La habitación estaba muy limpia y tiene frigorífico y un balconcito. El personal amable, puedes dejar sin problema la maleta antes y después del checkin y coger las bicis de la entrada no te cobran por ello. También puedes ir en grab al centro tarda nada y es bastante barato.

El mobiliario un poco descuidado y antiguo pero todo funciona bien. La familia que lo lleva es muy amable pero no saben inglés lo que dificulta un poco preguntar por sitios donde comer aunque hay un montón por alrededor. Aunque en Booking pone que ofrecen desayunos no está disponible en este momento.

Luc and his wife are juggling a new baby and running Ming Trang. They were very helpful in arranging my transportation to and from Hoi An. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, you sleep really well. You are in a local area so you get to experience restaurants and cafes frequented by locals. Unbeatable value for what you pay.

Wifi sometimes dropped. The water pressure in the shower, like many places in Vietnam is not very strong. The bathrooms could be refreshed.

L’humidité dans les chambres, crise d’asthme

Le responsable de l'hôtel est toujours prêt à répondre aux questions. La chambre au troisième étage était calme. Il est possible d'emprunter un vélo pour se rendre au centre historique. Ce qui est très pratique.

L'hôtel est un peu vétuste. Il faudrait refaire la peinture dans la chambre. Et rénover la salle de bain, puisqu'il y a du salpêtre sur les murs à cause de l'humidité.

La gentillesse du personnel et le lieu

La nostra stanza era grandissima, pulita e i letti i più comodi mai provati in Vietnam! L'host è stato davvero gentilissimo in tutto, ci ha procurato vari spostamenti e un driver per una gita organizzata da noi. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione le biciclette che ci hanno permesso di arrivare nella città vecchia, le risaie e il mare. La posizione della sistemazione è davvero tranquilla. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno confortevole ✨

The husband and wife are really kind, helpful and hard working people. Who went out of their way to make the stay brilliant!! The food was good and having bicycles made all the difference. We were able to cycle into Hoi An, the beach and the rice paddies. The big dog is cute too.

Superbe homestay, petite famille très sympathique. Pour ce prix là à Hoi An, difficile de faire mieux. Bien placé entre les rizières et la vieille ville, la mer n'est pas loin non plus. Et on vous prête même des vélos gratuitement !

A little far from the old city if you’re walking each day. However, there are free bicycles to use if you want. I didn’t feel safe riding a bike at night, but that’s on me.

Spacious room, massive bed and very comfortable. We had a little balcony with a nice view of the pool. Photos accurate to the listing. The Homestay is located a bit far from the old town but there are free bikes so you’ll get there in less than 10 minutes. The host has basic English but is very kind and helpful.

The smell of humidity was constant everyday but with the AC on you couldn’t feel it. The rooms are not noise proof so if you have noisy neighbours you’ll hear them.

Ein sehr Ruhiges Hotel etwa 2km vom Zentrum. Großes Zimmer. Sehr nette Inhaber kümmern sich und Helfen wo sie können. MotorBike im Haus. Fahrräder kostenlos. 2 Tage mit den Rad Alles erkundet und ein Tag mit den Roller unterwegs. Hoi An ist sehr schön aber auch ruhig. Das Meer und Strand ist locker mit den Rad zu erreichen. Leckeres Frühstück auf Anfrage, Getränke sind im Haus erhältlich. :-)

Un lugar muy especial para quedarse varios días. La familia que lo atiende tienen una calidez y amabilidad increíble y se preocupan muchísimo por hacer que tu estancia sea perfecta . La habitación era como se veía en la foto , el balcón espectacular rodeado de verde y la pileta que si bien no use porque hacía frío estaba siempre impecable , te daban ganas de meterte pero lamentablemente no era temporada de verano . Gracias por la atención brindada , fue una lindísima experiencia .

