Отличный отель по соотношению цена-качество. Останавливались в нем на 3 дня и остались полностью довольны. Номера большие, кровать двуспальная огромная, удобный диванчик со столиком, балкон с видом на бассейн, с удобными креслами - вечером так приятно там сидетьт за чашкой чая или бокалом вина.Отель небольшой, камерный, людей немного. Персонал доброжелательный и услужливый, всегда и во чем старается помочь. Очень комфортно и по домашнему уютно, тихо. До моря 5 минут пешком. Рядом развитая инфраструктура, магазинчики. В своем ценовом сегменте могу смело рекомендовать отель.

The location of the hotel is good. The restaurant staff is very good, helpful and understanding. House keeping is good too. The reception staff Rahul Yadav is also helpful and welcoming. Pool is clean and maintained. Food quality is decent.

The reception staff including the manager (except one person) was rude and unprofessional. We could stay at the hotel only because Rahul Yadav was listening and understanding our concerns. Rest of the staff is not professionally trained and their focus was not at all on customer satisfaction. We would have considered changing the hotel, if booking.com gave the option even when the other facilities were decent.

Die Lage war gut, das Zimmer, das Frühstück hat gepasst. Das Personal für die Zimmerreinigung und kleinere Dienste war freundlich und fleißig.

Wir hatten keine Internetverbindung. Es wurde uns gesagt es gab eine Umstellung. An der Rezeption hat man uns gesagt, wir sollen eine indische Mobile Karte kaufen. Das war nicht ok, da kostenloses WLAN im Angebot war. Der Fernseher hat nie funktioniert. Bei der Reklamation vermittelte uns das Personal an der Rezeption lästig zu sein. Es gab bei Fragen keine Hilfestellung oder adäquate Auskünfte.

The Resort is well organised. Everything was nicely arranged. Food is awesome especially for vegetarians. The location is also good.

The Services and staff were very good. Especially Mr Kumar. He helped a lot. Food is very good especially for vegetarians there are a lot of options.

I ordered oyster starters, but instead they served us a curry and claimed it was oyster curry. While eating, I realized it was actually fish because I found a small bone in it. So I’m really disappointed. 😞

Rooms are comfortable

The property was located in a busy area. The the property was cozy. However, the pool timings only 7 to 7 and they was rushing us out to check out and check out time is 11 o’clock. Parking facilities were horrible. The valley was not properly available. Lots of mosquitoes.

Lots of mosquitoes parking was spa, no proper valley. They were rushing us to check us out at 11 o’clock.

Breakfast was excellent.

However the size of room is small and not value for the money. Also, the room is not maintained as at few places there wooden curtains of windows were falling during our stay. Also, there were many mosquitos in the room the day we entered the room till we check out. No solution for that.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent service. Nice room with comfortable beds. Good restaurant with plenty of choice, food available 24 hours! Arranged airport pick up/drop off and sightseeing tour all at reasonable prices. 5 mins walk to the beach and nice pool on site.

No major drawbacks. Hotel located in busy street but room quiet. Air-conditioning could do with updating. Otherwise a lovely stay, would recommend.

No private parking ,no lift elders can be suffered, swimming pool was to different and not like shown in the pic. Rooms are full of mosquito and ants. Very old property. All the staff members were so sweet , warm and welcoming , starting from the reception to housekeeping, security person . Everybody were so humble and always had a smiling face which made our day, Property is always kept clean , Room was spacious . Pool was clean. Special mention to the restaurant service . They serve you freshly cooked hot food always with a smile on the face . I regret i forgot the names of persons who helped us during our stay , a big shout out to all the staff working there all were nice. Thank You so much .

Loved the locality, access to all places to wanted to visit, ease of checkin and checkout, cleanliness and how its in the main area yet no noises inside the property. Shoutout to the hospitality and services, always available at the reception and when the common parking was full, had a valet parking. Clean pool to enjoy, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and calm environment. Good breakfast - variety of breads, North Indian and South Indian cuisines!

there is the list of house rules printed and given to me AFTER MAKING MY PAYMENT AT THE HOTEL. You are not allowed to bring in food/liquor at all. When I asked for cutlery and a small plate to eat my left over (which I did not wanted to throw away) they literally told me that they wont give it to me since I did not order food. But as I insisted, they did send out a small dessert plate for me to eat my food. This hotel is a prime example of what you should not book if you are on a Holiday. Book only if you ll be there to just crash at night. I would not want to go to Goa and be told by the hotel to not bring in my booze and food. If I'd known the house rules before hand, I would never stay. - the breakfast was average, not sure why would they have red tandoori chicken in Chicken Cafreal? Probably left overs from last night. - the parking was 5 mins walking distance from the hotel in a common parking, this should have been mentioned too. Or atleast have a Valet to pickup and drop your car, one doesn't want to do that 3x times a day. -the resort might look huge in the photos but it is not as huge as it looks.

Very professional and smiling staff! The pool is big enough to do some fine laps.

I would recommend the pool timing to be extended and that the rooms be provided with some mosquito repellent.

Location to beach and market and hostilities , Breakfast was great !Staffs were very polite and helpful.Had a pool view room , balcony sitting was nice .

The room access card was not working properly , also the room lights were very dim could have been more bright thats all.

Very good option for stay if you are coming to Baga,Calangut,Candolim. Breakfast was really nice.

There is nothing to complain

The property has a nice pool and restaurant attached to it. However, there’s no parking.

The WiFi was absolutely terrible and I had problems getting into my room because the card is connected to the WiFi. So getting into my room was a crapshoot. Also, because of the WiFi issues my credit card was billed three times because they swiped it over and over until it took. I hadn’t noticed the charges to after I checked out at the airport. Then it took days before they got to fix the issue after numerous times of calling them. I hadn’t noticed to get Capital one involved.

It's a small oasis in a busy boisterous village. Several quiet lanes down to beaches. Good restaurant with breakfast. Friendly helpful staff

Lights inside the room. Yellow lights can become a bit depressing after sunset . Suggest to put up white lights. Also, complimentary water bottle is only 500 ml per guest, not appropriate.

The staff was really helpful and the rooms were clean. The location is really good just 5 min away from Calangute , Baga and Candolim beach. The rooms and hotel is exactly like how its shown in the pictures. The breakfast buffet has alot of variety and the food tastes amazing

Property is too good. Location is just 5 mins walk from beach. Facilites are good. Staff is very cooperative. Food is really awesome. Would definitely stay at this property for my next vacation.

Rude noisy Indian guests who seemed to take over !No consideration for other guests and no one told them to be quiet etc . Breakfast area to small When we tried to pay the bill ,no change available to give us .It’s your responsibility to then waver the small difference not us!You’re running a business so should have money available .

Very courteous staff, Clean rooms & pool, Location is close to beach, Ample parking at backside of hotel, In-house restaurant Casita is one of the best in the locality, Breakfast menu is awesome, many taxi & bike rental services are in viscidity.

The restaurant charges over 9% GST even for independent dine-in guests under the same GSTN as the hotel property, which doesn’t seem like a fair or appropriate practice. Additionally, in-room food packets and beer cans could simply be included in the room rent. It's not even INR 500+ worth. This would eliminate the hassle of tracking charges for each item and create a more seamless and positive guest experience.

Nothing is as mentioned As it is very old fashioned property curtain also not working and they are mentioned bath tub in that which was very pathetic

The rooms are cozy but wardrobe can be better as they are very adjacent to door

The compliments are chargeable with additional tax I don’t see that as good one atleast keep bottle cashews as complimentary

Beautiful property and the breakfast was the best meal I had there, many options were tasty as well
