.

Without informing us, they gave us a room in the basement.The basement rooms had black mold and the smell of cigarettes came from all floors and the ground floor into the rooms, and the air conditioner in one of the rooms was not working and was broken.

Everyday cleaning, good breakfast, very good bed and always hot water for bath. The staff was also very kind. I suggest this hotel.

Our room was in -1, fact that I did not like it, but it was not a problem.

Breakfast was good given it's a 3 star hotel but limited options. The staff used to do daily cleaning which was good. Overall facilities and location was good. Very close to bus station. Mehmet at the reception was specially helpful.

The rooms are built in such a way that if the neighbours spoke louder one couldn't sleep. The bed was not comfortable, it was raised in the middle which meant sleep was affected.

Very poor cleaning quality. TV not working the whole stay. Water was cut for more than 1/2 day without any notification. No towels and changing it by 9pm at night.

The Hotel has a good location near from taksim place (800 m from taksim metro station Verry good staff specially mehmet the receptionist who was really kind and helpful . I recommend for everyone .

The Breakfast is not various

We liked the location. it was easy to go everywhere. A lot of restaurants,markets outside.

There is no window to breath the air. Windows look at closed area , Lightwell / air shaft. Parking it is a problem. Very narrow streets around. And private parkings are just tourist scam. Breakfast must be improved. They use very cheap low quality products.

The manager his name was MEHMAT was really nice with us. Me and my husband felt lucky to be dealed with him. He is a night manager and we use to come out of our rooms at night and he always says hello with a big smile on his face. He made sure our rooms were extra clean and helped us through our entire tour. We had many laughs together. Bless you MEHMAT.

La télévision était hors service le long de mon séjour, malgré mes plusieurs remarque, le problème n'a pas été réglé. De plus, le changement des serviettes de bain se faisait d'une manière anormale; En effet, le service d'étage après avoir effectué le nettoyage de la chambre et la récupération des serviettes utilisées, ces dernières ne sont pas remplacées.....

L’emplacement est parfait on est à proximité de tout. Également à la réception Memet très gentil et à l’écoute de tout nos besoin. Super réactif et serviable heureusement qu’il était là.

Les femmes de ménage ne font pas le ménage correctement, lorsque que l’on remontait dans la chambre il manquait toujours des serviettes, serpillières et même des draps sur les lits !!! On était 2 adultes et 3 enfants il n’y avait que 2 verres, pas de cuillères pour le café. Aucun ustensiles de cuisines alors qu’il y a une cuisinière dans la chambre… On était obligé de descendre à la réception tous les soirs pour se plaindre à Memet malheureusement. On est venu nous signaler que nos enfants faisait trop de bruit alors que toutes les personnes dans l’hôtel faisait du bruit jusqu’à pas d’heures mais eux n’ont eu aucune remarques. Les femmes de ménage était très méprisantes et désagréable car quand elle venait pour faire le ménage nous étions pas encore prêt à sortir ça ne leurs plaisait pas qu’on leurs demande d’attendre juste 10 min le temps que l’on finisse de se preparer ! Il y en a une en particulier qui m’a clairement manqué de respect ! Le petit déjeuner nous n’avons pas du tout aimer, il n’y a pas de place et l’organisation est à revoir. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette établissement.

Séjour de trois nuits malheureusement très décevant dès notre arrivée. Nous avions une réservation confirmée pour deux chambres, mais à notre arrivée, l’établissement nous a informés qu’une seule chambre était disponible. De plus, la chambre proposée ne correspondait pas à celle indiquée dans notre réservation. Après un voyage, se retrouver dans une telle situation malgré une réservation confirmée est particulièrement désagréable, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit d’un séjour familial. Nous avons finalement passé les trois nuits dans l’établissement, mais cette mauvaise gestion de notre réservation a fortement affecté notre expérience et notre confiance envers cet hôtel. Une réservation confirmée devrait être respectée, aussi bien concernant le nombre de chambres que le type de chambre réservé. Malheureusement, au vu de notre expérience, nous ne pouvons pas recommander cet établissement.

I booked a one-week stay at Beyzas Hotels & Suites for four adults and one 10-year-old child. We chose this hotel expecting a pleasant and relaxing vacation where guests would be treated with respect and professionalism. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Mehmet. He was the only staff member who made us feel welcome. He was always kind, respectful, helpful, and professional. Whenever we needed assistance, he was there to help with a smile. His excellent customer service deserves recognition, and he was the only reason we had any positive experience during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience with Hakan was completely different. From the beginning, he shouted at us, spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner, and behaved in a way that was completely unprofessional. Instead of helping guests, he made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The most shocking incident was when he pushed a child. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable, especially in a hotel where families with children are staying. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect, and every child should feel safe. No member of hotel staff should ever behave this way. Because of Hakan’s behavior, I deeply regret booking a full week at this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation became a stressful and disappointing experience. No guest should have to feel intimidated or disrespected during their stay. I want to make it clear that this review is not about the entire hotel or all of its staff. Mehmet showed us what true hospitality and excellent customer service look like. Unfortunately, one employee’s behavior was enough to ruin our overall experience. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this matter seriously, investigates what happened, and ensures that no other guests have to go through the same experience. I am sharing this review simply to describe my personal experience and to help future guests make an informed decision before booking.

