Viccos Villa - Brand New Villa in Trou d'Eau Douce

La villa est très agréable, les équipements fonctionnent bien La clim dans les 2 chambres est très pratique La localisation est idéale pour découvrir le coin sans avoir trop de temps de route La piscine est bien pratique pour se rafraîchir. L'hôte est très disponible et répond aux appels et au message. Je recommande la logement !

L'environnement est un peu "bruyant" car beaucoup d'autres villa en construction Un tuyau de la clim de la grande chambre est dégonder à l'exterieur et quand il y a du vent celle ci tape dans le boîtier de clim qui se trouve juste derrière la chambre ce qui surprend un peu la nuit Le portail ne ferme pas à "clef" mais nous n'avons pas eu de soucis durant notre cours séjour

L'emplacement près du lieu de passage du bus, quartier calme et une voisine adorable.

La maison est sale (les placards sentent le vieux, balcon impraticable tellement sale, piscine pleine de résidus noir). La piscine semble grande sur les photos alors que c'est plutôt une pataugeoire avec 1m d'eau. Les escaliers sans barrières sont dangereux. Pas de rideau de douche dans la salle de bain qui fait aussi WC donc inondé a chaque douche. Dans la grande chambre la clim ne glace pas et les ressorts du matelas vous casse le dos. Jamais vu le propriétaire, tout est passé par la femme de ménage qui a toujours une excuse pour ne pas venir (3 visites en 10 jours). Et le portail ne se ferme pas a clé.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Vikrim hat alles dafür getan, dass uns an nichts fehlte. Es waren bei der Ankunft ein paar Snacks und Wasser im Kühlschrank. Wir hatten sehr sehr viel Platz da wir nur zu zweit dort waren. Einrichtung war schön und Preis Leistung war super.

- die Temperatur der Dusche konnte man nicht gut regulieren, es brauchte seine Zeit - die Tür im großen Schlafzimmer ließ sich nur mit dem Schlüssel abschließen

Dejlig villa , god plads, fin pool, godt udstyrets køkken , køleskabet var fyldt med drikkevarer! Men udtjek med nøgleboks

Det er et most at have en bil ! Der er ikke mange restauranter i gåafstand!

It was a big property; Facilities like kettle, tv, washing machine, air con units. The owner was responsive.

The shower was either very cold or very hot on the first day. The rest of the days; it was cold. Sorry to say but the property wasn’t properly cleaned; Cow webs, insects cocoons on the wall, lizard poop, the floor was dusty. Bird shit in the bathroom ( which they came to clean after we told them) and the utensils were smelling bad from the cupboard, even the one from the table. Bad mattress in the big room. Uncleaned pool; which they came to clean the next day. But got dirty again since there is a construction site in the surrounding

Mooi huisje met een lekker dompelbadje voor de deur. Alle faciliteiten zijn er zoals benoemd. Met de auto ook gemakkelijk in de omliggende dorpjes te komen (zelf een auto hebben is een pré!)

Helaas is de douche óf koud óf heel heet, het was helaas niet mogelijk om de temperatuur goed te reguleren. De straathonden hebben van de 5 nachten die we er waren 3 nachten aan een stuk door geblaft, dat hoorde je goed door in de slaapkamers. Het heeft 2 dagen flink geregend en er bleek een lek in het plafond te zitten, recht boven het bed😅

Super séjour dans cette villa, à 3min du centre de trou d’eau douce avec les commerces et diverses activités! Le logement est bien équipé, et très confort. De plus, le propriétaire s’est montrés très arrangeant pour l’heure de départ, merci encore à vous 🙏🏾.

Tout était super!

A notre arrivée la piscine était verte mais le propriétaire a été réactif et est venu la nettoyer dans la soirée.

We recently booked the Villa for 3 days, the apartment was great, the host was so considerable & available. We checked in early & checked out late which was not a huge problem which is deeply appreciated. The apartment has no complaints it was beautifully decorated & furnished with all the amenities with ample amount of parking, satellite TV & great wifi. You must rent a car/scooter this will make things simpler as there are ample ammount of supermarkets, resturants & beach.

1. The apartment location is a newly developed area which has barely no light on the streets which makes it very isolated. 2. Street dogs, this was the most annoying these dogs kept on barking and woke up multiple times. 3. Hot water, theres no control for this you either get cold water or unbearable hot water there's no option. 4. Charing sockets/ports, if you are from India carry a adapter the ports are european. 5. I guess the place had a cctv but no alarm system

Le déco , spacieux, la piscine (même si on en a pas profité il fait trop froid) les équipements

L’eau chaude , il faut attendre longtemps et y a pas de juste milieu soit trop froide, soit beaucoup trop chaude. Et le bruit étant à côté d’une route on entend les voitures, même la fenêtre fermée, y’a pas de volet et pas de rideau occultant. C’est bien dommage .

It is an amazing villa, and has everything for comfortable staying. The fridge has drinks and snacks which was really thoughtful, and we really appreciate it, was a nice touch. Also it has everything for cleaning, towels, clean linen, vacuum.kitchen has everything needed for cooking. AC working well in the bedrooms, and there is fan in the living room, which helped a lot. Host is helpful and nice. Some comments are complaining about the stray dogs, but they are adorable, we treat them like our own. Wish to take them with us:(

Would be better if the pool was cleaned more frequently, ph level at some point was to high. Also you need to have a car, because it is quite far away from everything, on other hand its quite and basically you staying by yourself.

The house is located in a new neighborhood just a few minutes drive from the beach. Nice and quiet area which felt very safe. The house is big and airy, decorated with nice new furniture (very comfortable sofa) and everything you need if you feel like cooking. AC in the bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. Secure parking. The lovely Mehzabine met us when we arrived to give us the keys and to show us around and we also met Vikram the owner. The pool is not very big but everything you need to dip and stay cool.

Home away from home. A very spacious property with all mod cons. I stayed at Viccos Villa for three weeks and upon arrival I was very impressed to see that the fridge was fully stocked with an extensive range of provisions provided for. A very nice touch indeed. The property is new and spick and span and the house maid Mehzabine, provided exceptional service. Vikram, my host is very attentive and all needs were catered for from local restaurants, to excursions and provided any extras that were requested.

No complaint at all. The only reccomendation for future guests is that one needs a car given that it is a residential area and public transport is few and far between.

Bastante espaço. Vikram is a good host who gives you good attention and is easy available when you need him. We liked the amenities he left in the fridge when we arrived. Even oil, sugar and salt available.

Beautiful and well decorated villa. We enjoyed the nice swimming pool. The accommodation is brand new and was very clean. The location is good if you have a car.

At night, we were disturbed by the bunch a stray dogs barking and the too light/bright curtains. We have missed more equipment to cook, a oven, dishwasher and a drying rack for the clothes.
