Beach is so far from the hotel

The matresses and the beds are really old and not value for money

The food was very poor Low variety, poor quality and bad taste even the bakeries were bad and it’s literally the safe option for us in a bad buffet but we were not lucky at this either. We asked one of the waiters to get us a latte “in the open buffet breakfast” as we have babies and will not be able to server ourselves coffee so he got us 2 very small lattes in a cartoon cup from the buffet with a paycheck as he will charge us for them even if he didn’t mention that it will be extra cost and when i asked him if he can get me the latte in a glass cup as it should be served if it’s from the hotel lounge with extra cost and he literally said that they don’t have glass mugs in the hotel!!.. The worst beach experience in my whole life The beach is so smelly! Like a dead fish smell and it’s very far away from the hotel 30 mins drive! And it was super small like 3 umbrellas in a row

Our stay was really joyfull Staff was very decent and helpful specially mr bassem from room service Aqua park and fun valley was really great enjoyed every moment there, staff their were kind and pleased the children Breakfast was good Dinner very good The beach need more facilites and attention Over all i highly recommend the place for families And sure i will come here again isA

مياه البول خضرا ومش نضيفه بنتى اتكهربت وهيا فى المطعم اكوابارك لا تعمل التعامل سىء جدا جدا

The management is willing to make the c ustomer happy and comfortable. The kids activities are fun. Front desk and the General managers are on top of their game.

The rubber Matt's are torn and old and that makes the slide slow and dangerous. Food quality was ok but sometimes it was below any expectations. Old oil shouldn't be reused and left over cake shouldn't be used to make a large cake with some covered cream and decorative sauce.

The location of the hotel The room need to be more comfortable and luxury especially the bed

Everything is excellent, the Aqua park, the food and the staff is super friendly and so helpful, especially the reception staff and room service, and special thanks to Zainab, Mohamed Alaa and Amrosy.

It is far from the sea, however their is shuttle bus, and the driver was so nice and helpful

It was short but great, also mr.Mohamed attia is a very good person, very professional, and very helpful

it was avery nice place and all people were helpful , i will repeat the visit again.

Staff were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Aqua park was fantastic, slides were great, and so many areas and places to play. Loved the fact that there was a younger and older area for children to play also. Buffet had a good selection, again staff were brilliant. Very good value for money. Would stay again just for the aqua pool.

Location was terrible, it was very far from all other hotels and main ain sockna port. No shops in the hotel or around. We needed nappies and it was a struggle to find any. Beach was also 20+ mins away by bus that came every hour. We stayed 3 days but didnt even ended up going to the beach because we kept missing the bus and the time kept putting us off. Rooms were clean but the family rooms in the kids area were not ideal. We were given a 2 story room, single beds upstairs the kids loved! But we were given a tiny tiny sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable. They did offer to change us to 2 connecting rooms further inside the hotel for a small extra charge. But we decides to stay in the room that we were given as it was more child friendly and nearer to the park and aqua pools.

اولاً السراير المراتب خلاص عمرها الافتراضي انتهى السوست واقعه انت نايم على الارض افضل الموقع زي الزفت ومفيش يفط لازم تتوه نص ساعه عشان توصل الاكل سئ جدا سواء فطار او عشاء حتى الشيف الرئييسي مديرهم قليل الادب وقليل الذوق بيشتم السيفان الصغيرين قدام النزلاء وبيعنفهم بقولهم البوفيه مفيهوش فاكهه بيقولي هنبعت نجيب 😂نيجي بقى للشوار جل حاطين ازازتين حجم صباع الايد لخمس أفراد ملابس عمال الفندق خلاص دابت مش منظر يعني انت المفروض سياحه الملابس مقطعه ودابت من الشمس ولونها اتغير مدينة الألعاب متهالكه جدا ومعظم الألعاب مش شغاله ومصديه

الموقع في بدايه السخنة جميل والاكل ممتاز ومن اسباب حجزلي عندهم المسابح مناسب لاطفالي بجميع الاعمار وفي فعاليات لطيفه بالمساء لهم واهتمام الموظف عمروسي ومدير المرافق العامه محمد علاء شكرا لهم جميعا

اتمنى تجديد مراتب ومفارش السرير وتحسين ادوات الحمام وتزويد البوفيه العشاء بعصير زي مع وجبة الفطور

Sympa, le personnelle est vraiment à l écoute

Emplacement est assez spécial, mais bon on est plus à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur

L’hôtel doit être vraiment rafraîchi, il y a de l’humidité dans plein chambre !!!