Uns hat in unserem Hotel leider wirklich nichts gefallen. Schon bei der Ankunft gab es offenbar eine Doppelbuchung, und man wollte uns in ein anderes Zimmer ausquartieren – kleiner, unsauberer und ganz sicher nicht das, was wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht abschließen; der Wind hat es immer wieder selbst geöffnet. Unter der zu kurzen Sockelleiste war bereits Schimmel sichtbar. Wie gefährlich Schimmel für die Gesundheit ist, könnt ihr euch selbst vorstellen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt weit entfernt von dem, was wir erwarten durften.

Unser Downgrade, normalerweise macht man ein Upgrade, wenn es ein Systemfehler gibt oder eine Entschädigung. Aber wir haben ein Downgrade bekommen und nichts weiter

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the location. The bus stop is just around the corner, making it incredibly easy to get to the waterfront and explore the area. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, especially Mehmet, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even allowed us to check out one hour late at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. The shower was fantastic, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was also much better than we expected, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One small tip for future guests: if you plan to cook, it might be helpful to bring a small pot with you. However, the hotel was kind enough to lend us one when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour de 10 nuits. L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. L'emplacement est excellent, proche des transports en commun, des commerces et des restaurants. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j'y séjournerai de nouveau avec plaisir. Un grand merci à #MERMED à la réception pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Il a été très serviable tout au long de notre séjour.

The attitude of the housekeeping staff is offhand-Ish. They need more training to know the basic of Room-Cleaning. The Breakfast buffet could be better but it's not bad, it's mainly the quality of food that could be improved.

La ubicación está perfecta. El personal amable a pesar de que no hablan inglés. Calidad precio está bien.

No habían mantas o edredones. A las 10pm tuvimos que esperar más de 2 horas para que nos la dieran porque la estaban lavando. Nos las dieron sin sábanas y así dormimos. Al día siguiente que fueron a hacer lavando habitación doblaron el edredón y así lo dejaron encima de la cama. No hicieron la cama y tampoco le pusieron sábanas toda la semana. No sé si es cultural

Quiero dar las mil gracias al chico de recepción, habíamos llegado sobre las 8 y pico de la mañana y aunque no era hora de check in nos invitó a desayunar gratis ese día mientras limpian la habitación y poder entrar a las 10:00 en lugar de las 14:00, súper servicial, y el hotel aunque no nuevo y hay algunas instalaciones antiguas pero merece mucho la pena por el servicio, ubicación y el buen desayuno.

Обгрызанные ( другого слова не подберу) дверные косяки😅, при заселении админ просил оплату, которая была оплачена на букинге-осадок конечно остался после этого. Платная парковка :((- но об этом указано.

Internet in the room was not working. Signal until the corridor but in the bed there was not even signal to use the 3g.

Great hotel in perfect location on side street so quiet at night, very very clean, housekeeping was 5* bathroom toiletries , towels, water, bedding, etc replenished daily. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. Staff were superb very helpful & friendly. Would definitely choose this hotel again for this location close to Conference Centre.

Heel erg gehorig. Tevens had ik een kamer met zeer matig daglicht, niet fijn. Sfeerloze ruimte waar het ontbijt geserveerd werd, saai ontbijt met erg oud fruit.

Several things: Daytime staff is the worst. They have kept torn towels with big holes, broken shelves and unclean room and when we came back to the room, we were not being allowed to go inside. My wife and toddlers of 4 year old were made to sit outside the room, they were shouted at - I had to call police to help us solve the issue. They said that our family had ruined their towels (laundry) and that we have to pay them 2000 USD. We have flight next morning and had to pay 1500 lira as they threatened to harm us physically (recoded on a video)

Es gab ein Problem mit dem Zimmer, das ich gebucht hatte, weshalb ich die erste Nacht nicht dort verbringen konnte. Herr Ali hat mir jedoch als Entschädigung eine kostenlose Sapanca-Tour angeboten und wirklich alles getan, damit ich das Hotel am Ende zufrieden verlasse – vielen Dank dafür an ihn. Wenn man mich jedoch fragt, ob ich wieder hierherkommen würde: Definitiv nein. Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber, aber das Frühstück wurde im zweiten Untergeschoss serviert, wo es überhaupt keine frische Luft gab und es unangenehm roch. Wenn Sie sich trotzdem für dieses Hotel entscheiden, buchen Sie unbedingt ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite. Für das Geld, das ich bezahlt habe, hat es sich absolut nicht gelohnt und es kam keinerlei Luxusgefühl auf. Ich persönlich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

La colazione era molto limitata. Avevamo una suite per 3 persone ma ogni volta mancavano gli asciugamani e dovevamo chiederli in reception. Lo stesso per le lenzuola: quello del letto matrimoniale era in realtà singolo. Il bagno è molto piccolo.

The location, very close to the Istanbul congress center, also the taksim square was near. Clean and the people were friendly and always ready to help especially Ali Hakan(even though he doesn't speak English fluently with the help of google translate he did everything asked)

Anders als angegeben in der Beschreibung gibt es kein Bidet und kein Bügeleisen Die zwei vorhanden Kissen waren für mich sehr hart Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist recht ringhörig, speziell für Gespräche und Musik von der Rezeption oder von der Strasse Räume die nicht zur Strasse gerichtet sind haben das Fenster gegen eine Wand Die Sauberkeit war mässig, bei Ankunft war die Dusche voller fremder Haare, der Kühlschrank wirkte nicht sehr hygienisch Keine Kochgeschirr um Kochzeile zu nutzen
