WARNING Extreme views 4 bed 3 bath luxury

Extreme views, more like extremely beautiful views! Absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable and our family of five had a fantastic stay! Queenstown is only a few minutes away by car or a beautiful walk along the lake.

Not going to lie, the stairs were a bit of a mission with suitcases (approximately 2 stories). However a small price to pay for the view! There is also a bit of construction going on next door, however with double glazing we found the noise minimal and it was only during weekday working hours.

Amazing views and beautiful, comfortable and clean. Great facilities and all round great stay. Highly recommend for the views alone!

This property is beautiful and met our needs perfectly. The view is truly stunning, and everything inside the house is modern and easy to access. It is really well equipped, and it seems that every little detail has been considered for guests. The beds were super comfy, and my kids loved watching a movie on the big TV whilst sitting on bean bags in the living room. Andrew replied to any queries in an instant, was very friendly, and kindly let us check in a little bit early, which was much appreciated. We liked having a code for the door, rather than worrying about who would look after the key! My family loved this place. It's one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it!

The stairs down to the property could be an issue for some people with mobility issues, but my children loved going up and down them! My 73 year old mum also managed them without a problem - the stairs have grips and have a handrail. I would say it is worth it for the view. 🙂

Almost everything was suberb

Would have been great to have 6 chairs instead of 4 proper chairs and 2 stools. The stools were so low that it was difficult to eat.

It was a beautiful high quality villa, verry well equipped with a full kitchen and the whole villa was very well heated. Nice sized kitchen/ living/ dining area with room for everyone staying.

The only down fall to this villa is the large amount of stairs to get down to the unit and back up to the carpark. It was extremely difficult carrying large luggage up and down the stairs at the beginning and end of our stay. The stairs are the only access to the villa. Some kind of luggage lift would make this a much more pleasant experience.

信じられないほど素晴らしい景色でした。実際に見ると、写真以上の感動があり、クイーンズタウンを満喫できます。バルコニーで景色を眺めながらワインを飲むのは至福のひとときでした。 キッチンやランドリーの設備も充実しており、ベッドルームも清潔、バスタブも大きくて深くほぼ全ての設備がよかったです。

ベッドルームに付属するバスルームの換気扇が動きませんでした。ただ、乾燥した季節なのでそこまで問題なはならず、Andrewに連絡したのでいずれ修理されると思います。また、暖房の調整方法がわかりにくかったので、簡単なマニュアルが置いてあればありがたかったです。

Not really ideal for people with families and kids a lot of stairs especially if you have prams

absolutely loved the full glass wall in the living room - it opens ip to a balcony with breathtaking views of Queentowns and The remarkables. the kitchen is fully equipped, and each bedroom come with attched bathroom. We were very satisfied. Its perfect place for a holiday!

Units 14 and 16 require using the stairs, and the steps can be a bit slippery on rainy days, so do take care! that said, i believe these units offer the best views!

The views were spectacular. The apartment was very clean and modern and had plenty of space for the 5 of us including 3 bathrooms. Also loved that it had a laundry.

The stairs were challenging with suitcases on a wet day. Wouldn't recommend for elderly. The code for the door also didn't work which meant we were standing outside in the cold for a while trying to contact the host. It was also a little out of town and the traffic in and out of Queenstown is a crawl.

The scenery outside is amazing! We sat on the balcony, drinking beer—it was absolutely wonderful.

Thhe lake & mountain view is spectcular, property is very new, appliances & fittings are great & in good quality. Conveniently located, with 2 parking spots.

Amazing view! New and spotlessly clean, with all facilities that we needed. We had a little issue with the door lock and the host was super friendly and responsive and resolved our issue in minutes.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The modern interior design and stylish furniture made the space feel both luxurious and comfortable. The views were truly breathtaking, every moment spent there was a joy. The home exceeded my expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most incredible view and beautifully decorated inside. We spent Christmas here and it was so perfect we didn’t want to leave!

Very very steep drive up to the property (but worth it for the view!)

Location and cleanliness. Timely response from the property owner at all times.

Property is located at a lower level compared to the parking elevation. This makes the luggage movement very difficult through the stairs. Property needs accessible entry/ exit for people with special needs and seniors.

Pillows and bit too firm

The property was absolutely beautiful! The view is spectacular in every way! We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped & we cooked a few meals during our stay & it had everything we needed. It was nice to have a washer & dryer on the main level. Beds & pillows were super comfortable & extra blankets were provided. The patio is where we spent most of our time looking at the view & the patio furniture is so comfortable. The photos are completely accurate. This is a beautiful property & we would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Queenstown. It is recommended that you have a car to stay at this property to get in & out of Queenstown unless you want to take the bus but we had a car & loved it.
