Das Apartment ist groß und hat 2 Bäder sowie einen sehr großen Balkon. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls sehr schön - mit Blick auf die Stadt und die Berge im Hintergrund. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber top. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktioniert einwandfrei und schnell.

Im Wohnzimmer kommt ein Kabel aus der Decke und das Regal in der Küche könnte entstaubt werden. Leider haben beide Bäder keine richtigen Fenster nach draußen, sondern nur zum inneren Flur des Hauses, was das Lüften schwierig macht.

Die Einrichtung (besonders der Wasserspender) und die Lage waren gut. Der Blick vom Zimmer bzw. Balkon war sehr schön. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich dee Pool.

Die Bäder waren richtig eklig. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man die Bäder nicht putzt. Besonders die Toiletten und die Fliesen an der Wand waren ekelhaft. Außerdem sind die Matratzen durchgelegen und ein Zimmer wegen nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage nicht nutzbar.

The spring inside the bed frame is damaged/broken. Having lower back pain after sleeping on this bed.

We really liked the unit and that it was pet friendly. We found out the building is not actually pet friendly so the owner letting us bring in our pet was very nice. It was clean and nicely kept. There were even fun games but we didn't manage to use as it was just our family for a night. Maybe next time.

The security guard were not very friendly.

The location was very strategic and accessible to many amenities. As for the house itself, it was fully furnished and equipped with the right necessities such as water dispenser, water shower heater, refrigerator and others. The games are a nice touch as well. I love the house's balcony as well because it is very spacious.

The property boasts a fantastic and strategic location, offering convenient access to the town. It’s also pet-friendly, making it an excellent choice for travelers with pets. The space is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, including utensils, a stove, a water dispenser, towels, and more, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The cleanliness of the toilets could be improved, as they need a thorough scrub. The bed lamp was broken, and the bed itself wasn't very comfortable. There was noticeable dust on the fan. Parking can be challenging, especially when driving a larger vehicle due to the incline. Additionally, better communication from the property host would enhance the overall experience.

This is our repeated booking. Nice place to stay, comfortable and convenient location. A very nice and kind host. Love it so much ☺️

It was clean, easy to access and convenient. Privacy was maintained and comfortable. However, it will be better if they provide towels with better quality (the existing one’s doesn’t not absorb much) Besides, nice ambience, strategically good spot. Restaurants were nearby.

Location is good. There are plenty of food choices nearby. The Nasi Kandar next door is open 24 hours and served good roti canai, teh/kopi tarik and mee hoon goreng. My aunt was dizzy one day and there are plenty of clinics nearby. It is also less than 1 km to Econsave (a supermarket) and the shops in Greentown behind Econsave. Room is great, no uneven floor which reduces fall risk for my elderlies. There is also a patio where we can hang our clothes outside to dry. Our unit has very good morning sun. Love the ceiling fans, smart TV, big fridge and microwave. Big spacious area with tables and chairs on ground floor so that my elderlies can sit while waiting for rides. Great rooftop views on 22nd floor.

The shower head in one of the bathrooms is fixed too high up for my elderlies. Coat trees provided but not horizontal clothes racks. Not enough hangers.

Only 1 access card provided . It was very difficult if two family staying together .

The accommodation was big and clean! I loved the interior. The host was kind and helpful. The big balcony was also very nice. Also note that the swimming pool is under construction so you can’t use it. The host handled is very well and gave us a refund which we appreciated

The airconditioning didn’t work properly. We put all of them on 16 degrees and it was still quite hot in the apartment. In one of the rooms the airconditioning was removed so it was unbearable in that room. Our friends literally had to move their matras to the living room and sleep there. This was very inconvenient

The location was very central to everything - Ipoh Old Town, restaurants, places of interest, malls. The unit was large enough to accommodate 4 adults, 2 kids. Clean and well kept unit.

We weren't informed that 1 of the rooms did not have air con(new aircon unit to be installed only after we left) and we only found out after we checked in. Host was apologetic but it would have been nice to be informed beforehand. The unit was pet friendly but the entire building is now no longer pet friendly, which is such a pity!

Host quick response, new unit, the balcony, clean , the view and the pool.

Just that for the parking when turning up the parking level, the turning space is a bit small and need to be slow.

It is New. We were probably theh first few to stay. Has Netflix. and Wifi. Staff responds to needs. Beautiful view from the balcony.

The access to the parking kevel. is via a very winding ramp. it's tight and design to test your driving skills. Renovation work is ongoing so it is noisy and dusty.

The apartment was very nice view with a strategic location. Perfect hospitality provided and very hygiene. Suitable for big group / family. Pool view was super nice. The wifi was very fast and Netflix accessible. The owner and staff was super nice and friendly. They also provide parking access to the building so that the car are safe.

We satisfied with everything but there one room that don’t have air-cond.
