坂の上にあり、公共交通機関よりもタクシーで行くことをおすすめします。歴史ある場所に泊まることができて光栄です。 とても長い歴史の中で使われてきているのに、部屋は清潔で使いやすかったです。調度品も丁寧に使われていました。バルコニーからは金角湾が覗けました。 朝食はコンチネンタルとトルコ風のいずれも豊富で、とてもおいしかったです。

吹き抜けのため最上階は少し暑いです。空調はきいていますが、ご参考までに。 朝食スタッフの服装が少しラフでした。

Breakfast was delicious and varied. We had stayed 3 years ago and came back because it’s such a great hotel. Wonderful architecture and history. Amazing old world atmosphere.

Spa excellent, dans un cadre magnifique, très propre, avec deux masseuses incroyables : Suci et Fatme. Hamam exceptionnel, massages de haute qualité, le tout était professionnel et avec une connaissance technique profonde de la part de Suci et Fatme. Félicitations, on reviendra sûrement !

Un soggiorno davvero speciale al Pera Palace Hotel di Istanbul, un luogo dove storia, eleganza e atmosfera si incontrano in modo unico. L’hotel conserva un fascino d’altri tempi, con ambienti raffinati, dettagli storici e un’atmosfera che fa respirare tutta la magia di Istanbul. La posizione è eccellente, ideale per vivere la città e raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni.

Having stayed before at Pera Palace, it was even more delightful, as we had rooms facing the Golden Horn. The hotel has an indiscribable charm and it has retained its initial elegance. Everything looked wonderful, from the room to the Orient bar and terrace. Very good breakfast, as well. Special thanks to the wonderful Esma who received us and was a lovely and attentive guide and to Enes, who helped us at check-out.

Everything was perfect.

The history, the interiors, and the architecture were simply splendid—truly breathtaking. It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hotels in Istanbul, if not the most beautiful in the city. It's as if you have traveled back in time to the glorious days of the 19th and 20th centuries. The Orient Bar was excellent, and the entire staff was exceptionally respectful, warm, and friendly. Every detail made the experience memorable. Definitely worth a visit, and I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to return.

The breakfast, however, definitely needs improvement. Considering the hotel’s remarkable history and reputation, the breakfast selection and overall experience did not quite live up to the standard one would expect. The setting where breakfast was served was also rather disappointing. Given the hotel’s beautiful interiors and historic character, there are many other elegant and atmospheric spaces that could have provided a much more fitting setting for breakfast.

The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, polite and professional. They were especially kind and thoughtful toward my daughter. Steeped in rich history, the hotel has witnessed Turkey’s historical changes. The room is spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, and the location is excellent！Its location makes it easy to get everywhere, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious 👍

We loved the Pera Palace it was our kind of hotel. Historical edge in comfortable , well appointed surroundings with generous, kind and thoughtful staff. Located 10 mins walk from Galata tower and 15 from Galata Bridge.

The only small thing that could be improved would be to provide shower gel and shampoo in the spa/pool changing area for guests using the pool.

Ho finalmente avverato il mio sogno di soggiornare in questo hotel ricco di fascino e storia. Le aspettative sono state ampiamente ripagate! Camera e bagno stupendi dotati di servizi e accessori di prima qualità. Colazione buonissima e con un buffet enorme. Spa piccola ma gradevole. Personale gentilissimo (mi hanno anche fatto provare il mitico ascensore originale del 1892). Soldi veramente ben spesi. Se volete regalarvi un sogno venite al Pera Palace 🥰

Likely outside the control of the hotel, but guests next door were dragging their balcony furniture at 2am in the morning and you could just hear it all. Made it very difficult to sleep.

Unique hôtel with exceptional history. The staff is extremely helpful and made our stay special. We have been upgraded and given a tour to Atatürk’s room.

We have been woken up 8.50am on Sunday morning for water refill as we didn’t think anyone can knock the room for any service on our check out day so we didn’t put any do not disturb sign.

