Très bel appartement, moderne, en parfait état et fonctionnel. Super hôte très accueillant et disponible. Emplacement idéal.

The property is centrally located and has ample parking, everything is within walking distance.

They had started rebuilding the bombed out buildings near by so there was noise but it just brought home what everyone had to go through. So it made us feel part of everything

Great location clean and well equipped for a family with children. Caffe and supermarket across the street. Close to the beach great vibes.

very good apartment (I stayed on apartment 1 in ground floor), fully equipped (big fridge, washing machines, oven, big TV, big terrace..), very efficient AC; all very clean and almost new; comfortable beds; great location just 3 min walk from the best beach in Tel Aviv, 3 supermarkets just in front of the apartment (2 open till 23h and 1 open all day+night); 5 min walk to Carmel market (street market); access to the apartment by code (so no need keys); payed public car park just in front (30€ full day - yes, Tel Aviv is expensive :-) )

only some works on the Allenby street that make some noise and dust.. but I think this is temporary..

Beautifully equipped, outstanding location, quiet despite roadworks outside the property as private garden at the back.

Really no issues at all. We have discussed staying for 6 months with owner in a couple of years. That good!

The terrace area, washing machine, tumble dryer and location. It was very quiet as well.

Another bathroom would have been beneficial

everything was great, i got the message with the instructions and we got into the apartment easily, the location was perfect and very close to the beach, easy to get by foot to some playgrounds. it's important especially if you travel with kids and if not - it's even better, you can get practically anywhere by foot, train station etc.

there was some funky stuff going on with the electricity, it switched off sporadically, even at night when there were no electrical appliances switched on.

The place where the apartment is located is great, the terrace is big, wonderful, with a table and chairs to have breakfast there or lunch, or just to rest. The apartment is very clean and the kitchen has enough plates, mugs , glases, pans... The building is also really nice and close to the beach (3 minutes on foot)

The bed in the small bedroom could be more confortable. There was a sample of shampoo for one day , and it would be convenient have enough shampoo and gel as for a few days it doesn't worth buying one there.

Very well located close to beach/sea, apartment well equipped, clean. Beds comfortable. Nice and helpful manager. Safe neighborhood.

The Hotel has know that we will arrive at 23:30 hs and I didn´t have internet and when I arrived at the airport they send me an e-mail wtih a CANCELANTION of my reservation. I took a Taxi to the Hotel and I didn´t find no one to ansewer and I had to go to another Hotel with my family at 23:45 hs. It was absurd and disrespect with me. I had more cards to pay the Hotel and for me it was no reason to cancel the reservation.

Nice spot, easy for taxi pick up and close to beach. Nice view of the water from balcony.

Issue with hot water but Emmanuel responded quickly. Unfortunately problem was more complicated and he sent in repair man and it is working well now.

The location was excellent. Walking distance from the beach, Carmel Market, Dizengof St, Neve Zedek and all the hip areas. The apartment was very stylishly decorated and had comfortable beds, good wifi a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine (would have been nice to have a Nespresso milk frother as well) and Washer and Dryer. The apartment we stayed in was a garden unit that has a huge wrap around garden. Very quaint in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Emanuel, the host was very responsive and when our water heater went out one evening, he managed to get a technician to fix the problem the next morning.

There was not really anything not to like. Although the building has no parking, there is a decent priced option 4 buildings down.

Plates, glasses and clutters are a bit chaotic and mixed. You can hear the neighbors.

I’ve stayed in 3 apartments of the host and cannot thank him enough. Everything was excellent. First, all the apartments are spacious and luminous. Second, the apartments are fully equipped with everything you need to live in Tel Aviv. Third, everything is clean!!! I truly enjoyed the smell of towels and bedding. Fourth, Tv + Netflix in case it’s raining and you want to stay home. Five, it’s the city centre, just 5 min walk to the beach and with plenty shops, bars and restaurants around. Emmanuel, the host, was constantly available on WhatsApp. Although, the apartments are priced above the market, you pay for the confort and pleasure to stay in the heart of TA. I will definitely return to this lovely place.
