5min Mid Valley Southkey 10min KSL CIQ City Square

Location was close to mid valley south key.

Room has very poor lighting. It was very dim as the lights were installed at the sides of the walls. There were no ceiling lights. There were insufficient towels given. Only 2 were provided even though indicated that there would be four occupants. Room has seen its better days.

The toilet door is hard to close and noisy. TV can on but cannot operate..

Generally clean room and quiet environment.

Some lights were not working. One air conditioner may not be sufficient for such a big room. It was okay for us as we were only two people.

The location is not as near to SouthKey as i thought it would be. ( definitely needs to drive to reach ) .The accommodation is a bit further . Though there are malay entries nearby, other than that, there is nothing much.

Best. Kemudahan semua ada.. iron.. city view.. sea view pn ada sikit walau agak jauh. Tempat x bizy n privicy... tenang

Ok it was pleasant. My mom loved it. She felt comfortable and safe.

Host is very friendly and reach out very efficiently and promptly with detailed instructions given. Beds are really comfortable and the room is bigger than expected, overall a pleasant stay! Cleaning was done well too, thanks for the stay!

The TV was a little small but other than that, everything was good!

Heavy traffic jam going to the location. Accdg to some grab drivers, it’a really a jam area. It say 5mins to Midvley but it’ll take more than 20 mins by coz of jam. Then the accomodation when we go toour room in level 15, the incense smell in the lobby is too strong. When we open the door to terrace there’s a strong foul smell maybe from the stagnant river. Also in the lobby area there’s a strong foul smell.

Near to SOGO mall, Great view, spacious for family of 7 pax. Handicap friendly. Host is very friendly & helpful. Recommended!

Place a but run down. Utensils need to change and upgrade. Need some coffee mugs. Sheets are old.

Is big n have more bed.. all aircon n fan.

Happy to know there is swimming pool, but pool doesn’t maintain, very disappointed.. dustbin at the end corner was so smelly.. door always open.. television n heater common room was not working .. living room balcony door can’t close it too.. can see mosquito fry here and there. Hope they can improve.. not very convenient to city..

Room was ok and clean but bed area was too dim.

The corridor outside smells bad. The exterior wall of other units looks dilapidated with some having signs of water leaks.

The studio is clean and comfy. Suitable for 4 people to stay in. The location is great. It is fully furnished even with a washing machine.

The owner is flexible and try to fulfil what we ask for like single bed to queen bed. clean and neat. Even provide toothpaste n toothbrush. Value for money will book again 😀

Smooth transaction and host was very prompt in replying... apartment was clean and big for a family with children. Only bad thing was the pool was out of bound.kids were looking forward to swimming altho its just a simple pool.

All was ok... comfortable stay. Arrived pretty late as it was a last min booking.

Very big and beautiful house. Two rooms with big balconies. Good for big family with kids. Comfortable and Luxury feelings.

The toilet got sounds at night and wall near the kitchen suddenly got knocking sounds, maybe from the pipe. Everything else was good.

Love the view from the balcony so much, so comforting, day & night. The location & overall facilities provided within the apartment is functional & really worth the price. The host is friendly, very helpful & responded promptly to queries & problems👍

The carpark lot looks a little too quiet but I did notice the presence of security guard doing their rounds.

The view is nice & the room is spacious & well maintained. Wifi is great. The host is also very helpful.

The aisle to the room is a bit smelly, maybe due to the use of carpet on the floor.

This is the first time I have encountered this situation. The price of the room I chose was MYR 300 for a two-bedroom, one-living room with two single beds and one double bed in the lake view area, but they gave me two single beds. I paid for a bed, a mattress and a sofa bed, and then said it was my own problem. There are 4 of us, but two single beds are not enough. Isn’t this bullying?

Simple and basic studio unit with 2 Single beds, sofa bed and mattress. Can't expect much.

This condo is deep in the mixture of low rise apartment, condo and landed estate near the river area. Very Quiet in the night. Unable to move around without any vehicles.

The room is very clean and spacious. There is many bed available, suitable for a big group of people travelling together. The manager, Mr Ng is also very friendly and responsive to our messages.

There was water leakage due to loud banging from upstairs at 4am in the morning ! Cant sleep ! Ask for late check out but was rejected as the owner had ask the repair guy to come.

Nothing much.The aircon needs time to cool the room. Shower room should have a base plate to hold the shampoo and bath foam.

Owner is helpful and fast to replying to any questions. Spacious. Kitchen equipped Place is clean

Old place with outdated furnishings. Fridge smell a bit Room 2 is too small and stuffy

The access to the apartment was terrible looked like workers dormitory lot of workers staying there. The apartment was great and clean. Will come back to stay again.

The room was spacious and comfy with a lake view. Facilities in the room were all great. Location was great. Would choose this room if I plan to travel to JB again.

The place is bad as it gets spooky at night....

It's a comfortable stay and had the basics available: comfy beds, air con, TV, kettle, hair dryer, body soap and shampoo, etc. There is a swimming pool as well which almost looks like an infinity pool but is not.

The place is not well-maintained. The sauna feels like it's not in functioning order. The pool is nice but somewhat feels abandoned. The water feature at front of resort is not working. Pity.
