Would liked to see the building name "Granite" a little more prominent in the arrival instructions

Appartamento di alta qualità e in posizione ottimale. Host gentile e premurosa. La cura nei dettagli si vede nelle piccole cose come ad esempio trovare qualche capsula del caffè a disposizione quando si arriva nell'appartamento!

Location was great. It was a very clean and comfortable place.

Everything. Could stay forever. Everything you need is in the apartment. Fantastic view of Matterhorn from Balcony. Close and walkable to everything.

It was close to all skiing facilities and restaurants.

The property was in a great, convenient, but quiet location. We used the balcony every day to enjoy the view of Zermatt. The property was furnished very nicely. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen (even though we didn't cook).

The instructions for collecting the keys and which unit to go to were confusing. I referred to the final communication from the owner with the key codes, but it didn't explain which unit we were supposed to go to. We were lucky that a neighbor came downstairs while we were trying to figure it out and told us. Perhaps a few more items in the kitchen would be nice--a bread knife, plastic wrap. We would have liked to have had extra pillows--we received only the one per bed. We could not use the ones in the spare bedroom, because they didn't have cases.