Nuestra estadía por tres noches en Minh Trang Villa fue excepcional. Tenía todo lo que buscábamos: comodidad, tranquilidad y buena onda. Las camas nos parecieron muy cómodas y extragrandes tal cual se mencionaba en la descripción y tanto la habitacion como el hotel estaba super limpio. Si bien está alejado del centro, las bicis que brinda el anfitrión son gratuitas y están en bastante buen estado, con lo cual no hubo problema para movernos por los alrededores. Además la ubicación es buena para tranquilidad y escapar del bullicio. El trato de Luke fue muy agradable desde el primer día que llegamos pasadas las 23hs. Mi puntuación es un 10 rotundo.

Super gelegen zwischen Strand und Altstadt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Kleiner Garten inklusive Pool zum Verweilen. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett noch größer und super bequem. Dazu ein kleiner Balkon. Das Bad ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber bei diesen Preisen pro Nacht ist das absolut verschmerzbar. Der Homestay-Besitzer hat unsere Weiterfahrt nach Phong Nha trotz aller Widrigkeiten mit sehr viel Geduld organisiert. Wir würden hier definitiv nochmal übernachten.

Receptionist was so kind,with cool,and calming vibes. He was there for all our needs. One day we stayed and he made us feel like we are at home.

This vila is home to a very hospitable family of owners and the room on the top floor was cozy enough to stay there for a week and more. So great that there is a pool and thank you so much to the owner for helping me take my bike to the repair shop) I also liked that you can buy goodies downstairs at night when all the stores nearby are closed) I wish you prosperity and lots of joy from every day))) Thank you for your kindness and smiles)

That room where I was stay didn't have a window, but you can open the door to the balcony and there will be more light, but then it will be hot because of the weather.)) By the way... There are other options with windows in this house though!

The property is really nice for the price! The beds were super comfy and the family that owns it is very nice. We had a bag go missing out of our taxi and the owner sent us so much security footage and helped us figure out what happened to it. The kindest owners!

They were very organized and detailed! Had a binder for hotel rules, pool hours, breakfast times and choices! When it was time to leave, the owner even personally ordered and showed me the Grab app to get around easier!

Luke and his wife were exceptionally attentive and consistently ensured that all our needs were met. They demonstrated a high level of trustworthiness and were extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Notably, when I requested fresh fruit for breakfast, they went out of their way to purchase it daily, at no additional cost, which reflected their genuine commitment to excellent hospitality.

The curfew - Although it did not impact us, as the timing of our tours allowed us to return well before it came into effect.

My second time that I stayed in this amazing place. Booked for ten days, but ended up staying 2 months. Great location, superfriendly Hosts, Good amenities and just all around my favorite place in Vietnam.

We originally planned to stay for just 10 days, but we ended up extending for a full month — that’s how great this place is! Minh Trang and Luke, the lovely couple who run the homestay, are incredibly friendly and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The homestay is cozy, peaceful, and very well maintained. We asked to move to a larger room for the rest of our stay, and they managed everything in just a few days, offering us a fair and honest price. The location is also perfect — the area is beautiful and very quiet, yet it’s just a 5-minute ride from the Old Town. If you’re looking for a calm, welcoming place to stay in a great area, this is definitely it!

Great staff, easy to get around the area for all your travel needs. Anything you need can be either provided by the staff (including motorbike rental, laundry service) or they can arrange it for you. Great English spoken there. Great pool. This is a great place at a super affordable price

We stayed for 3 weeks and Really enjoyed our stay great 15min walk/ 5 min bike into old town. Easy to get to everywhere, large rooms, comfy large beds.would definitely come back to stay again Free bikes to use

WiFi sometimes a bit slow

The new owners were helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to make my stay excellent. The place is still being updated/renovated so there is room for improvement, but I would stay here again on a next trip to Hoi An. Very convenient location, a little outside the old town and touristy area, but as a result, quiet and showed the real side of Hoi An. The pool offered a welcome relief after long walks.

The owner is very, very helpful. They do your laundry for a small fee. Luc helped us by searching for things of interest on the local net which made everything much easier.