Outstanding stay with incredible service! We stayed for a 4-night weekend getaway and had a phenomenal experience. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming and even provided a complimentary room upgrade but I did stick to my usual standard room.The room itself was spotless, quiet, and featured a stunning flowers & princesses painted. Mr Amrossy, housekeeping, maintained excellent standards throughout our visit. He went above and beyond. Our room was spotless, the bed linens were crisply changed daily, and the bathroom was impeccably sanitized. He even accommodated our extra towel requests with a smile. We also dined at the on-site restaurant, The Bistro, and the food was incredible—highly recommend the tasting menu. I did extend my stay twice. Many thanks for such incredible stay!

Beach is a bit far

I am writing to share my deep dissatisfaction regarding our recent stay at your property. As a frequent traveler, this was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, failing drastically to meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. The dining experience was completely unacceptable. The food quality was incredibly poor, the smell was highly unpleasant, and the kitchen cleanliness was deeply concerning. Shockingly, the chicken served to us was undercooked and still contained blood, which poses a serious health risk. The presentation of the meals was so unappetizing that my children refused to eat anything at all. Hygiene across the resort was equally appalling. The swimming pool was dirty, contaminated with black debris and insects. Furthermore, the sunbeds were infested with bugs, and everything throughout the property was broken, severely neglected, and completely rundown. As for the room, the comfort and aesthetics were entirely lacking. The main mattress was extremely hard—feeling as though we were sleeping directly on the floor. To make matters worse, the extra bed delivered to our room was completely terrifying, giving us the eerie impression of staying in a hospital ward rather than a hotel resort. Furthermore, the room's decor and color scheme were bizarre, completely mismatched, and created a deeply unsettling, creepy atmosphere. Additionally, the animation team was completely underwhelming and failed to provide any real entertainment value. The only saving grace of this entire stay was the hotel staff. The employees were genuinely polite and did their absolute best to assist us within the extremely limited capabilities of the property. Their good manners and helpful attitude were the sole positive aspect, and no one shortchanged us on respectful treatment. However, a polite staff cannot compensate for broken infrastructure, unsettling room conditions, and a lack of basic hygiene.

My 5 year old loved the aqua park and dinosaur park. Very family friendly with lots for kids to enjoy. We saw dolphins at the beach.

The food was good for the price, nothing too fancy. The location of the beach wasn't super scenic as their were factories nearby.

We enjoyed the Aqua Park and the Dinosaur Park 😊 The hotel gave us playing cards/access to the park, and we had a great time

The beach is about 15 minutes away by car or the hotel shuttle bus. There were no signs showing the beach entrance, which made it difficult to find. The beach also needs better maintenance and care. The food quality could be improved.

Location away from the beach

Exceptional room service team, with a special thanks to Mr. Amrousy for his outstanding cooperation and helpfulness. ​The aqua park is fantastic and highly enjoyable for children. ​Overall, the hotel is a great and safe destination for families. ​The breakfast and dinner buffets offer an excellent variety of delicious food.

The paid Full Board upgrade did not offer good value for money. ​The lunch service was quite poor in variety and quality compared to the impressive breakfast and dinner options. ​On the last day, there was no open buffet for lunch; instead, a limited set menu was provided, and there were restrictions on ordering, which was disappointing.

Everything about this stay was disappointing. The room was not clean and looked very old and poorly maintained. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were unhelpful and unprofessional. At one point, staff members were arguing with each other in front of guests, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The food was also of very poor quality and did not meet expectations. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Need some renovations

We had a wonderful time spending Eid at the hotel. The staff was very professional, especially Mr. Hossny at the reception, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will definitely come back again.

What we liked the most was that the hotel has so many facilities and activities, so there was always something fun to do. There were swimming pools, an aqua park, an amusement park, a beach, and more.

The stuff was great especially Mostafa

The reception man( Hosny )was very supportive , fast in check in and he was decent . Also the aqua for children was fantastic

The restaurant variety was not good but acceptable
