Les appartements de Jean Michel sont extrêmement bien situés à quelques minutes de la place principale et sur l’axe permettant de relier l’aéroport. Jean Michel est très réactif quand vous lui posez des questions. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires et précises. Vous vous retrouvez sur les toits dans un petit havre de paix au milieu de la cohue urbaine. L’appartement avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain que nous avions était propre et joliment décoré. Il y avait également une cuisine.

Encima te escribe uno por esta plataforma y otro por WhatsApp.Son 2 personas diferentes .Pero el que te escribe por WhatsApp solo sabe francés .Un trastorno . No los recomiendo.No vayan !

Absolument parfait ! Emplacement très central mais quiétude maximale sur ce magnifique Rooftop arboré. Les terrasses privatives pour chaque chambre sont idéales et permettent un petit coin d’intimité très agréable. Arrivée et départ très simple, facilité par le personnel sur place d’une grande gentillesse. On s’y sent finalement comme à la maison.

Harte Matratze, Treppenhaus zu unsauber, Renovierung bedürftig allgemein , tv funktionierte nicht, fön kabel kaputt, Dusche lief Wasser raus das ganze Bad nass, Schlafzimmer Ausblick, war unten eine Müll Deponie. Die Terassen Appartement im dritten Stock und keine Hilfe für die Koffer tragen.

Este foarte aproape de toate obiectivele turistice ! Nu am avut nevoie de taxy deloc Gazda a fost foarte drăguță cu noi și de ajutor ! Chiar a fost super ok nu am nimic de obiectat ! Și ca mic de jun recomand să mergeți la fine mama a fost super ok ❤️

Super zentrale Lage. Direkt an einer Hauptstraße, oberhalb mit Super Blick. Einfach sitzen und dem treiben zuschauen. Sehr schöner Loungebereich. Schöne Schlafbereiche, liebevoll gestaltet.

Badezimmer mit zu wenigen Ablagemöglichkeiten, Duschbereich in unserem Appartement veraltet. Küche leider nicht wirklich einladend, aber funktional. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart.

Le logement est bien placé

Propriétaire assez contradictoire. Le petit déjeuner était annoncé comme disponible mais finalement non servi à cause du Ramadan. Une nuit, il y avait du bruit dans l’appartement à cause d’ouvriers. Le propriétaire dit ne rien avoir entendu, j’ai donc dû sortir moi-même pour leur demander d’arrêter. Le lendemain, il m’a demandé ce qu’il s’était passé et m’a reproché de ne pas lui avoir envoyé de message. Au final, je suis déçu par le service.

L emplacement exceptionnel

Des légère odeurs dans la salle de bain. Sinon très bon séjour je recommande sans hésitation Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances Le personnel était très sympathique.

Localização excelente, mesmo ao lado da praça mais famosa e de alguns restaurantes e cafés. O Apartamento fica na cobertura de um edifício antigo, num terraço, juntamente com outros. Muito agradável, não obstante ter de se subir lances de escadas bastante íngremes. O apartamento está bem mobilado, mas necessita de algumas manutenções, nomeadamente o chuveiro da casa de banho que não escoa bem. Tem ar condicionado. Zona calma e sossegada. O anfitrião foi simpático e prestável quando solicitado

Casa grande, parte esterna bellissima, posizione ottima perché vicinissima alla piazza principale ma esterna dalle vie dei souk in cui ci si perde. Ottima quindi anche per rientrare la sera. Le camere una più grande una più piccola ma comunque fattibile. Luci un po’ basse come visibilità la sera ma ci si abitua. L’host molto accogliente e disponibile. In generale ottima struttura. Aria condizionata funzionante quindi perfetto.

Unica pecca ogni tanto si sentiva un odore solfureo forse di risalita degli scarichi però non era sempre presente e comunque passando anche poco tempo a casa perché abbiamo fatto molte escursioni non era nemmeno così fastidioso. Ogni tanto l’acqua calda finiva ma non é successo spesso. Il wi fi prendeva ma non benissimo. Comunque siamo stati davvero bene.

