The location was really good. Central to most places I visited.

I reported a number of issues the very minute I stepped into the unit i.e. 2 fans were not working and despite much to and fro info provided, nothing was done to remediate the issue at all. The unit felt very warm because of the humid conditions and despite the air conds on, it was a very uncomfortable to stay for 4 days. The power source also seem to have a problem where the other fans were running at such a low speed despite it being set at the highest speed. Also the charging of phones took a very long time which would maybe mean that there was something not right about the distribution of power to the unit.

We rented appartment with 4 rooms for 9 person but only provide one appartment key and one car park.

I booked this apartment for my 2 young children, husband and my elderly parents for a nice few days in Ipoh. The air con didn’t work. Someone came to look at it and said you just need to wait for it to cool down. I said we could not sleep in this heat. In the end we all had to stay in one room. They said they would fix it the next day and I didn’t get any communication unless I messaged them. I then realised I was talking to an AI. So a real person wasn’t responding. All the sheets had stains on. The swimming pool was not working without any prior warning that this would be the case. We left and booked somewhere else as it was too hot to stay in the apartment. The corridors are also filthy. Trying to enter the property is extremely difficult to do. The compensation they offered was not appropriate for the level of poor communication and facilities.

The place was strategy but my stay was not pleasant

Your customer service officer are really worst in handling a complaint. Total 3 apt but all three was not clean. The worst part 1 of the apt has cockroaches. Wen I complained about the stained and cockroaches your CS said will send cleaner next day but no 1 turn up. In the end we slept uncomfortably on the stained bed.

Overall ok. Will repeat soon. Staf friendly.

Friendly host and very convenient location. Check-in was smooth and communication was good throughout the stay.

Cleanliness of the suite could be improved, as there were cockroaches and lots of of ants noticed during the stay. If you are a light sleeper, you may also hear noise from the upstairs unit quite clearly, which could affect sleep quality.

The bedsheets and blankets are all microfibers. Alot of electrostatic going on when we toss around the bed. Internet connection was down during night time.

Place is clean and comfy

Wish the instructions are sent out a couple of days earlier and not last minute as fear hand phone runs out of battery or out of range To collect the keys and opening the doors were a lot of codes numbers to remember Door in master bedroom is spoilt unable to lock

Very clean, comfortable and good views of the city and mountains from the window! Prompt confirmation and communication pack / messaging were very helpful. Wifi and fantastic range of streaming services.

It’s an excellent accomodation which we would come back to again. The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more glasses as there were only 4 glasses for a booking for 5 guests.

There was a Mamak Rest nearby so, was ok

There were 4 of us in my family and there was only a 2 seater couch in the living room so the rest of us need to sit in the dining table was not comfortable at all. The TV was slightly bigger them my MacBook Air, suggest the host should change to maybe a bigger TV to attract more Family type of Guest.

Loved everything other than one

The toilet was clogged and the flush pressure wasn't the best. A nightmare when its 9 people.

The self check in/out process was simple and easy. The 3 bedrooms have queen size beds each but mattresses were slightly on a stiffer side which isn't a biggie. The kitchen facilities were adequate for meal prep especially breakfast. Good shower water pressure. Nice infinity pool on the 22nd floor.

The living room AC works intermittently blowing out cool air but after a while turned into a fan. The TV's YouTube channels lags. The ramps heading in and out of the building can be narrow especially if you're driving big cars. The hallways can be really warm due to ac compressors.

No WiFi hence no TV programme available at all, contacted customer service but WiFi was not available till we checked out. Air conditioner at the living room isn't working properly, we still feel warm after hours of air-conditioning at lowest temperature. Bathrooms were not very clean, can see black lines between tiles. Dusty bedsheets and furnitures. Loose door knob fell off from the middle bedroom and broken rack in the master room.

We asked for the earliest check-in time, and the owner informed us via text that we could check in at 2:00 PM. We arrived from KL to Ipoh at 2:40 PM. However, when we opened the apartment door, there was a strong unpleasant smell and we found that the apartment had not been cleaned. We immediately contacted the owner to complain. They apologized and said they would arrange for the cleaner to come. As a result, we were only able to enter the apartment at 4:30 PM. We were very tired from the journey and had to wait outside until the cleaning was completed. This was especially inconvenient as we needed to attend an event in the evening. The owner offered us with a late check-out, but we did not accept the offer as it did not resolve the inconvenience we experienced upon arrival. We booked a 4-room apartment, but only one parking lot was provided. We were unhappy about this arrangement. The security guard informed us that we needed to pay RM20.00 for an additional parking space, so we had to pay RM20.00 for our second car. Although our arrival experience was disappointing, we appreciate that the owner took action promptly. After the cleaning was completed, the apartment was nice and comfortable.

Not hygienic. - Too many dust especially underneath the sofa & fans areas. I commented to them but NO Action taken. - Wet towels from previous guest still in the main bedroom cabinet.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay . The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were cozy, the amenities were complete, and the environment was peaceful. Definitely a great place to stay—worth every cent!

The unit was dusty. Not cleaned properly. The floors were so dusty that we could see a layer of dust. Basically, it appeared as though it had never been mopped.

Location was superb. Spacious apartment. Clean rooms as well. No musky or moldy smell. Well ventilated. Nice view.

Provide more convenient hanging hooks in the room and in the bathroom. No place to hang towels or clothes. Unfortunately this unit do not have a microwave oven. Should have provided one.

Prima locatie. Schoon, Fijn zwembad. Ruimte is wat meer compact dan op de foto's lijkt maar schoon en prima. Ipoh is een rustige stad, we hadden iets meer levendigheid verwacht.

Vroegtijdig aangegeven dat we eerder zouden aankomen met de vraag of we al eerder in het appartement konden. Geen helder antwoord maar wel een verwachting gewekt dat het mogelijk was. Uiteindelijk was pas 15.30 ruimte beschikbaar. Handdoeken niet aanwezig maar werden na bericht snel gebracht