Clean place and nice pool. Air con works and there’s hot water, breakfast available every morning

Says online that breakfast should be free which it wasn’t, it also says pastries and fruit are available which they’re not. Room was clean when we arrived but we stayed 5 nights and were not offered any kind of cleaning service, which led to the bathroom smelling as the bin wasn’t empty. We used the same towel the whole time we stayed.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, genuinely nice people. If I went back to Hoi An, I would absolutely rebook here. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. I met one guy who was staying here for a few months and he was happy with the place The local area is great, lots of friendly people. There's a resident border collie that lives a few doors down and she is the best dog in the world! Nice little swimming pool too

There was a bit of damp in our room and some mould

Easily one of the best accommodations we stayed in during our trip through Vietnam. The room was great, the pool was very nice in the hot mornings in Hoi An, and the bicycle for free is really cool! You’d normally think that the accommodation is far from the city, but by bike is very easy and most importantly you’re free from the bustling touristic area. I can only recommend this place!

Everything were great

I liked everything about this place! It was clean, quiet, friendly staff, free bikes to use and a small fridge in the room to keep cold water and fruits. The location was perfect for me away from the bustle and hustle in the city center. And with the bikes you can get to the center or to the beach very easily.

The villa is in a pretty lantern lined street and the neighborhood is generally very quiet (just the odd enthusiastic karaoke session from neighbours). The couple who run the villa are very lovely people and happy to help you with anything. The only only negative is that our bathroom didn't have a working extractor fan or window that opened so it was a little moldy up high. Overall we loved our stay here, especially the refreshing pool and bike into the town.

The couple running the homestay couldn't help enough. I wanted to hire a one way bike from hoi an to hue and they sorted it for me. Amazing My room, on the top floor had a lovely balcony which caught the evening sun and sunset. I was very chilled here, so much so I extended my stay by 2 days staying a total of 5. The free use of the bicycles makes it easy to explore at your leisure which was an added bonus I even managed a dip in the pool!

Nothing to dislike

Was all good, just a little barrier with the language and in the morning we didn’t have hot water for shower (or we didn’t know how to turn on the hot water).

What an amazing homestay/hotel. It says it's a 1-star Hotel (on Google) but don't let that fool you, it's nicer than a lot of 3 star hotels or homestays. Here a list of just a few things that you can expect if you stay at this place: - The homestay/hotel: a beautiful colonial style building well maintained with so much to offer, from some amazing home cooked food to cooking classes. Or just enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and do some BBQ. Everything super clean, and well maintained. They have a great variety of services that they offer, some good home-cooked food, laundry, or private taxi to airport or other attraction. And you will have access to a free bicycle on your stay here. You can even rent a motorbike from them for a good price. There's no elevator but the stairs are really wide and easy to go up, not as narrow/small like in other Vietnamese homes. The room I stated had a ton of natural light, but also with thick curtains if you want it to be dark. And there's a power outlet just by the bed. My room came with a mini fridge, big plus, AC and fan and a desk to do some work. And a really nice big balcony overlooking the quiet street and the pool. And omg, the bed is so comfortable. The water pressure is really good and amazing WiFi / Internet (over 300 Mbps) all around the property. And It has video surveillance just to be on the safe side. Though it's not really needed because you're in a really safe area with a lot of friendly local people. - The hosts/owners: Super friendly couple who will do everything in that power to make your stay amazing. From recommendation what to see or where and what to eat. Easy to communicate with them via booking chat or Whatsapp. In person it's a bit more complicated, but with translation apps it's always fun to have a chat with them. - Amazing location, in a quiet area but close to a lot of amenities. Great cafes, bars and restaurant just around the corner.

If I needed to write something negative about this place is that there was no Outlet close to the desk, but that was a quick solution from the hosts, they gave me an extension cord. And you only have the main lights in the room, no bedside lamp but but that doesn't really bother me. Just keep that in mind if you're a couple and one wants to sleep and the other one still wants to read. But I'm pretty sure if you asked for a bedside lamp they will give you one.

The loveliest hosts who did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Great location for Hoi An - a short bike/taxi ride or about a 15 min walk into old town. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Lovely pool although didn't get to use it personally due to the weather.

It was fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in early, did our laundry and always had a smile on their faces. Highly recommend!