I won’t be using taxis again. Despite having a pre-arranged fare with the driver at the airport, the agreement was not honored and we ended up paying several unexpected extra charges. For the remainder of our trip, we used Uber instead. At least with Uber, the fare is transparent and you know the cost upfront.

Gostamos do hotel! Tem uma decoração bonita! Adoramos andar no elevador mais antigo da Turquia. Relaxamos muito ao ouvir a música ao vivo. E os funcionários são uma simpatia. A localização também é boa! Perto da torre galara e de transportes públicos que nos levam para a zona histórica.

A piscina e o jacuzzi são pequeninos. O pequeno-almoço é bom (comemos um pão delicioso), mas nada de excepcional.

TOUT - Le palace est magnifique - L'accueil est prévenant et chaleureux - La chambre était superbe, décorée avec goût, très confortable et calme - Tout le personnel a été arrangeant et aux petits soins avec nous - L'espace SPA est très agréable et appréciable - Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux - Et en plus, pour mon anniversaire, le personnel du palace m'avait même écrit un petit mot et offert un gâteau ! C'était adorable et je les en remercie chaleureusement ! C'est le plus bel hôtel où j'ai pu séjourner, c'était merveilleux.

The wifi is bad

Size of the rooms- the suite and twin was superb for a family. The staff were all exceptional throughout the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable ever slept in.

It maybe could do with some updating in the room but I appreciated the period features and the bathrooms were all clean and up to date.

Breakfast was not as expected. In a hotel like this, you expect mora natural food like fresh juices, and not juices from boxes. Coffee was not good. Being in Turkey, and at this price, you expect at least Turkish coffee. Variety of breakfast not good.

It perfectly blends beautifully preserved history with top-tier comfort, and you even get to ride the historic, 100-year-old elevator upon arrival.Our stay in the Greta Garbo room was incredible, offering a massive, charming, and extremely comfortable suite.The staff truly made our trip unforgettable. Esma handled our check-in seamlessly and thoughtfully surprised my mother with a birthday cake. Hanife took amazing care of us during Afternoon Tea, brewed perfect Turkish coffee, and gave excellent local shopping tips.While the Afternoon Tea is a bit pricey, it is absolutely worth it for the incredible atmosphere and massive selection. For a very reasonable price, we received far more than we ever expected and will absolutely be back for a much longer stay.

Atemberaubendes Hotel mit Alleinstellungsmerkmal und beeindruckender Historie. Beeindruckend war besonders auch das Atatürk-Museumszimmer. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit historischen Bad und unglaublich großem Balkon. Das Personal war fantastisch.

Das Schwimmbad passte nicht zum besonderen Stil des Hauses. Das Frühstück war eher normal und weniger stilvoll.

I love the people, they have an amazing attitude and I love location and the fact that is a well kept classic.

My first Turkish bath experience at Pera Palace SPA was wonderful. The facilities are beautiful, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is truly relaxing. A special thank you to Lina and Pelin, who made my visit unforgettable with their kindness and professionalism.

Lovely, historic hotel close to everything. My room was fabulous with the view of golden horn. My meal was incredibly delicious. The orange artichoke soup was a new experience. The spa is great. Lena my masseuse was fabulous I did hamam and massage back to back and feel like a new person.

For those who wish to come because of the Netflix drama (hoping for a season 3!), I can assure that this hotel is everything you have ever imagined. Historic and perfectly preserved history, blended seemlessly within a fully functioning hotel. Even the historic 100 year old lift was available for guests to make their first trip to up to their rooms. The room itself was amazing. We stayed at the Greta Garbo room, which was packed with character and charm. It was a large and exuisite suite that was so comfortable, we didn't want to leave. But even more amazing were the staff. They were always ready to help with a smile, and we never once felt like we were without. In particular, a staff member named Esma faciliated our check-in and even organised for a cake to be delivered to our rooms when she heard it was my mother's birthday. Another staff member named Hanife saw to all our needs, especially during our Afternoon Tea reservation (a little pricy, but easily worth for the atmosphere, experince, and breadth of food and tea). She gave us great suggestions for shopping locally, and made us excellent Turkish coffee. For a reasonable price, we got far more than we could ever expect from our stay. We were always planning on staying at the Pera Palace when visiting Istanbul, but after today I know I absolutely must return for an even longer stay.