La propreté , le personnel très serviable si besoin , marouan un gars sympa , si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit sur Marrakech ( médecin pour mon cas ) , il vous explique et prend de vos nouvelles a la suite .

Pas grand chose en vérité . Nous sommes passés après un épisode de pluie épouvantable au maroc ce qui a occasionné qq dégâts de peintures seulement en plafond , mais cela va être remis à jour par jean Michel ( le propriétaire ) , si ce n'est pas déjà fait , car quand on voit l'état global du riad , il ne traîne pas avec l'entretien et la mise a jour des choses. Vraiment très bonne expérience .

The accommodation is in great location. Out of Medina but little behind the corner and opposite of share taxi station. The room seems absolutely lovely with private terrace which could be greet in summer or warm days. Very quiet room if you don’t mind neighbours

Unfortunately I couldn’t have a shower whole my stay (luckily just 2 nights) as the pressure is absolutely non existing and also NO hot water. Not even warm which is not great in February. Smell of drainage was insane in room. The mattress needs yo be changed as it is very old and to sleep on it was no way. I was constantly rolling of it! Although I love cats I don’t appreciate to have them on my terrace and going to my room constantly.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Dachterrasse für entspannte Abende. Das Appartement war sauber und toll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz. Super auch für längere Aufenthalte.

La puerta no cerraba y la tuve que reparar yo mismo

Le logement est proche du centre, idéal pour les achats au souk et les visites. On a apprécié le calme du logement qui contraste avec l'agitation de la ville. Nous avons apprécié le grand logement pour 4 personnes. Etant venu en décembre, nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse qui doit être très agréable en été. Bon accueil du personnel.

Amenities were poor. No toiletries. Stove doesn’t work. Water flow in shower was slow making shower difficult. On check out day no one was available to store luggage. Called and text manager few times but no answer.

Ein wundervoller Ort über den Dächern der Stadt. Absolut zentral gelegen und trotzdem ein wundervoller Ort, an den man sich zurückziehen kann, wenn man mal eine Pause braucht

Ein klitzekleines Manko ist, dass der Eingang etwas schwer zu finden ist. Es ist lediglich eine schwarze Tür, sehr unauffällig. Man läuft schnell daran vorbei, wenn man nicht weiß wo ach man suchen muss.

Lovely apartment with amazing garden outside. Really nicely fitted out with traditional furnishings. Perfect location, next to medina, whilst on busy road, very quiet in apartment and garden. Resident tortoise!

Great location in Marrakech. Apartment was well equipped. Apartment had a nice quiet outdoor space away from the noise of the city. Please note that you have to climb two flights of very steep stairs to get to the property.

Staff communication can be improved. It was not clear whether there was somebody available at the property for luggage drop-off or not. We were given a WhatsApp contact to communicate with, but he never responded.

Ho presso questa casa con una terraza privata. Eravamo 3 persone. Posto molto bello e molto curato circondato da piante con un design molto rilassanti zen. La casa con 2 stanze, un bagno, una cucina. Molto bello e pulito. Direi da sogno. Si trova proprio un po fuori della medina, punto molto buono per chi piace ritornare alla sera tardi.

La TV devono aggiornarla.

The place and the cats

La ubicación es muy buena, a 5 minutos andando de la plaza principal. A pesar de estar en un cruce con mucho tráfico en el hotel no se escucha nada. Todo muy limpio y decorado con gusto. No puedo sacar una pega de las instalaciones, de 10.

Por sacar una pega quizás la barrera idiomática con los empleados, pero bueno, nos apañamos como pudimos.

Stupenda e super curata. Intima con spazi privati esterni. Situata in maniera strategica per visitare a piedi la parte vecchia della città e comoda per prenotare tour o visite guidate perché al confine del caos

Läget är bästa tänkbara. Ingen frukost serveras den får man köpa till. Fanns en liten kyl på rummet perfekt ju, Fräsch standard och utmärkt supertrevlig fransk host. Sötaste katterna. Likaså ett lugn ger platsen men nedanför kaotisk Medina.