Visiting Pera Palace Hotel had been a dream of mine for years, as I'm a huge Agatha Christie fan, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was simply magical. We enjoyed dinner at the Orient Bar, where the food was absolutely delicious, and the beautiful historic surroundings made the experience even more special. What truly made our evening unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service from our server, Emirhan. He went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Knowing how much I love Agatha Christie, he kindly took the time to show us the Agatha Restaurant and even arranged for us to take a ride in the hotel's magnificent historic elevator. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made what was already a special evening feel truly extraordinary. Thank you, Emirhan, for your incredible kindness, warmth, and hospitality. You made a lifelong dream even more memorable. We would highly recommend Pera Palace to anyone visiting Istanbul. It's not just a beautiful historic hotel,it's an experience you'll remember long after your trip has ended.

Al vier keer gelogeerd sinds 2016 en de kwaliteit blijft uitstekend.

We had the Greta Garbo corner room which was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Despite arriving at 6am at the hotel - and check-in being at 3pm - they graciously allowed us to enter are room right away so we could fresh up. Throughout our whole stay of 4 nights all the staff were genuinely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Special mention for our housekeeper lady who was exceptional. The facilities itself exuded old grandeur but still meeting current standards of convenience and cleanliness. It was a nice experience for our young kids too.

I went there for the hammam experience and it has been a great experience. The hammam ladies has taken their time to really provide us with a full experience. I will come back next time around. Pelin is also a great host as well.

The hotel and staff are stunning. The attention to detail in the hotel, spa, restaurant and bar is what keeps me coming back here. Specifically, Emir Ali took great care and attention in the terrace restaurant when I would come down for breakfast. Always a friendly greeting and willing to attend to any need I might have. He, like many others that work here, make this hotel stand above the rest in Istanbul. I will be back again next year.

The hammam with Fatma was amazing she is very professional and I had a wonderful experience.

Had the pleasure of spending some time at the iconic Orient Bar. While the atmosphere itself is amazing, what truly elevated our experience was the outstanding service we received from Şevket Bey. His mastery of the menu is very impressive. He knows every detail inside and out and provided perfect recommendations tailored exactly to our tastes. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy. If you are visiting Pera Palace, do yourself a favor and visit the Orient Bar. You will be in excellent hands with Şevket Bey. Highly recommended!

As a local of the city, I have not yet had the opportunity to stay at the hotel. However, every now and then when I want to have a relaxing day out, the Orient Bar is a delight to visit. Most recently had a chance to try some of their signature cocktails. They were delightful; thanks to Mr. Şevket for his suggestions.

Gorgeous hotel. So much history. But what makes it extra special is the customer service. Will definitely return . The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. Check in and check out was easy. Loved the chocolate on the bedside every night. The Patisserie was beautiful. The restaurants served delicious food.

This hotel is an oasis of calm in a busy city. It has class. The staff are excellent and it is very clean. Comfortable beds and a great shower.

Pera Palace is pure class. It’s old world charm adds calm to such a busy city. It’s located near the Galata tower and main shopping area. We walked everywhere. It’s about 30-40 minutes on foot to old town. The rooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The showers are good and the rooms spotlessly clean. The place is a little tired but still elegant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and couldn't fault the friendly attentive service we received through out our stay. The hotel has been tastefully modernised, but retains a lot of it's original character, giving you that old world feeling. We arrived in time for the afternoon tea, with an abundance of tasty sandwiches, cakes, and pastries. The choice was almost bewildering, and throughout there was an accomplished pianist playing. Old fashioned English afternoon tea - taken to another level! The breakfasts were equally good, and you could almost survive the whole day on what was available. The restaurant wasn't open in the evenings when we went, but the bar menu was comprehensive, with a mixture of local and European Dishes. We were lucky enough to stay in the Agatha Christie Room, which was beautifully appointed. (They didn't have air conditioning in her day!!) The concierge organised a Bosphorous boa t trip for us, with pick up and drop off back to the hotel. He was really helpful., and the trip was not on one of the really big trip boats, so well worth the extra. The hotel is not far from local tram links, which we found was the best and cheap way of getting around. There are lots of bars and restaurants locally if you want to explore. The only note of caution is that none of the tourist locations take Turkish Lira, so you have to pay by card. We managed to get rid of our Lira in duty free at the airpor.t Basically don't bother taking a lot of Lira with you. The largest denomination is 100 Lira which isn't worth a lot, so you potentially end up with a wadge of notes! All in all, a wonderful experience that I would repeat!

Every thing from facility to staff and location

I had my first Turkish bath at the Pera Palace hotel, the entire team was amazing . It was such a wonderful experience, Pelin at reception was so kind and walked me through the entire process and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Lena did the actual bath and she was amazing! I had a massage after the bath that was also amazing. Lena knew exactly what she was doing and helped relieve some pain in my back! Both Pelin and Lena are amazing, couldn’t recommend them enough!

I had the hammam and massage treatment, and it was incredibly relaxing. My therapist, Pelina, was absolutely lovely—professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Přestože byl hotel v centru města, byl na pokoji klid, což byla velká deviza pro naši rodinu.

Camere insonorizzate molto confortevoli. Colazione abbastanza fornita con possibilità di ordinare uova fatte sul momento. Molto gustosi i succhi di ciliegia e di mela. Palestra attrezzata e pulita, climatizzata.

L’ingresso è molto cupo sia di giorno che di sera. Avevo letto che era possibile fare un tour dell’hotel ma alla reception mi hanno detto che non era possibile. Dentro la doccia avevamo una vasca da bagno, idea che sembrava molto chic inizialmente ma che si è rivelata poco comoda.

Tutto perfetto. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, la pulizia in generale e la bellezza di questo luogo storico. Dormire al Pera Palace è un esperienza incredibile sotto ogni punto di vista.

Ihana aamiainen! Hotellin tunnelma on ainutlaatuinen. Hyvä sänky, viihtyisä huone. Palvelu ensiluokkaista niin vastaanotossa (kiitos Tekin, Sami ja Rachel!) kuin ravintoloissakin.

La struttura e’ molto bella, sognavo di soggiornare in questo hotel da tanto tempo. Abbiamo accettato a pagamento un upgrade con una suite al terzo piano ( praticamente il doppio della deluxe) per avere una bella vista. La stanza era molto grande, il bagno anche, tutto molto pulito, biancheria perfetta. Personale molto cortese, bella la spa.Rappirto qualità prezzo decisamente sbilanciato

La vista mare/citta dalla suite 309 è parziale, c’è un altro edificio credo hotel difronte. Da segnalare che l’hotel si trova in alto, sotto ha una strada a doppia corsia trafficata giorno e notte, con le finestre chiuse il grosso del rumore viene attutito, tutto ovviamente non e’ possibile. Impensabile stare sul balcone per il rumore. Il ristorante con la terrazza è a piano strada, perciò rumore inquinamento e nessuna vista. Nel prezzo si paga un po’ la fama ma onestamente non ci tornerei.

Очень интересно рассказала о истории здания и отеля в целом. Благодаря Дарье наш отдых в отеле стал более комфортным. Получили комплимент от отеля. Вино, фрукты и сувениры на память. Номера убраны чисто. Завтрак великолепен.

The young lady at the front counter was super helpful on check in . Then the young man that showed us to our room took a moment to ensure we were happy with the room , and settled in. We had a great experience in this historical hotel and we wish to thank all the service, specially Kadir, who attended us in spanish at the front desk.

The Pera Palace is an exquisite hotel with so much history! The food is exceptional and the staff were so friendly and helpful! I will return again and again!