Allt ingår inte, det får man köpa till som frukost och nya lakan varje dag om man önskar det. Men detta var inga problem för oss. FInns enormt utbud i närheten eller bara cafe med största utbudet på färsk fika precis nedanför.

Simply perfect. Location just outside the medina, as the hotel is on the roof it is very quite. The room has everything and is beautiful. Huge terrace where the kids can play.

La ubicacion y el silencio que hay en el apartamento a pesar del ruido de la calle.

Existe una ventana que quita la provacidad ya que los huespedes de la planta de arriba podian mirar sin problema, no lo hicieron pero no me gusto nada, una de las habitaciones es super pequeña, sin hueco en el armario y el baño era muy incomodo, es mas grande mi mano que el lavamanos, todo el agua por fuera. Las escaleras de subida a la segunda planta son muy estrechas y empinada, incomodas.

Buena ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza, el dueño habla español, cada apartamento tiene su terraza y luego una común. Aún estando céntrico en cuanto entras en el interior no se oye ruido. Si volvería no me importaría repetir alojamiento.

arriving at night, not sure where to go and having to make our way up the dark and steep staircase carrying luggage, with no clear signs where to go, was not ideal but not the end of the world

A small, quiet oasis in the charming, noisy & chaotic Medina area. The whole place is lovingly furnished and decorated, full of well cared flowers and plants, a few cats and a turtle make this little jewel complete. Our apartment was spacious and there was everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. After a warm welcome, Mokhtar appeared to be the most caring and attentive host and definitely made our stay unforgettable! All in all, we really loved it and we will be back! Thanks Mokhtar! Very quiet even though it is on a main street. The location is great on the edge of the Medina. The bed was comfortable and the linens excellent. Nice terrace to lie in the sun or sit under a tent.

Amazing location, comfortable rooms, very clean! The terasse is amazing, beautiful and tranquil. Hospitality and communication were top-notch. I would highly recommend this place!

Great location 5 minutes from the main square. Very gorgeous building with good views of the Atlas Mountains. The room was modern and clean with lovely decor and also had a terrace!

It was a bit difficult to spot the door but this is the same with most places in Marrakesh!

Staying above property all are good.

We did not pick the breakfast option. The 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment was perfect for two couples plenty of room with dedicated space outside for both dining and a soft seating area as well. Also an additional shared space with a kitchen, table and chairs and another soft seating area. And the apartment had all the facilities for making coffee/tea and a light breakfast. everything else was just perfect, the hosts were super friendly despite the French/English language barrier but we managed with google translate. Wi-Fi was great and worked both in the apartment and on the terrace. A surprising bonus was a tortoise who came to see us in the morning while we had coffee. I’m not sure whether it was all the plants and small trees in pots on the patio areas but once you came in off the noisy street, it was perfectly quiet in the apartment and on the terrace

The only comment is that all the soft furnishings/sofas/Sun loungers were a bit dusty which is understandable given that the property is in the old city with heavy traffic etc. but would recommend either brushing or dusting.

Amazing place. In a very good location, just 2 min to all shops and market. Very beautiful and cosy environment, tidy and peaceful. We loved to have our evenings in beautiful terrace

This place was hard to find

The reception was so bad that I had to wait for almost 30 minutes to find someone to attend to me. I was almost stranded, which made me abandon the hotel for another the next day

It’s a very nice property! It’s comfortable and looks great! The rooms are very well divided, you have your own privacy if you come with friends. The location is very good. It’s in the center, very close to the big square. It is very clean, the host is very friendly and helpful. The terrace for relaxing and viewing is extraordinary! I enjoyed every day and night staying in this place!

Was pleasantly by the place, it's a little oasis surrounded by the busy medina. The terrace is amazing, I got to enjoy it in the evening

The room was upstairs on the rooftop so it was quite hot and kept the heat at night. The stairs leading to the room on the roof are very tight

Host couldn't say a single word in English. I spoke English to him and he spoke French to me. Wifi was terrible. No complimentary toiletries. Located on very busy street, so expect a lot of people and cars everywhere.
